They offer products designed in such a way to visually trick you. While in reality 70% of the box is just plastic and air. For me, it's a scam and trying to rip off tourists till the very end. Just check the pictures. I hope that the airport shops will stop selling such products or force the producer to resign from such dishonest packages.

Absolutely awful nowhere near enough seats for travellers, air conditioning not on. The only fresh air ( ironically) available is in the beer/smoking garden. The only people more miserable than the travellers are the staff, but I guess they have to deal with thousands of hot, sweaty, frustrated tourists day after day after day... The departure screen in the smoking area doesn't work, and the PA speakers are constantly calling out the names of travellers as they shut the gates, so many travellers missed their flights. Delay after delay after delay, likley caused by the need to remove the suitcases owned by the passengers who didn't have a Scooby that thier plane was ready. My flight was showing on the screens that worked as a flight to Belfast, not Glasgow, even as I boarded. My TOM 1353 gate was not 3, and as I got on the chuckle bus to the aircraft, the screens still displayed boarding, i nearly missed my flight,,,no calls for gate closing. This airport is a shambles. There's no WiFi and G's are hit and miss,

Nice clean Airport and Very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food areas were very good and kept clean at all times. Comfortable lounge area.

Small, but cozy, clean and well-equipped waiting area, with many chairs, compared to other several small airports I have seen. Quite pricy. Has free WiFi and even a beer terrace outside at the departures zone where smoking is allowed

Had more than enough time to spend looking around here. Just like most airports food and drinks very expensive. Duty free had some good offers on. Not many places to sit and eat but plenty of seats next to the gates where you can take food to. Nice size place. Toilets were clean. Staff at the departure desk wasn't so nice, we are disabled so went through in wheelchairs where our passports were taken off us and given to the desk agent. It took ages to book us in and I kept asking what is wrong and the assistants and desk agent just spoke to themselves not us the passengers. Might be a language barrier but the assistants guys spoke very good clear English x

The worst customer service ever! Do not buy your sim card from here! They will rip you off. We bought a card and paid for added data. The lady didn't activate the card with our data. She failed to tell us that we needed a special code that was on the receipt to activate it manually. We left and had no data to get to our airbnb in the middle of the night. We had to purchase data the next day online. There was no code on the receipt we were given. When we went to get a refund for data we never got to use, the manager refused and had zero care about the inconvenience. We found out the worker was brand new and still they took zero responsibility for lack of information. Primetell even said that it is their responsibility to explain how to activate the data and they needed to refund our data. Worst manager and experience ever!

This airport doesn't handle high volumes well. It would be an improvement if they had self baggage check-in. They don't and the counters are not staffed until 2 hours before your flight. If you arrive early there is no where to sit apart from the coffee shop and that gets full very quickly. Arrivals is no problem only departing. Ed.

There was absolutely no queue, its a very small airport, so it's easy to get by. I had a flight at 08:15, and I got to the airport at 07:35. I had more than enough time for the security checks since there was literally nobody on queue.

Like all airports, when busy, you cant enjoy the facilities, but when quieter this as an enjoyable airport to fly to and from. Not much walking involved and a small but decent choice of shops and cafes. Mainly seems to be Easyjet, Tui and Ryanair

it is a very well organized airport, where you can find almost anything, means of transport for any route are at your disposal, the waiting time is very short

Very organized, clean and luxurious. They have all the tasters of perfumes, creams, mascaras and other products. Very friendly people and nice atmosphere.

Nice little airport, has most things you'd expect from an airport only less of it as it's quite small. Prices are high for food and drink as you'd expect in an enclosed environment. Quite clean and tidy with a good range of duty free.

The vendors basically charge the same prices as taxed products and keep the tax for themselves! There’s absolutely no bargain to be found here! Just awful! Save your money! You can buy that bottle at home via Amazon unfortunately! Eat before you go the airport because the food is hideous! Very disappointed - Cyprus could do better!

A lovely airport. No delays from start to finish. Helpful staff. Nice places dotted about to eat and drink. Nice little outside space for people who still smoke.

Good sized duty-free range for what is actually quite a small airport. Not much else air side. A few eating places but very disappointing to find there were no gluten free food options available at any of the food counters/coffee shops 😞

Quick and easy check in and security checks for my Jet2 flight back to the UK. Not a massive duty free selection but depends what you are looking for. I was looking for a particular fragrance which they didn't have but they had others that I brought. Clean and tidy airport.

The proximity to the sea makes it feel like a resort and not airport:)

Very expensive stuff at the "Duty Free". Bought Metaxta 7 star for 19 Euros in town and it goes for 31 at the Duty Free. Same for Remy Martin. 45 Euros in town and 68 Euros at DF. Don't waste your money here especially on Cognacs.
