The Ivi Mare is a great hotel! We’ve stayed there for 3 nights in early December. The rooms are spacious and very, very clean. Cleaning service is every day. Even though we had the casino view, we didn’t mind. All staff is extremely friendly (almost too friendly for our German taste). Altogether the audience was mainly British of course, followed by Germans and many other nationalities. We enjoyed the modern design of the hotel. I’ve read a lot of reviews before coming here and I simply cannot understand some of them. We had an All Inclusive stay and both the buffet and the drinks were very, very good. There was a different theme every night, so whoever says it was the same every day lives in a different world. Especially the salad and dessert section were great. Some dishes were very hot, so comments about the temperature of the food I also don’t understand. The buffet was ranging from pasta, Asian inspired food, local food to mini-burger and freshly grilled meat. Service was always on point and there were no waiting times at all. The only low point was the night at the Meze restaurant - the portions were way too big (my partner tried to explain that to the bar manager and all he could do was mansplaining that it is for two people. As if we didn’t know! Still it was impossible to finish for 2 regular sized people) and quality wise mediocre (the garlic mousse didn’t have any garlic in it). Yes, the hotel itself doesn’t have a beach but everyone googling it will see that - either on pictures or on Google Maps! The next beach is just 30 seconds away though. The walk to Paphos town is about 30 minutes. We really enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool which was heated to 28°C - at times there was nobody else there. The (non-)alcoholic beverages were great, a lot to choose from. We personally didn’t like the wine selection but we’re pretty special in that kinda sense. Thumbs up for having Estrella Damm as the 2nd choice of beer beside the local KEO brand. During our stay there were 3 live music shows per week of which we saw two - very smooth performances in the background. For party people you need to walk to Paphos centre. Seeing a bit of Cyprus/Paphos this is definitely the best choice you can do here. All hotels nearby are new and more towards 5 stars. We would definitely come back!

Wow! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Super clean, very tasty food, room very big and the view from balcony to the pool and sea are breathtaking. Staff is so polite, very kind, and helpful. There is a spa, gym, pool (outside and inside. There is a parking for guests. The hotel is designed for adults only, the bar is a great with a lot of different alcohol, Beer and cocktails.

Just returned home from a stay here and it was excellent. The staff are very friendly, the hotel was clean and the cocktails they make in the mirrors bar are very nice and not overwhelmingly alcoholic. We had a jacuzzi room and would recommend paying extra for one if you can. It was great to jump into it and relax with a beer or two after a long day out and about or sat by the pool. The buffet selection was nice and the Greek a la carte restaurant was a real treat, excellent quality food and menu. The Japanese restaurant was OK but being a Japanese restaurant I would have expected sushi and raw fish but this didn’t seem to be an option for all inclusive guests & would’ve happily payed a supplement for it. We were out exploring for a few days and they offer a little packed lunch which was a nice touch. We found the entertainment in the evening was great, although we were able to hear it quite loudly from our room on some nights which was a bit annoying. We found shoving a towel under the bottom of the door blocked the noise out fine but would perhaps be better if the glass doors to the bar are kept closed to help control the noise up to the rooms in the evening. Small niggles aside, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks very much.

Where do I start? I had an amazing stay at this hotel, all of the staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. The facilities are great and the food on offer does the job, I'd definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you everyone at Ivi Mare for making my birthday a joyful one

Nice modern hotel with great service and friendly staff. Joanna in guest relations was fantastic. Rooms were a good size with plenty of storage. Mini bar and Nespresso machine were a welcome feature. Bathroom had nice walk in shower. Would advise getting a sea view rather than the street and casino facing. Good buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner including a range of dishes. Dishes always displayed allergies - sometimes limited gluten free options. Service in the bars was good and the app for poolside drinks was good.

