Great nice view, with fresh air.. But the room.. Hmm well, the pillow case was dirty, thats the fatal point of a Hotel.. :(

Staff was friendly by my room was very soiled and overall quite disgusting. Blood stains on towel, stained bed sheets, yellow pillows, you name it.

Set just outside of town, this hotel is great for the discrete traveller. Bar and pool is great as well as the food. Giving it 3 stars

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Crossroads, while other traveling companions stayed in Lae town area. Crossroads was so far ahead of our friends' hotels that there really was no comparison. The food was decent, and everything was competitively priced. The location is out of town, which we saw as a benefit (quieter, more private, and relaxed). Crossroads is now our hotel of choice in Lae.

The services were awesome, the rooms were awesome and the food is just great. I love the pool, especially the crocodile painting at the base if the pool.

Excellent choice of hotel if you want to get away from the city and noise. The perimeter is huge, which is a great ideal for long afternoon walks. The services are much better.

Staff are very friendly and Nice Hotel Facilities. The food is always beyond my expectation everytime I try something new on the menu. Awesome!!!! However, nearly everytime I come back here, there's always something wrong with the room. Housekeepers really need to be consistent with their job. Furthermore, twice I have noticed they sweep the room rubbish into the corridor and leave it there which is really not good at all for a nice hotel.

I personally loved the apartment. However ,the apartment also had issues such as thr stove wasn't working and the hot water runs out by morning. Otherwise, I love the environment, the peace and quite and most of all the safety .

To have a outdoor vacation, Crossroads Hotel is the best Hotel in Morobe with it's amazing pool, a spectacular background and relaxing bar to have few drinks and delicious meals prepared by the best chefs in the province.

They have a great outdoor bar with a incredible pukpuk decal infinity pool set against the Herzog range as a fitting backdrop. Great way to watch the sun go down with a rewarding drink in hand after a long hot Lae day.

Stayed in the estate and haven't seen the hotel rooms. The food, facilities and services are great. Also a large but secure property which is nice to go for a morning walk with views of the mountain ranges. Highly recommended if staying in Lae
