days ago on Google No room service, no kettle and coffee in the room, no drinking water, slow WiFi, tiny old TVs. Windows don't open! You need to request a key from the housekeeper! Strangest experience ever.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Malabo for my birthday. Our stay at ibis was very pleasant. The hotel staff was very welcoming and polite. One particular lady was super nice to us. On my birthday, she put together a basket of fruits and brought it to our room. This was such a sweet gesture. Overall, our say was great and I will recommend this hotel.

Very poor hotel. This is my first time in Ibis hotel and this gonna be the last. First day there was a bottle of water in the room. But the second day they didn't renew it. I thought they have forgotten. It was hard to put on my clothes and go downstairs I slept. Third day there was no water in the room. I called reception and told the situation. They said sorry but we just put one bottle of water to your room in your whole stay. This is an economic hotel and we can't help you. You should go downstairs and buy water from the bar. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What a poor and foolish behavior to the customer. This is not wine!!! Only a bottle of water. So shame of you! Please consider this before staying here!

I have been staying at ibis malabo for the last 3 years during my visit to Equatorial Guinea and I must say it has always been a pleasure from the super friendly staffs to the quality of service and good food. The rooms are of the expected standard of Accors hotel. I would like to make a special shout out to my very own Loida & Isabel for making me feel welcomed everytime!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean. The receptionists were most helpful in every circumstances. Will come back again.

During our stay we have received good services from the reception to the restaurant, we want to thank all the personnel with this excellent hospitality.

The customer service was excellent, I liked the professionalism of staff especially for receptionists and restaurant. Also, proud of cleaning service for house keeping teams. Just improve network. Big up.

Great service. The breakfast was always so delicious and fresh. The Chef and staff was friendly and accommodating! Management was always on point. Location was close to the airport and easy to catch a cab. Loved our stay. Beautiful view.
