Everything was fine so far, until we lost every sense of privacy. Room service entering the room without knocking is unacceptable, vacations are meant to be for personal relaxation. This made our holidays really uncomfortable. Even after our complaints, nothing changed. The incident happened 3 times in 2 days. I don’t judge situations, but this was impossible to avoid.

    1. Very beautiful place, best place for weddings and photos. Huge place with gardens, pools, football, garden bowling and tennis courts. 2. Everything looks new and interior on a high level, balconies are wonderful. Huge rooms and beds. Each room is enough for 4 people. 3.Very clean and tidy in rooms and outside. 4. High quality food like in restaurants, especially dinner (breakfast and lunch are very tasty but almost the same every day). Snacks bar is great, looks like mini shop, everything in individual package and made on the spot. 5. I recommend a lot

Room's spacious and clean. Pool areas tidy and decent loungers. Location is OK but a bit of a hike to decent pubs/restaurants but it's not like they can move the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

This is our first ever stay at this resort, its fantastic, perfect for families with small children, we have 3 small grandaughters and they are loving every minute. Lots of children's activities. A very clean resort, great food and the apartments are fabulous. Large with a kitchen area, small cooker fridge and microwave if you need it. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed as a family of 5 in the new building. All hotel staff were super friendy, efficient and very good with children. Manager was always visible, always waving and smiling. Food is good, alot of variety. 6 of the 7 pools were great, only 1 pool needs some care and thats the kids/splash pool area - there is zero shade... none!! Cleaners and maintenance always around, always busy. Would reccommend the hotel. Thank you for a great stay. Amazing for families especially during 'Holiday Village' season.

What a lovely complex the rooms were fantastic lovely spacious place.staff were very nice and helpful. Place had a lovely atmosphere will cater for anything couples families and the pools and activities you want to do you can it's not on the beach but it just across the road very short walk. The rooms are well equipped with a lovely spacious feeling if u want to do self catering you can well equipped kitchenet clean tidy place only problem I would say it that the outdoor spaces could be better lit at night and you lack some views other than that I was very impressed. The breakfast in the morning was lovely had plenty of choices. Shop not too far away either. Would I stay here again yes I would. Fully recommend.

Beautiful Resort. Super friendly and helpful staff. Always spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Worth taking your own towels as the hotel doesn’t seem to have enough for all guests when it is full. Bars and restaurants on site are lovely. Huge selection of pools to choose from which is nice too. The facilities are superb and cater for most people, the grounds are always very well kept and pretty. Not surrounded in Dru kn people who let their kids run riot either which is a refreshing change from an all inclusive resort. There are also a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby which are a short walk or you can jump in a cab for 10 euros to the harbour. Would definitely recommend this resort and would visit again in the future.

The resort is beautiful, I rate it 5 stars. Great pools, awesome flowers, architecture, and cool bars! Food is good, at least at breakfast that we had. Rooms are okayish, even though for 190 euros per night our room was nothing special + there was a bad smell out of shower drain. The room was clean, but some parts of the building, like the doors, and elevator, are not so clean. I rate it 3 stars. Now, the worst part of this experience was the staff. Reception is not interested in guests at all. They have a hard time saying hallo. Whenever we asked for something they were not helpful. They didn't help us with Air Conditioner even though we asked 3 days in a row for help. I rate these guys 1 star. One of the worst receptions I met. There was one lady from Greece that is cool and helpful, but still, nobody came for AC, or cared about what we saying. This is unacceptable. The cleaning ladies were very rude when we asked if they can come when our little kid is not sleeping. As well, asking for some other things didn't go well with them. Maybe they didn't understand what we wanted, because of their language barrier. Some guys working at the bar were lovely. As well, there is an ice cream store in front of the resort where a couple is working, and these guys are super sweet and helpful. There is hope after all :)

If you are driving here, use Aliathon Ionian otherwise it will take you to the old entrance at the back of the site and you will be thoroughly confused. There is a car park at the back which it better if you are staying in the fishing village but it's too far from reception when your first arrive.

Its a good resort! They clean the rooms every day. The bartender is a very sweet man (Pambos), he is a amazing person! Only the beds are very hard.. It gave me back pain, and hope they improve this! The breakfast is fine. The pools are clean and are cleaned every 2 days! BTW I did not stay in high season.

Great Hotel! Friendly staff! Many activities to do in the hotel. (Kids friendly) They don't clean well the rooms in your stay. The breakfast can be better.

