My wife and I can absolutely recommend this Fitness center. We are both over the ages of 60, and from the beginning the friendly coach gave us a program fitted to our health and condition. The program includes warm-up in the beginning, and in the end stretching exercises. After a startup period, more good exercises have been added, and we can both feel improvements. It´s a good clean place and the machines are modern and very easy to adapt to the individual training. Group training and other forms of health care are also offered. So don´t hesitate to come and get a good experience. You´ll never regret. There is room for everybody.

The good: Plenty of machines and benchs/barbells. Friendly staff. The bad: Dumbells aren't traditional, gimmicks which spread too much weight out. Showers are poor quality.
