I prefer Eva much more than St. Lukes. Chose when I wanted to consult, didn't have to stand and wait in the hospital hallway, and got my prescription emailed to me. The doctors are also really kind and accommodating. Much safer, much better. I would choose Eva over an in-person clinic or hospital again.

An incredible experience which I didn't expect. Dra. Gambalan attended me over the phone, asked me a series of questions and had me do a couple of physical tests. From the moment you communicate with the doctor you can tell they are experienced professionals. There was no pressure to use any particular facility or pharmacy it's all up to the individual. Got my prescription and saved myself an enormous amount of time of having to make an appointment and going to a clinic. This is the future of medicine.

I tried Eva because after my family members recommended it. I was not let down. The Doctor was on time, friendly, and very professional. I didn't have to risk going leaving the house and getting exposed to COVID. Will definitely be using Eva again. The time saving alone was worth it.

Not the best, to be honest. The doctor was on time and friendly and I did get my prescription. However, I had side effects with the medication she prescribed, so I contacted her through the email she gave me and I did not get a reply. I had no choice but to power through my five-day antibiotic course with zero support, all the while feeling dizzy every time I took my meds, which is every six hours, so you can imagine how sick and stressed I was the whole time. For a clinic that advertises premium services, I would've expected a reply. I probably would give them five stars though if I didn't need to get a follow-up.

I have already made and paid for an appointment because I saw that there are clients from outside the Philippines. Only to find out they do not do consultations to patients/clients outside ph. If I did not recheck the schedule through the online support agent I will not know. I wish you will be more specific with the details next time. Very misleading.

The doctor assigned to me, Dr. Krisca, is a good doctor, she really knows how to address my concerns and is polite in asking questions so you will be comfortable to explain your situations. The admin is fast in replying in emails. I started having symptoms on a Friday, and by Sunday, I needed to get consulted. I didnt want to go to the hospital due to the pandemic so I was looking to book an online consultatation. It was only Eva Digital clinic who was able to accomodate me Sunday, 8:30am. Imagine the convenience. I was then consulted by Dr. Krisca Jandusay and she was just amazing. I'll definitely use this again! I've always had reservations when using teleconsult services because my family is on the conservative-side. But trying this one really saved me from all the hassle and fear of going out.