Highly recommended hotel! I stayed with a friend (you need to call to ask for twin room as most are doubles.. Its a very couple oriented hotel) and we had the premium all inclusive. Fantastic food, incredible service (the staff are soooo amazing here.. Someone really knows how to 'do' customer service!). Its a half hour from the harbour but there is a bus or easy path along seafront. Quiet and lovely location. Would definitely come back!

Gorgeous hotel. My family and I loved it. It was spacious but not overwhelming big. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of variations from sweet to savory. The room and pool were clean and kept clean throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time at the Ivi Mare

The staff were incredible at this resort, made a special effort to remember everyone and they were all so friendly and helpful. Value for money was excellent, we went half-board and the facilities and food was very nice and varied. Location overlooking the Mediterranean coast. I will most likely stay here again.

Got back from here yesterday. Food was excellent - good temperature and nice variation. The sunbed drink service was a great touch and the staff delivering the drinks were really friendly. The staff are what make this hotel a 10/10 with their friendly and attentive service. Guest relations staff are amazing and make sure you are happy. The hotel isn’t central but there is a regular bus service and it is walkable to the local bars. Don’t hesitate to book this place

One of the most breathtaking hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. From the minute we arrived they were so attentive, offered a drink straight away as we filled out some forms and then we got taken to our room. We opted for the cheaper room without a view but still had a partial view of the sea front which was lovely. Bed very comfortable and room was so spacious. Cleaners came everyday and made our beds and new towels. The pool is beautiful and no rush for the sunbeds like at most hotels. Each sunbed had great sun and great views. The app was amazing!!! We had drinks delivered to us whenever we wanted which was so convenient and made it very relaxing. The food was different everyday and the standard of the food was up there with some of the best food I have ever had. The bar was beautiful and was so nice to sit there when the sun was setting. Nothing bad at all to say about this stay and already can’t wait to return in the future.

We had a superb time at this beautiful hotel, and were so sad to leave! Gorgeous pool are and beachfront location, clean and tidy rooms.We went with the all inclusive package, and it was definitely worth it; the buffet food was fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the two a la carte restaurants were exceptional treats, and the included cokctails were a treat! However, by far the best thing about hotel were the exceptional staff. Every single member was courteous, friendly, and they could never do enough for you - the service was 11/10!

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. One of the few hotels that provide an option for a PCR covid test on site (external provider). No entertainment of any kind (billiards, ping pong etc) so not much to do besides enjoying the impressive hotel pool or the pricey spa. Location is about 8 minutes by car from town center. It's part of a long avenue of resort hotels, there are only few restaurants around, many book it all-included because of that.

Enjoyed our weeks stay, made very welcome at reception on arrival. Room( with sea view ) clean and modern, cleaned daily. Pool size excellent, water warm, just enough sun beds and parasols to go round, couldn't get the pool app to work but not a problem to get drinks from pool bar. Food in restaurant ( buffet) different every lunch time and evening , no reason to go hungry. All staff very pleasant. Will be returning.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this hotel, the food and drinks, and how lovely and respectful all the staff were. It truly was an experience. Nothing seemed to be an issue or too much hassle for any of the staff. The hotel was immaculate, especially the bathroom areas, poolside and restaurants. The sea view is worth every penny, as is the all inclusive if you enjoy a few beverages during the day. :) Oh and the complimentary bottles of Prosecco in the room were fabulous. Loved it and already checking dates to come back. Great job by every single staff member.

Very nice hotel, but it's missing the "it" factor. The rooms have been renovated a few years ago, but it does not feel like a 5 star room. Breakfast is plentiful, but not what I would expect from a 5 star. There is no public jacuzzi, even though it's sort of mentioned on the web site (some rooms have one). We left the room twice for over an hour each, and the room wasn't cleaned. That's the missing "it".

Wow!! My wife and I have been on the road from Australia for 3 months and so far this has been the best hotel (and not the most expensive) we've stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the food is great and the hotel is set in a really nice location. Our only regret is we were only there for 5 nights. The staff and management should be really proud in what they offer.

