We booked this apartment and expected rooms as shown in the photos on the website. We were very disappointed and shocked when we entered our apartment - it was not clean, the bed linen had yellow stains and there were no towels provided. Further, there was a lot of mold on the walls of all rooms connected to the bathroom and the smell was horrible. After talking to the house manager, he gave us the opportunity to change the apartment. The second apartment did not show mold on the walls, but still was really dirty and unhygienic. Additionally, a visitor living there before apparently has smoked in the apartment. Nevertheless, the house manager was friendly and we got a refund of the money after our decision not to stay there.

+++ All necessary kitchen utensils and tools. Washing machine. Spacious apartment. Excellent sea view from the outdoor terrace. Pleasant and sociable staff. Clean pool. Grocery stores, cafes, etc. nearby. Silent area. --- Quite confusing to locate entry with car (the GPS programs show approach wrongly). Territory is poor, a lot of clutter, probably preparing for the season. General cosmetic repair is required. There were no essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). One bed was broken. Ancient Tv and media system - no music channels, no new media formats support.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment which was fairly modern. It had all the necessary equipment and AC in both rooms and the lounge. It was also clean and had good WiFi which was very important. Mario was extremely nice and always on hand if we needed anything. The place was a bit hard to find at first but we got there in the end. All in all I got a lot more than expected for the price I paid for the apartment.

Really nice place. Everything is clean and maintained. Well equipped. No complains what so ever!!! Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All in all the price is reasonable for a spacious apartment. The kitchen is fairly well equipped except we only had a bread knife and not a proper knife for food preparation. The microwave did not work, but we only found this out on the last night so we did not feel like saying anything. The reception was never manned. When we arrived in the afternoon, we called a number and I was told to pickup my from the reception reception. No other instruction was given including getting hot water. I had to call a number again in order to learn about their system. Other annoyance was to think that Sea View meant a proper Sea view rather than mostly looking at some trees and nearby houses and just about a tiny viewing angle of the sea. This was because the apartment on our right blocked most of our view of the sea. The chairs and table on the balcony were dusty and dirty and when it rained there was a pool of water covering the front half of the balcony. We had noisy neighbours upstairs which spoilt the tranquility of our stay. The place itself is very difficult to find as it's up a dirt track. Google maps was useless and sent us to the wrong place. Overall good value for money, but we will not stay here again.

Nice big apartment. Very friendly staff. Bit of a mission to find though if you're only relying on Google maps. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because smoke alarm (which was operational!) was positioned on the ceiling above the cooker and went off when cooking. Also ceiling is so high that it was very difficult to get high enough to waft th air for it to stop. But other than that bit of excitement the pool is very nice and shallow all the way through so great for kids.

One of the most disgusting and dirty places i have stayed in. Dust and spiders everywhere. The AC units were full of dirt, i cleaned both of them . The bathrooms were really smelly and had black mold at the edge of the tiles. The kitchen itself was a mess, mold, dirt and dust. We even went to the reception and asked for a cleaner and we cleaned it ourselves, we even cleaned the floor because it was sort of black/sticky. Unfortunately we didn't notice these problems when we checked in since we stayed in an apartment.It is really a shame, the place has a lot of potential and it has a nice position.

Good value for money, perfect pool

Perfect place to stay at if you want to stay in phaphos as it is close to all the attractions and about 30 minutes drive away from the airport. The apartments also have their own parking space. The apartment balcony gives a wonderful view of the sunset.

Some things would require maintenance and more cleaning. The personnel was nice and helped when asked. I don't know if there was a schedule for cleaning, but noone came to clean in 1 week, we did it (maybe we should have asked). The pool was great.

We stayed for 4 days, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to a point. If we needed anything in addition, Mario was extremely helpful and a real blessing to us when things went wrong. The location is good but highly recommend hiring a car to get around as it's on a hill with the closet shop being about a 10 minute walk.

We stayed here in January so it was fairly cold at night and there was no heating and the AC wasn't working so we were freezing in the mornings. The bathroom was a mess, the toilet was leaking and we didn't even have a mop to clean it. The blankets smelled like they were not cleaned for a while. They didn't provide any towels and kitchen towels. The tiles on the floor of the balcony were broken to pieces and after the rain they were literally floating.