Nice hotel and staff. A la cartes fantastic. Food great. Safe for kids. Little things needed addressing. Toilets running out of toilet paper daily. Not cleaned often. Drinks spillages around pool not cleaned. Housekeeping hit and miss. Got the impression there weren't enough staff. Cocktails were rubbish, varied so much bar to bar and really were poor standard.

Me and my family recently visited this hotel at the end of September and for a 4☆ hotel i think it just about lived up to that! Food was decent not amazing but it is 4☆ not 5 so i expect that. Loads for the kids to do so all in all i would definitely recommend this hotel as a family hotel.

Once we moved to a swim up room, first room was awful and up two flights of stairs no lift!! Food is OK but same old by end of week but salads are very nice. Coffee from the bars is never hot enough guess they worry about people scalding themselves. Great venue for families as plenty for kids to do and lots of room round the several pools

I was pleasantly surprised to discover such an amazing resort! Staff was super friendly and willing to assist to any requests. Despite the fact that the resort is massive it was super clean. Breakfast area was superb and the breakfast covered almost any desire! The apartment was spacious and was super clean and well maintained! The small water park area was "big" enough to keep our 9 year old son occupied for long hours while we were enjoying our coffee by the adjacent bar area! We will be back for sure

Highly recommended. We were 3 families with 6 kids. The resort is amazing and very well maintained. Many pools and water activities, the kids had a blast. We as parents also enjoyed the safe abs family oriented atmosphere. Quality food with plenty of options at the breakfast and dinner buffets (we used to have lunch outside the resort). The resort has a small market at its entrance, very convenient if you want to grab some drinks or snacks for the room. Rooms are spacious and on the clear side of the spectrum :)

This WAS probably a 4* when it first opened. It definitely isn't anymore.... The rooms in the fishing village are tired and very basic. If you are going to visit and want 4* then at least upgrade to a superior room. If you don't want to be surrounded by kids and British lager louts then don't come here. The food was good and tasty but the dining experience is absolute carnage and very noisy. The sunbeds are really grubby and the beach towels are stained and need replacing. Other than that it was OK 😂

The resort is a great place to unwind with a wide range of leisure amenities. The suite was an exception with a separate room as a sitting room and a very spacious balcony. The bed was huge and very comfortable which I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was very rich wirh plenty of items to choose from. Continental, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast, selection of cakes and much more. The are plenty of activities for children to enjoy around the complex. Staff were attentive, friendly and they did go that extra mile to assist us.

Aliathon is a RESORT and its mainly aimed at families. We booked the Ionan area and what a surprise when we arrived this area was close and we were move to the inoan area. Its really upsetting because I booked a specific room! They say that theres a kitchen in the room but its barely working, you need to ask the réception for a pan. The breakfast is eadible Find mold in the closet The jacuzzi is dying Luckily the staff is really nice and helpful

Very nice hotel, especially for families with kids. Central pool for all ages, with waterpark for little kids. Service is average in general, but i have to admit that i have nothing negative to mention about it.

Very disappointed from start to finish, I was advised by tui travel agent before booking that this would be perfect for my 13 & 18 year old with its aqua park… on arrival the aqua park is 1 slide suitable for 4 and under, both my children were bored to tears. As much as the holiday reps work hard the entertainment is focused on young children, the adult shows in the evenings were dreadful with the reps being very unprofessional and couldn’t sing a note. Young children were running wild, young parents arguing after drinking all day which ended up in two fist fights we had to witness. No lifeguards on site, no security on sites felt very unsafe. The food… very repetitive, food was bland and cold, had to warm our meals up in the microwave to be edible. The snack bar in the day was the best option with pizza, chips & salad. We tried the Mexican restaurant which was ok but service was very slow. The rooms are very dated and could do with a revamp, on 3 days the maid didn’t come to our room so had to chase up some fresh towels. The beds were unsuitable for children over the age of 8 in the living room with a queen size bed in the main bedroom. The staff in the restaurants work very hard and cleared the tables quickly. The pool area wasn’t very clean and tiles were missing around the pool area. Personally I wouldn’t return.

