The only thing that stands out at Madang Resort Hotel is its wonderful location, it is located just next to the sea. The hotel is also very beautifully designed, I am really impressed. I would highly recommend this place if you wish to spend a night or two in Madang.

One of the beautiful ship floating in the ocen, its kind of reaction I would like to say. It's really beautiful in a beautiful ocean view location. Can't describe any words. We went for a meeting and I got many of the pictures. Absolutely fabulous and you guys ho and enjoy the location your self. Thanks for the team who manage this hotel.

The facility is old, that's unfortunate. There were some ants on the bed, but they were small and I removed them by myself, no need to ask for help. Manageable! The staff were friendly and ready to help if something was wrong. Things I liked about Hotel: Location- beautiful and can't be compared to any places in PNG. You can go snorkeling and have awesome time there. Hotel Staff- friendly and ready to help. Airport bus transfer- smooth and it's not far from the Airport.

Beautiful place, sincere staff who are most helpful and a lovely atmosphere. Recommend to put up Notices to stop guests through wrappers and cans, plastic bottles into the sea. It mars the beauty of this place. Thank you.

Good accommodation deals. Environment is quiet and located beside the sea with the calming sound of waves and breeze.

The rooms and facilities were quite great unfortunately we had a really bad experience with the laundry : - first, they lost one of our t-shirt and not assume it - second, the other clothes were dirty - third, what they only do is to no paid the laundry for the lost t-shirt ….. (like if it was a gift) For the price, we expect a better service

The facilities are excellent, the staff very helpful and attentive. If you are looking for a hotel with internet forget it. The signal is very low in several rooms and you are limited to 400 MB during the stay. Very good place to disconnect from the outside world with beautiful views.

All the staff here are world class and make it truly an experience! We were spoilt with world class food at Madang Resort over the last 4 days. Now, I'm sitting here at another PNG resort restaurant, wishing I stayed longer with you at Madang Resort. Keep your chef and kitchen team because I was always happy!!! See you all again soon x

The best in PNG. I love the staff. Their approach were ever friendly and open. Came with my family for graduation and we had the best time. They were ready to go out of their way to get bake us pizza after they had closed. The ☎️ was dead in our room. But I loved the room and the room service was excellent. Very mindful of the people accommodated.

Location is good.property is also good. We stayed in Raffles wing, where property r not maintained well. Cleaning and service is extremely bad, even repeated complain to reception. Owner n Management need to work on this how to cleaning n service can be improved

I love tranquility of the seashore and natural beauty of the gardens. The hospitality offered at Madang restore is welcoming and superb.

The place is beautiful. Love the setting of the resort. Although the staff is friendly, it was a bummer that I had to wait 2hrs for a pizza and that the kitchen opens at certain times and orders can only be placed then. The room had two faulty sliding doors, an air conditioner that wouldn't switch on (luckily there were two) and a blinking light.

Best ! Up to date customer service, modern facilities, including gym, good view and security is a guarentee.Enjoyed my staff.

Awesome Madang, I relate this place with Manang of Nepal, both are top rated place. Manag holds lake with highest altitude and Madang is on the basin of earth, filled with water resources. Beside the delivery time of food, everything fine here.

It's very beautiful,clean and healthy environment where i get cool breeze direct from the ocean which make me feel comfortable. Try one time friends if haven't visited it yet.

It was very beautiful enjoyed the environment and atmosphere here. Since it was my first time in Madang Province and everything was really nice.

I've recently stayed overnight at the resort and noted the following: 1. The staff that served me were sincere and very welcoming, which was very apparent in the service they gave. 2. The waterfront location gives a spectacular view of the sea, the passing boats, and the islands adjacent. 3. It still maintains the post colonial decor from the days of the late Sir Peter Barter. In my humble opinion, may need to be updated to reflect current times. 4. The resort is understaffed. More people need to be hired, especially during peak periods. 5. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was worth 5 stars. It saddens me somewhat because I am from Madang and wish to see it live up to its former glory. Madang Resort has such potential to be the crowning glory of Madang Town or, better yet, the province.
