I wanted to go some place new and warm, so I decided to go to Paphos. While looking for accomodation, I came across this property. I had benefit points from my employer and was able to pay with them. I have arrived a little bit late to Paphos thanks to the lack of communication between Ryanair and the Vienna airport (delay 1,5 hours). I have called the owners and they told me that it is not a problem to arrive late at 9 pm. So, I arrived at the place at 9 pm and called again. It was dark, I was tired from the flight and the 6 hours trip from Prague to Vienna. The owner was trying to explain how to enter through the gates, but... I wasn't able to find the gates :D Even though they were 2 meters away from me. Then we agreed to make a video call to show where I am, what I am seeing etc. I was guided all the way to the apartment, for which I am very thankful! Pros of the property: You have everything you need for a perfect stay. Location is great, almost everything is within walking distance (I can walk 15-20 km per day without an issue). The garden is nice, there is a pool too (although the sea is better :D) There are several cats, I became friends with one of them. Cons: (Yeah, there are some too) On Booking I was not able to see how many rooms the apartment has. So, I ended up in a big one with 2 rooms and huge terrace. Not that I am complaining, but... Maybe someone else needed these 2 rooms, and I could have stayed in smaller flat. What else - I think the signs for Cold and Hot water are swapped. Hot is on the left side. Well, I have turned the tap all the way to the left, but the shower have me almost cold water. The next day I ignored the directions and voila - hot water :D Anyways, if you are for example 4 people, you can fit perfectly in flat 105. BTW it is facing the street and can be little bit noisy from the passing cars. But it you are tired you will sleep like a baby :D So, thanks again for everything! P.S. This review got very... Best place to stay in Paphos. Centrally located, only 5 minutes walk to the prominent. Extremely friendly owners and staff, good service and hospitality. Beautiful green gardens and pool. Recommended for singles couple's, or families. Unforgetable holidays. Thank you all at Apollonia.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was pretty dated but had everything you could want in a hotel apartment. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from bar street and the bus stop, 20 minutes from the harbor. I doubt you could find anything close to this for the price in Paphos!

Stayed in apartment, 1A, which was located right next to the Post Office, you get lot's of cars coming and going all the time. There was an issue with the hot water the first night and next day of my stay which was promptly resolved by the owner. Very simple apartment, the cooking stove looked like something you'd use for camping. Also, on Expedia it stated all rooms come with a tub, this had a shower, it stated all rooms had a DVD player (It didn't). The Fitness centre was non- existant and the self-service pool bar had nothing in it (the joys of going out of season I guess). Good location within walking distance of the beach or City Centre. The bus stop is just up the road, perfect for catching the bus to and from the airport (bus number 612 for €1.50).

Stayed with wife + kids. Staff are very pleasant. Central location. Wifi reception great. Nice and quiet. Pool was fun.

This is the place to be if you want a good value for your money. Very nice and helpfull staff, extremelty clean rooms, nice aminities, welcome drinks, tea and coffee in the room. The pool area is also simply lovely, clean and quiet, a geat place to relax. I can only recommand it to everyone. It is absolutely worht it. I simply loved every minute that I spent here.

Got married in Cyprus and stayed at Apollonia Hotel Apartments. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. There's a nice pool with self-service drinks and snacks, and the apartments are stocked quite well. Note that the reception closes around 19:00 and isn't open 24 hours.

Exceptional value, very clean, gorgeously decorated lovely and cozy studio apartment (even nicer than in the photos) with everything you need, large balcony, super kind and helpful owner and staff, beautiful property, walking distance to everything, bus to further out stops across the street. Many little extras that were very thoughtful and set this place apart, you won't find a better place even at twice the price!

Great place. You get generally anything what you might need for your holidays or work. Secure parking, pool, AC, kitchen, plenty of amenities. It's not new, but everything was working without any issues, so all together with good price, this is a place I would definitely return!

I arrived at The Apollonia Holiday Apartment on Wednesday 7th August staying until Monday 12th. From the moment I arrived around 22:30pm I was met at reception by Kyriacos the owner, who proceeded to take me to my room and give me a 5 minute overview of how everything worked covering all of the basics. The room I booked, was a Deluxe Apartment accommodating x1 Person, the room was self catering with a spacious kitchen, cooker, fridge and refridgerator, lounge / breakout area with a balcony overlooking the pool at the rear. The Bedroom had a Double Bed which could comfortably sleep two people, with the addition of a lockable Safety Deposit, Air Conditioning, Iron and Board and a dressing table mirror with Hairdryer for those with a need. The hotel is located quite centrally with an Indian Restaurant right across the road, a Supermarket within a 1 minute walk which sells most things required on holiday, in terms of all the essentials. There are several eateries located on Posiedonos Avenue so there is plenty to go at for those hungry tummies and thirsty bodies. If I was looking to return to Cyprus Paphos, I would have no issue in seeking out The Apollonia Holiday Apartment as a first choice destination.