Ok hotel, not more not less… Not a luxury hotel as they try to pretend to be. Room was good and comfortable. Service was disappointing, stuff seemed inpatients, some didn’t speak English. Food was average, breakfast buffet offered a low variety, restaurants and service room food was good. Pool is amazing, but they should provide water bottle refills solutions instead of charging guests 3€ for plastic bottle of water! Hope they will improve, since they have potential.

Best hotel in Paphos for sure!! Amazing hotel, Well designed and very clean!! Friendly and helpful staff! Big pool with pretty and clean towels, good breakfast, amazing see view! The hotel is located on the beach and a short walk to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. We got fruits and champagne when we arrived. We had the best time and it is the perfect place to go to relax in a vacation. It was perfect. I highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived at The Ivi Mare Hotel, we were made to feel welcome and special. The rooms are beautiful, the staff exceptional and the spa and pools clean and well maintained. The choice of food is excellent and as a gluten intolerant person, I was surprised and delighted by the level of care I received and the amount of dishes that were safe for me to eat. The gluten free breakfast rolls were the most delicious I have ever tasted and the puddings made especially for me every evening were amazing! The staff were so attentive and kind going above and beyond to make our holiday exceptional. Thank you Antonis and all of the wonderful people who worked so hard. We will definitely be back xx

Found hotel to be really out of the way from any tourist places and town. Fantastic staff who look after you very well! A great range of clients too so there is a good mix of everyone in the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless and welcoming. I really cannot state enough how great the staff are, all of them cleaning, bar staff, poolside, kitchen staff everyone is fantastic and really makes the place sing! Very comfy bed, and it was great having our own hot tub on our balcony!

We were at this hotel at the end of September and it was one of the most amazing experiences we ever had. Staff was incredibly lovely and so welcoming, special mention to Antonis, George and Vlad for always being amazing. The food was incredible, variation was immense and too many good options to chose from! The hotel itself was incredible, honestly if I could rate it higher… I would ! Attention to detail, the service, the staff, the installations, the spa… all of this and much more just incredible. Highly recommend staying here, it will be one of the most memorable holidays ever ! Could not thank you all enough for an amazing stay 😊

Well where do I start? This holiday has set the bar so high, unless we come back next year (which we are) I don't know of any other hotels that can come close to The Ivi Mare. The quality of this hotel is quite unbelievable, the food, standard of cleanliness and service are second to none! I went in the October half-term and it was still 27°-29° every day. If you can afford to come here (I paid £3000 for two of us for 1 week all-inclusive) do it, you will not be disappointed. And for those of you who gave this place a less than average rating, I certainly wouldn't wanna work for you, nothing would be good enough!

What truly set this hotel apart was the warm and attentive staff. Their hospitality elevated the entire stay. I wholeheartedly recommend the Ivi Mare for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

The hotel is overall nice. The service is excellent, although the tables around the smoking area can be left messy for a long periods. The pool is absolutely disgusting, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months - you can see the green grime on the bottom and around the edge. We never seen it cleaned in the whole time we stayed. If you like a little entertainment and music this is not the place. It's eerie silent, you can hear almost all conversations. The bald lifeguard was very rude and doesn't speak much English. He made it awkward when he asked us to not do something which was on the wall of rules. A bit unprofessional if you ask. The rooms are very nice but not much room between the bathroom and wardrobes, you may find it hard when getting ready in the evenings. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth the money but overall it was a nice hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, the staff are brilliant and couldn't do anymore for you. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, no one comes to approach you, it's right on the beach front lovely food and sunlounger service. We would definitely come again.

