Please please please don’t trust this Hospital . They don’t care about you and your treatment they just care about fraud and they just want to running their business and we spend one years and 20000 Euro For two treatments + medication extra costs with no results we are healthy couples with no health issues and had already child just wanted to balance the family.the dr Firdevs and the personals is not good for the IVF treatment they just playing with your hormones and making you worse with more health complications as hormones imbalance to course other health issues like fibroids, polyps , Endometriosis,irregular period, Dyspareunia heart disease stroke and many other diseases because they are not professionals they start and end you in the high level of hormones drug which is very dangerous for your future. all i recieved was a neglected treatment to get quick money from me. now after speaking to IVF clinics in the UK and Germany & other Cyprus clinics this was a shock to them as this one of the first things to do with a client.This then resulted in OHSS (Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome) which is actually highly dangerous.That's it, no explanation on what happened, just a heartless whatsapp message from the co-ordinator. I was heartbroken, and truly felt like they had their money and couldn't care less. This is when i took advice from other professional IVF clinics in my country and was told that they did the treatment incorrectly and very dangerously! That's it, no explanation on what happened, just They just west your time money and future health complication issues never recommend & never trust totally rubbish IVF hospital and personal no experience or no idea of the Treatments ——————> I have all prove of my documents treatment and money I wested. I’m just writing this review to help others couples to don’t west time, money & health issues complication in the future , like me now I’m under doctors treatment very sick and have a lot of hormones and other health issues problems never recommend and never trust this IVF nurse Firdevs and all hospital is just made for the fraud to make money totally wrong place for the IVF couples In Germany and UK the normal nurses have much better experience than Firdevs

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL - Dr Firdevs is a fraud. After having an treatment here just before Christmas all i recieved was a neglected treatment to get quick money from me. This was my first IVF treatment i have done so i was all very new to this, they took advantage of this and never took my blood tests or any scans before taking the IVF medication or arriving to Cyprus, now after speaking to IVF clinics in the U.K, USA & other Cyprus clinics this was a shock to them as this one of the first things to do with a client. This then resulted in OHSS (Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome) which is actually highly dangerous. After arriving back to the UK earlier than expected due to high hormone levels, which was due to over given medication (which Dr F even admitted to!) all i got was a TEXT MESSAGE saying 'None of your 10 embryos made it' That's it, no explanation on what happened, just a heartless whatsapp message from the co-ordinator. I was heartbroken, and truly felt like they had their money and couldn't care less. This is when i took advice from other professional IVF clinics and was told that they did the treatment incorrectly and very dangerously!! I wish i read their google reviews before going out there, i see there are others that have also been mistreated by Dr Firdevs. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST HER OR HER TEAM.

Please please DO NOT TRUST this hospital, it’s all about money and nothing else. Once they get the money from you they leave you hanging. Super expensive without any results. Patient is not taken seriously. All this Dr care about is how to dress and different updos everyday and wear tons of makeup as if she’s on red carpet while making patients wait for hours. This hospital used an old method (FISH) to test embryos abnormalities and do not offer NGS which is the latest method. (FISH) only tests for 6 to 8 chromosomals abnormalities where as NGS tests for full 46 chromosomal abnormalities. Based on our experience this hospital is very commercial and money driven and the whole system is wrapped around one persons finger (the main Dr, Dr Ferdeves). They never discussed with us how we wanted them to freeze embryos and went along and froze 2 embryos together and on the day of transfer 1 minute before the treatment we got notified that it’s not possible to do single transfer because 2 embryos were defrosted already without even giving us an option. Also most importantly they do not have any patient after care, not only they forgot to provide some of the most important post embryo transfer precautions, but also once the pregnancy failed they stopped reaching out or trying to find out what the problem was or discuss anything further, me and my husband rather felt like we were left alone in the middle of an ocean with no direction. Even when we reached out for consultation, to find out answered or hear any explanations there was no result , no care given. We also felt that there were a lot of false hope and empty promises in our initial consultaion. And last but not least they sell the medication at the hospital and their prices are extraordinarily expensive compared to other similar clinics. We would not recommend this hospital to anyone for IVF treatment because everything is all about money rather than the patient care. Complete waste of money & time. Go to any other clinic but not Miracle.

I went from Australia and unfortunately was not impressed. There was no consult with Dr Firdevs before treatment/before I arrived. All communication was done through a coordinator who has no qualifications. The coordinator didn't get me to have bloods/etc before I arrived, so I had to pay hundreds of euros more when I got there for these, when I could have got them for free in Australia and sent them through. I was pressured to add on specific extras for our cycle that ended up costing thousands of euros more but made no difference to our cycle. Would not recommend unfortunately. Unprofessional, did not feel welcome in the clinic, was left in the transfer room for hours with no communication about what/when everything was happening. Would go elsewhere if we had to go again.

Regardless of whether I get a positive or negative result, my experience with the clinic far outweighed my expectations. Dr F’s team are lovely. My coordinator was amazing. Her communication throughout our cycle from start before we left Australia, during our stay in Cyprus and our transfer and after, returning home to wait for our results. Any questions I had, she answered or she’d check with DR F and let me know. My coordinator was my go to person for everything. Meeting both Dr F and the team at Miracle gave me great comfort I was in good hands. In my experiences with IVF clinics in Australia, I personally think Miracles systems, processes and level of service have been great. I could not have asked for anything more. I only wish I’d found them earlier in my IVF journey.

Highly recommend this clinic. Excellent treatment and communication - they do everything they say they will. Felt as if Dr Firdevs and her team really wanted to see me have success. I travelled from Australia, and am currently 24 weeks pregnant.

