This was a fantastic getaway. We rarely stay at luxury resorts but mu husband and I wanted to indulge ourselves for a much needed short vacation. The hotel was perfect in every way: clean, comfortable, tasteful with polite, friendly, hospitable service. The breakfast buffet was amazing and offers something for every appetite and dietary consideration. There's a cute library off the main lobby and a cozy bar with live piano each evening. One night we scooted up to the 4th floor where we gazed at the stars from a glassed in pool and then took advantage of the sauna and spa amenities. Outdoors, overlooking the sea, are several pools, one being more of a series of cascading waters, like a natural stream. The hotel equals luxury, relaxation, and pure enjoyment. Outstanding, unexpected experience to its finest. From the warm welcome of the reception team, to the service folks, the facilities and the different dining options, just an amazing place. Located in the heart of Paphos you leave your car and then you just can walk whenever you may want to lave the property. But why would you? This trip was a special weekend for our family, and the Annabelle team put and extra icing on this experience! Thanks guys, you rock!

Just had a great, half term family holiday at the Annabelle. I went when I was young and was looking forward to taking my own family. We had a family studio room which was a good size, had a nice terrace and was spotlessly clean. Ate in all the restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Plenty of pools to choose from and the kids loved the jacuzzi on the colder days. Will hopefully be back one day. Thanks.

Great hotel. Very clean and beautiful views of the sea. Staff very good and good breakfast service. Pool and grotto are really good. Rooms are very clean and great bathrooms. Plenty of nearby restaurants, supermarkets and cafes all within walking distance.

Gorgeous hotel right on the beach. Lovely staff, so kind and genuine. Beautiful rooms kept clean by a great team of staff. The restaurants, food and service were great. The outside pool areas are ideal. I would happily return tomorrow and stay longer.

Excellent service from the staff, reception and spa team in particular. Beautiful spa and gym. Lovely pools, and variety of spaces outdoors to enjoy. Coffee at breakfast could be improved. Rooms were comfortable. Brilliant recommendations for places to eat with local food in the old town.

The perfect location in Paphos being the first hotel as you leave the marina area. Service is excellent. Food in hotel was great we took B&B and ate a few times in the evening. Italian was good and the tapas on the roof top was very good. The food in the local area was also great. If you’re up early take a walk along the front to the cafe (first one) over looking the water. Great coffee and views from 6am. Tea For Two on the harbour was a favourite of our kids (home from home food and service) Very quiet peaceful hotel but full of guests. Always somewhere in the sun or shade to lay or sit. Very comfortable and civilised. No music during the day or in the evening other than restaurants and the piano in the Biz Bar. (Not for us). Rooms are clean and comfortable and the sea views from the balcony are really nice. Last day here today so requested a late check out (6pm). Family of 4 (children 13/10) so we booked interconnecting sea view rooms.

Good size rooms. A nice selection of bars to choose from. Great location too. The only downside is that service can be a little slow but it’s a reasonably sized hotel so to be expected.

Too expensive for the services. The spa was closed in one of our three days stay. The restaurant is too expensive. During the night a massive attack of mosquitos in the room make it hard to sleep. You don't ezpect that in a five stars hotel!

Gorgeous hotel in Paphos, Cyprus! Beautifully designed and maintained hotel with every amenity thoughtfully designed. The exterior pool area is amazing! We were there in late November so unable to enjoy the pool (which is not heated) but sat in the lovely lounge chairs and enjoyed the sun! You can easily walk from the hotel along the paved boardwalk that goes around the harbor and the town. The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful large bathroom and shower (note, we were in a sea view suite, which had two floors). The outdoor terrace had great lounge furniture. The indoor spa and pool were gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. The food in the restaurants (dinner) was good but not exceptional. The bar on the main level across from the reception desk was beautiful and had a wonderful drink menu but we found the service lacking. None of these things would deter us from staying here again as the overall experience is wonderful! We would have ventured out for dinner in town if we'd had more time.

It’s based in an area which has very little to do. We came half board and full board and we were very disappointed and disgusted to find that the menus had 10 euro supplements on majority of dishes especially the meat dishes on top of what you have already paid. It has no separate area for adults at all so if you don’t like screaming kids in your way everywhere don’t go. Staff were rude to my party when we complained about our drinks which we were not happy with. I think you can go to better

What a fabulous hotel! Everything here is of the highest quality. Incredible service. Great restaurants. Beautiful and tranquil grounds. Well-appointed gym and spa. We could not have wanted for more. Plus the location is perfect for walking into the harbour, seeing the archaeological ruins or strolling along the sea-front. We can't wait to return!

The gym was somewhat lacking. The bar wouldn't give us tap water. Housekeeping entered our room uninvited whilst we were inside which was very uncomfortable... Otherwise a very nice place.

Our 2nd visit. The location is perfect, being so close to the main facilities of the resort but also being quiet. I think that it was busier this time as most of the Sun beds were usually occupied, but we had no problems booking tables for any restaurant. I doubt that you will find more friendly or helpful staff anywhere. The enhancements of recent years are beneficial.

Had a lovely romantic weekend at the Annabelle. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. staff is super nice and friendly. On my husband's birthday we received a tasty cake to our room. I highly recommend!

Rooms facing an outdoor breakfast/dining area with a 4 m distance from the nearest table is something that takes a genius architect. Tons of noise and you can’t open window blinds because other guests will be seeing you in pants haha Idiotic

The outstanding element of this hotel is the service and quality of the staff. They really and deeply care about their customers and ensuring a high standard of care and service. Even the in house pets come to make sure you are happy and content!