What a beautiful experience. Hotel was minimalistic, clean, classy and generally superb. Service was exceptional, majority of the time. Some of the best customer service I have received, especially from Marta, Lajos and Diana! The only slight negative would be the entertainment in the evening, some of the acts were very dated. The drink service downstairs improved once we nudged the F&B manager. Vast improvement after that! Can't wait to visit again :)

We arrived on 6th November 2021 for 7nights on a Premium All Inclusive stay and were in Room 411. We chose this Hotel to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we arrived till we checked out we were just incredibly looked after by all the staff concerned. The front office staff were helpful and incredibly helpful. Yanna , Sofia and other staff were so accomodating during Breakfast, or Lunch and Dinner. Apologies to staff whose names i missed Yanna made an incredible arranging a very nice table with table cloth and specially folded fan shaped napkins on our Anniversary night dinner. The Management personnel were very visible which is a good sign of overall Management style. Only constructive criticism i would make is of the Lobby Bar staff who while working very hard needs to quiet down in talking when guests are are having early evening or after dinner drinks. Last but not the least a huge Thank youuuu to Penny who is just incredible in Guests services and hospitality. We will be back soon.

The best thing about the hotel is first and foremost the staff! The four powerful women at the reception did above and beyond helping my partner and me when we ran into a problem - our flight was delayed for a day and we had a problem with the validity of the corona test. Even though it was a full day after the check out, the three girls from the reception staff and the reception manager went out of their way to help us and finally managed, after much, much time and effort, to find us a corona test on Saturday night even though all the clinics were closed long ago. We will not forget this help. Just for their service it is worth giving the hotel 100,000 stars! Beyond that, every morning I surprised the breakfast staff (and the nice hostess who already remembered us after the first morning) with a request for a special coffee, special juice or all sorts of special requests, and I always got the best service and with a wide smile! Even when my partner and I wanted to sit down for a late lunch on the top terrace, even though the bar on the terrace was closed, they opened it especially for us! The pool was perfect! At an excellent temperature! Always clean and with a lovely pool staff! The hot tub in the room was hot even when we first got to the room, it was very very clean and upgraded our vacation! Thank you so much to all the staff of the hotel, we were expecting a good experience and came out with an even more perfect experience!

This is the best ever hotel we've been to from the food ,three restaurants to choose from although best book for the Greek and Japanese ones,the buffet one has plenty to choose from ,the rooms are amazing ,air con is very good ,cleaned every day ,new towels ,coffee machine also has an ironing board & iron .the pool area has plenty of beds to relax on and has a snack bar but there's waiters that come round the pool ,we went half board plus but would recommend all inclusive because the drinks are premium not just local drinks and the cocktails are made fresh not one of the machine ones ,there's also a small beach and a small bay to swim in but take beach shoes because it has a few rocky areas ,there's a brill walk on the sea front towards the harbour (20mins )there's a bus stop right out side to the harbour on an evening.....honestly it's a six star hotel

Me and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon, and we had the best vacation ever! The rooms are extremely clean, the food is delicious and the staff is so nice and helpful and they really made our stay even better. We will definitely come back again!

Booked all inclusive for two nights with the intention of going to the Greek and Japanese restaurants but on check in was informed that the Greek restaurant was closed. The Japanese restaurant turned out to be a big let down, took over 2 hours for our mains to arrive and after much complaining and confusion from staff. It's not a cheap place which is supposed to be 5 stars but unfortunately appears to be operating at a 3 star level. It's a pity because the pool is nice along with the spa and view.

This was an incredible destination resort. The service, food, and accomodations were out of this world. The pool is amazing.

Amazing hotel for those who needs quiet break away. The staff in Palettes Main Restaurant can not do enough for you and always welcoming and polite. Compliments to all the kitchen staff, as the food was wonderful.

I have never come across more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff when it comes to food allergies. I have celiac and often when traveling I get poisoned, so I am always apprehensive about the food. However, this time I felt safe and could enjoy amazing food always served with the smile. Definitely would be back .