It was one of the most pleasant visits I had in a hotel in Pafos. Staff was very friendly providing an excellent service along my stay. Food was really delicious and you could choose from a great variety of dishes for all tastes. I was really impressed by the quality and the unique recipes (I literally couldn't stop refilling my plate!!!) Rooms were very big (we had plenty of room despite being 3 members) with a very high hygiene along with all the necessary accessories (plenty of towels, TV, AC, kitchen etc..). Hotel had lots of facilities too exactly as described in the ad. (SPA, Gym etc..) which were available through out the day. The view and the hotel itself provides to the customer a cosy and friendly atmosphere (reminds a neighbourhood); I would like to point out the lighthouse which gives an impressive astonishing to the whole accommodation.

The hotel complex has three pools (each suitable for different age groups and types of activity) and a large splash pool with water slides and other games for children. The breakfast buffet was rich with many options, all high quality and fresh. The dinner buffet was also excellent, with many options. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The staff was always accomodating and helpful. The guest's safety and satisfaction was by far their higjest priority. There are great restaurants around the area if you ever feel the need to get out for the evening. Highly recommended for a family vacation, even though everyone visiting the hotel will enjoy it.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay. Rooms were large, spacious and clean in the fishing village - maid service was excellent and friendly. Food at the resort was good - really nice range of fresh fruit and salads each day.

Just returned from this fabulous hotel, Never visited Cyprus before but it didn't disappoint. the overall experience was first class but i have to give a special mention to the entertainment team, They do a great job and work so hard and always smiling @ special mention to Eli Twig who has a first class voice and you can tell she really loves her job. Hope to see you again next year the hotel would be lost without you

This is a fantastic place to holiday. Loads to do for the children. Easy to walk or get a bus or taxi to Paphos. 5 minutes from the beech were there are plenty of water sports. Buses run till just after 1am. The staff are just brilliant and very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and the food is great with plenty of choice. Plenty of pools to relax in. I definitely will be going back and would highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Perfect place to stay! Highly recommended for anyone single people and families. Rooms were cleaned every say, the ladies work tirelessly all hours to ensure your room is clean and well stocked. These cleaners do not get enough credit for the hard work they do. The staff at the pool bar Staff especially swivin (apologies for the incorrect name spelling ) this gentian is based in the spash pool bar. So helpful, went that extra mile emto ensure we were happy and enjoyed our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The waiters/ess were outstanding very polite and helpful, always reminding people to wear there masks in the food hall. The food was lovely a wide variety, from chips, pasta, rice, salad, fresh fruit, pizza (daily) to steak , pork, lamb, seafood, fresh omelette, full English, fresh bread and soup. Fresh grilled chicken the chefs worked tirelessly to provide us with great food. The pools are clean and really good one is 1.55m deep then the other pool os 0.25m to 1.50m then the meat pool is a splash park which is 0.40m deep. Its fantastic. Lots of sun beds too so no need to rush off and put your towels down early hrs lol. The beach is located behind the hotel walk down over the bridge by the light hous and follow the signs for supermarket cava. And as you come out of the aliathon resort you will see high rise Leonardo in front of you, if you go straight across the road follow the street you will come to the beach. If you want to go to the supermarket then instead of crossing the road turn right and you will see the bakery and the supermarket. I am currently in 1207 in the fishing village it's really quiet on my side. The other side is loud from.the entertainment. However the only down side to this hotel would be the football academy I have2 boys and when asked if they could attend football I was told 40 euros per child per session and I had to book at least 2 sessions each for each child in order to get a football academy top, which I am gutted about because we paid alot of money and thought ot was all inclusive including the football, bit ot wasnt, I then went to go abseiling with my 3 children to be told you have to book on the app, again left the children disappointed, so I was then told by a kind lady for your children to attend any kids club they download the HV app (it's purple) then you can pre book for there. The nightly entertainment is the same songs over and over gets very boring easily aimed at very young children , order than 10yrs you see them wandering about. The boys playing football on the AstroTurf. There isn't much for the older children to do here. But overall it's a fantastic place that I definitely will be booking to come back to later on in the year. Tha k you to the gentleman on reception who was so helpful and polite helping me answering all my questions. Thank you to the porter who took our bags to and from the room on arrival and departure thank you to everyone at the resort you have made our holiday fantastic and special.

Thank you for an amazing week. The village was very clean. The staff were so helpful , they even made a cake for my granddaughter on her birthday. The food was lovely and so much to choose from. The man that drives the buggy took us and our suitcases to our rooms, another time we asked him where the shops are he gave us a lift there. The reps were brilliant and so helpful. They're so many things for the kids to do and the beach is just across the road. Everyone works so hard to give you and your family an excellent time.