Absolutely great hotel. The location is the best and the rooms are big and cozy. The service is very nice and caring. They changed our room after our original room turned out to be facing the construction works on the road next to the hotel.

Amazing hotel with a very friendly girls on the reception, especially Aina. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. For sure I’m gonna be back in this place many times. Highly recommended

+ great breakfast with even better service, staff so welcoming and friendly that you feel so good on early morning. + absolutely great staff. Friendly, welcoming, supportive. 10 of 10 to them! - no heated pools. End of November - weather outside is still warm enough for sunbathing (+21-23'c) but not for swimming (pool +18'c) :) one small but heated pool would be great for this hotel. Inside pool is heated, but limited for kids (9am-12pm, 15-16Pm), and we prefered to spend a time outside not in buildings in daytime. + a lot of pools and sunbeds around them, in summer it could be great place. We were in November, end of season, almost all sunbeds weren't occupied 😃 + close to sea and well equipped beach area - seems that part of hotel is tired already. Some renovation needed. - prices inside of hotel. 8 euros per cocktail for kid is quite high by my mind. Its stupid when beer is cheaper than non alcoholic cocktail, or just some quick mix of juice. That price allows bar personnel to relax :)

I had a splendid experience at Hotel Annabelle! The staff especially Katerina demonstrated exceptional courtesy, going above and beyond to arrange the perfect birthday cake for my friend at short notice. The location is fantastic, and the music in the bar was simply out of this world. I'm already looking forward to my next visit; this place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

We made a special request and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate it. And we were very happy with this. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive. And I salute the lady who makes the fresh omelets every day, they are the best I ever had in any hotel 😉 The swimming pools are beautiful, extensive and very clean and there are always enough sunbeds. My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back here again 👍 

A lovely weekend getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really appreciated all the staff for their efforts and go above and beyond attitude. First it’s the welcoming drinks at the reception, followed by the champagne + snacks in the room, with a lovely message next to it. We also brought our dog to stay with us, which they offered to provide the bed or food bowl etc. Even when we sat down for breakfast or at the pool bar, they’ll offer water for the little one straight away. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, not to mention I’m very impressed by the breakfast options. I’m intrigued to stay longer next time just to try everything on the menu. Highly recommended even just for staycation (More importantly: it’s dog-friendly!).

Lovely hotel well positioned for town centre. Down side sun beds all taken by 9am with towels not people. Hotel advised getting up with everyone else instead of confronting the problem!

A true 5 star hotel. Mostly you recognise the really good ones not by their amenities -they were great- but by the staff and the extra mile. This is a hotel that does everything to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. A true pleasure and highly recommended.

The breakfast is outstanding, a great array of healthy and 'holiday' options! The staff are really helpful with excellent service and nothing too difficult to solve for all one's needs!! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!!!

Very nice hotel located downtown with delicious breakfast! I had a super experience with the beauty treatments at the Ouranos Spa (the spa of the hotel): excellent service for hairstyle, make-up and nails made by professionals.

Service is Dubai 5* level here. Really friendly staff and great hotel in general. The crickets might drive you mad at night though.

The hotel has a fantastic location. The staff are excellent, and great service. The food was also exclent. I would recomend it whole heartedley but only brfore mid November. Half way through our stay all the air conditioning was turned off as was the heating for the outside pool without any notice, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars.

We would like to thank the management and staff for making our anniversary stay a memorable one… We enjoyed our time at the Annabelle and will definitely return…

Great hotel for your perfect holiday. Very well situated and maintained facilities, good variety of food in the breakfast and options for the different restaurants in the evening. The staff is extremely friendly, doing their outmost to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Second visit to the Annabelle but it has lost its sparkle! They seriously need to get the service sorted out before I think about returning.

Excellent hotel, great service, rooms, food, clientele, pools, grounds. Not much to fault. The only minor gripe was that the soundproofing of the sliding patio door in the room could have been better. It allowed noise in from afar as the promenade. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel in a great location close to all the bars/ restaurants. Would definitely visit again Not a hotel to take children as in my opinion it doesn't cater for children.

One of the best hotels i have been in Cyprus. Fine service, maybe the best breakfast i have seen in a hotel, very clean and perfect location. The only thing that took away the fifth star is the pricing policy of the hotel. Its really annoying to be charged 4 euro for a local small drinking water bottle from the mini bar, and also to be charged extra local taxes at checkout. I would advice the hotel management to check it out.

Absolute brilliant hotel. Large choice of restaurants serving a wide variety of dishes. Excellent service from all staff at the hotel. Pool was relaxing with the seafront less than a minutes walk away.

Second full day, my first here and the hotel is excellent in all respects. Ideally located next to beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. My only regret is they don't do all inclusive.

Food excellent in all 5 restaurants. Breakfast fine and to suite all tastes. Selection of pools and never short of beds including beach area. Staff amazing . Friendly and helpful. Can’t fault it.

A well-kept and spacious hotel close to the port. The staff is kind and welcoming. Breakfast with a wide variety of foods. The hotel has several pools and is located right next to the beach.

We had the best 2 weeks in Cyprus and one of the best things was the Hotel Annabelle. The service is absolutely nice and friendly. They even respect special wishes when you are vegetarian. The food is a really good quality. Everything is fresh and the variety is big. The hotel is situated on the sea. You can go for a swim im the morning. The spa, gym and the pool is clean and arranged in a beautiful way. We would come again ! Thank you to the team.