Overall my stay in IVI Mare was very much in line with a 3* hotel in Tenerife I stayed once for less than half price. But staff is what makes it here. 50% of staff really try to make your stay as good as possible. Penny is a gem of course. Tanya on reception is very helpful and patient. Girl who makes drinks in Utopia by the pool does the best cocktails and lovely to chat to.The other half is a bit on grumpy side. It's only my opinion but rooms have terrible decor. Looks too cheap materials or just horrible colour combinations. And no those blinds on window between bath and room don't stop light in middle of the night when one has to go to loo another one wakes up. Also they are just phenomenally stupid part of decor. Like what the hell. Beds comfortable. Of cause we were unlucky to get road side view with no bath. Entertainment is mind numbingly boring. Good swimming pool and excellent sun loungers. No beach. Food breakfast exactly the same all 10 days. Lunch and dinner have same salad table and few combinations of food. Some was good. Mostly very very average. Some was terrible borderline inedible. Avoid Italian night. Had to have it twice. Both times bad bad . Greek restaurant was really bad. Put me off making reservations in Japanese just in case it will be as bad. At least in buffet you have some options. I got 7 flea bite on me and caught flea in room. No doubt a gift from lovely cats who like to curl up on your loungers when you go for swim. And may I say refuse to leave when you come back. Please don't get rid of them they are by far best entertainment you have got. There are only 3-4 of them. I am sure they can be caught and treated for fleas. So 6 out of 10. Could do better. And fix massive carpet stain by lift on third floor.

What can I say that others haven’t already ? Fantastic hotel - amazing staff , probably the best service from a hotel we have ever received. Spotless in every area the place is a credit to the staff and management. Excellent all inclusive too - food was fantastic always lots of choice and good quality on every level- again maybe THE best all inclusive we have ever had. Sad to be leaving tonight but will definitely come here again - in the cooler months when it’s not so hot 🥵 Thanks for making our holiday xx

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location. Rooms are clean modern and very comfortable. Service everywhere was amazing.

That's the best hotel I've stayed by far in Cyprus. Everything was super clean, the staff friendly and professional, amenities and building new and stunning, food delicious, the room was fully equipped with whatever needed (hair blower, slippers, iron, coffee machine with reffilable capsules and water etc.). I really enjoyed staying there and would go again. Only con I would say it's that the spa needs attention to details. The massage and pool was good, but there weren't any slippers or shampoo in the shower for example.

Everything about our two weeks here was perfect, this really is a 5 star hotel. The hotel only opened in 2019 so everything is new. Ideally, get a room high up with a sea view rather than one on the front side overlooking the road. The staff were all great, but a mention must go to Yiannis, who runs the bars and restaurant, and Penny who works with him. They were both so helpful and genuinely wanted to ensure that we had a perfect time here. The hotel is about a 45 minute walk along the shore to the harbour and some shops. A bus goes from outside and it's EU 1.50 one way. There's a modern shopping mall north of the harbour. I'd recommend going all inclusive, as pretty much all of the drinks are part of the all inclusive package, including the cocktails! The meals are buffet style and the food is varied and plentiful, and very tasty. It's "designed for adults" so if you're looking for a quiet time, this is great.

The hotel is excellent . Nice pools and in front of the beach. I would give it 5 stars but i was a bit disappointed with the room upgrade bid they offered and which i 'won' only to find out that i could get the same room much cheaper through my booking site

Excellent location, friendly staff. Especially the suites with jacuzzi and sea view are a dream. The gym is a bit sparsely equipped, but i loved the spa area & massage.

If you're after a relaxing holiday, the Ivi Mare is an excellent hotel, the quality of food was very high, it being adult only was a real plus, each member of staff has been friendly and attentive, I can't recommend enough.

We cannot rate this hotel enough, the staff are so helpful and really friendly, the food is out of this world and all the drinks are branded , definitely will be coming back.

Fantastic hotel, I couldn't fault a single part of my stay. Just back from a 10 night stay at this fabulous hotel. Wow!! What can I say. Our stay from start to finish was fantastic. The hotel was amazing. Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were in the superior rooms with sea and pool view and were well worth it. What a stunning view. We can't thank all the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The food was excellent and always served by the kitchen and waiting staff with a smile. Thank you IVI Mare for a fantastic holiday. Thoroughly recommend and can't wait to go back.
