While exploring East New Britain, we stopped by for lunch at Kulau Lodge. We had called ahead to reserve a table and place our food orders. I had the Barbacoa Sliders which were amazing and my husband had the Chilli Crab which he thoroughly enjoyed! Just the perfect amount of spice for someone who doesn't have a lot of spice/chilli often. The rest of my family had Chilli Crab and the fish&chips. After lunch my sister and I sipped on some cocktails as we enjoyed the beautiful view. Definitely a great spot if you are after a quiet getaway to relax and unwind. The owners are a beautiful family who were so welcoming and made us feel at home.

Beautifully presented with amazing views overlooking the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful to assist you with anything. The food was fantastic. 👌

been 10 years since i last visited this place. there are some notable improvements in the facilities. it is quiet, peaceful, plenty of sunshine. and friendly staffs too.

If you ever want a home a home away from home this is the place to go! Amazing location with beautiful views right on the water. Our kids will never forget their favourite staff member, June. Thank you Leilani and team for an amazing 5 days we will never forget.

Great ambience, superb location right on the beach, good food, nice staff, we only visited for a long lunch and drinks so can't comment on the rooms but if they're half as good as the garden they'll be excellent.

Expensive and not so secure considering crime wave without security. Separate fees for normal bank cards but higher fee for use of visa card cards. Very slow service

I would recommend this fabulous resort with their friendly staff and great service!! Delicious fresh seafood. Beautiful spacious gardens with lots of flora, spacious restaurant indoor and outdoor, an open beach with a volleyball beach court available. Spectacular bay view of Talili Bay with the volcanoes in the background. Best resort in East New Britain.