I have just left the clinic for the last time during our first visit to Cyprus for IVF treatment. DR Firdevs, Irem and the team have been wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for better care and treatment. We are now going into a two week wait to see if it has been successful but either way I know they have done all they can for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to travel abroad for IVF.

I have recently been to miracle twice and cannot fault them. My co-ordinator Toni was amazing all the way through and answered any questions I had at any time of the day/ night. Especially with the time difference, she was always there when I needed her and felt like talking to a friend. She made our experience so much easier and we’ll forever be grateful for that. Me and my husband were always kept informed what was going to happen and the team were always lovely and friendly. Dr F is amazing at what she does and I can’t believe how efficiently everything was carried out and organised. They made everything a lot easier by providing us with hotel and transfer details. I was in the clinic last month for my IVF treatment and I was super well taken care of. My coordinator Toni, Dr. Firdevs and all the staff were super respectful and caring, they took all my requests into consideration and made me feel comfortable and reassured about every part of the process, they were always there in case I needed anything. It was an incredible experience and I'd definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

After having 5 failed attempts in the UK, my husband and I got in touch with Miracle IVF and it was the best decision we ever made, as we now have a very beautiful little boy. We received the most amazing service from all the team, especially Sezish, the Coordinator and Dr F. We found the service to be personal and tailored to your individual needs. The package they offer, which includes hotels and transfers takes away a lot of the additional stresses and makes for a relaxing holiday too, which we found really helped with the whole process. Their communication before, during and after has been amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. Most the communication was done via WhatsApp and was always answered promptly and efficiently. Our little boy is 5 months old now and the clinic still stay in touch to see how we’re getting on, which is think is lovely and shows they actually do care. We highly recommend getting in touch with Miracle IVF, you won’t be disappointed.

My coordinator Sezish was amazing supporting me the whole way through the process. It is overwhelming anyway having IVF let alone flying somewhere you’ve never been. Dr Firdevs is very positive and a warm person who filled me with confidence that the ivf would work and it did. The first time. I’m not saying it will always work for everyone first time but I had every faith in miracle ivf. I felt that Dr Firdevs and Sezish cared about us and that all of the staff were welcoming and lovely. Since the success of the ivf and getting pregnant. Throughout pregnancy and after the birth of my twins Sezish has been frequently in touch to see how we all are which means so much. I feel the Miracle team and Dr Firdevs are passionate about helping people like me and my husband to make our dreams come true. The IVF treatment and flying and staying in Cyprus worked out so reasonable and cheaper than having ivf in the uk. I also felt no prejudice about my size or age I am a bigger older lady. As long as I had all of the tests in the uk to show that I am healthy enough to carry a baby it was fine. Our dreams have come true and I have gorgeous 8 month old twins.

Me and my partner met later in life and we had a dream: to have a family together. Given that I was 49 years old, we needed a miracle and they did exactly that, a miracle....our daughter now 2 years old ! We are eternally grateful to Dr Firdevs who is a miracle worker and our amazing coordinator Susy - who was amazing supporting us during this journey. No second thoughts, I would highly recommend them!

Our experience with the IVF Miracle clinic was a very pleasant one. Unfortunately our first treatment was not successful however the second treatment was, much to our delight. Our 8 week scans showed us our new baby. Our thanks go out to Dr Firdevs and the team for bringing this joy into our lives. A very special thanks to Melin who was our coordinator for the ivf journey. Melin was there for us the whole time, day and night to assist us with anything even when she was isolated at home with Covid and herself in her late pregnancy. Melin did a fantastic job. We were so happy to meet Melin and her new baby on our first visit. Not forgetting Toni, the pocket rocket who was assisting us in the clinic during Melins absence, she also did a fantastic job. We had our first successful IVF cycle at Miracle with Dr F and cannot recommend it enough. Staff were lovely, very professional, our coordinator Toni was amazing, a great support, on hand day and night to answer all questions we had and put us at ease. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering IVF.

Very professional institution. Although I did not carry to term, the treatment was very professional, polite and our lovely coordinator went above and beyond her call of duty. She always answers what's app questions promptly and tries to help with everything. Those people who give negative reviews have obviously not had treatments other places.

I can honestly say that this clinic literally create miracles! The level of service and care you are given is second to none. Dr F is the kindness and most sweetest human in existence…she actually cares about her patients and it’s clearly more than a job to her. The patient coordinators are brilliant! I was/am lucky to have Toni who has literally carried me through my fertility journey which hasn’t been at all easy. She responds to messages within minutes (mainly seconds!) and again really cares! I could go on forever, but I know that I’m so blessed to have found this place! My outcome has been positive and I know plenty of people whose dreams have been fulfilled by this amazing clinic! Where to begin, choosing to start this process isn't an easy one but I feel everyone at Miracle IVF from Dr.F herself and of course my shiny star coordinator Toni (who never missed a message nor a minute) made the whole experience a pleasant one. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the moment I contacted the hospital everything just seemed to fall into place. After a heartbreaking IVF journey in the UK I was so glad to find out about Dr F and her team. Between Dr F and my coordinator Toni they knew how much becoming a mum meant to me and they did everything they could to make this happen. The kindness, patience and honesty Toni had was exactly what I needed from all my silly questions to calming me down when I needed it. We had a cycle at miracle ivf my partner first came out then I came out after from start to finishes the team have been amazing they new my protcal without even seeing me they support us on covid side of it all and any question small or big they have helped in more ways then just ivf they have been there emotionally through every stage Dr f is absolute babe and I'm so glad we choice her for treatment she made this hole process easy.
