I think my server's name was either Stephen or Stephon. Either way, he was excellent. Food was mostly good, wings weren't the best tasting I've ever had, but the pork ribs and the tenders made up for that. 10/10 would recommend.

Toppers Restaurant and Bar was a fabulous experience. My friends and I had a meal and drinks. The drinks were well mixed and the food was delicious. The spare ribs are definitely a good one to have, I recommend. Great ambience, you can dine inside in the air conditioning space or outside where it is a bit warmer. Whichever way, it's lovely.

My first time here, and it was ok. The ambience was pleasing for my group. The food was ok. I enjoyed the drinks.

Excellent customer service! Our server was extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. We ordered the Chicken Porto and Stacked Chicken. Both dishes were very tasty. However, the chicken was a bit on the tough side. My drink, entitled Nylon Pool, was mixed with adequate alcohol and was absolutely lovely to look at. For dessert we tried the Topper's Sundae and the Blueberry Cheesecake. The sundae was average but satisfying nonetheless but the cheesecake was amazing: smooth, light and heavenly!

Toppers is quaint. The atmosphere is nice and staff are very polite. The food was good. In my opinion the food could have been better, but that is my opinion. It's located in Grand Bazaar and would be suited to a nice family outing. I do not think I would pass that way again though. The down side...there is no change table for babies. Second I have a problem with parents washing their babies butt at the face basin. There is nothing wrong with washing your child, but not at the one sink. I did not know how to react to that in the bathroom. But I felt as if I would contaminate my hands before I ate. It is my opinion that the mother is very wrong to take her toddler out without proper supplies. However, the restaurant needs to prevent the butt washing at the face sink. Maybe I am wrong but.......

Came to Toppers on September 20th service was OK food left a lot to be desired was served a flat Guinness which was changed when brought to the attention of staff, our food was brought swiftly... a bit too swiftly as this should have indicated red flags as the beef ribs were old chewy and stringy I'm sure they were not freshly cooked, again this was brought to the attention of the staff who brought me a slice of cake on the house which didn't do much to make me forget how much of a bad experience I had at Toppers.

This has honestly been the best vege burgers I've had in a long time. I haven't had meat in years but i feel like the got that meaty texture right too. Great service and followed COVID protocols. Fries tasted good as well. Not sure if they have dine in cause i did a pick up. Definitely would be back to try their pasta.

Staple. Always available. Great location. Virtually will always have parking. Spacious arrangement of seating. Good service. Food is surprisingly good for a quick service menu. Decent prices too. Never had a problem here.

Ordered a Firecracker burger with pepperjack cheese and jalapeños with a slice of pineapple. It was tasty but only had a little mayo-based sauce as dressing. Had to request honey BBQ sauce which took about 15 mins to arrive so the burger was almost cold by then. All burgers should automatically be dressed with BBQ sauce. Had a Mai Tai which was pretty good... the glass was just too small. The Tropical Depression cocktail tastes like Flintstones Vitamin C chewables. The music was entirely too loud... could barely hear myself think, so conversation was almost impossible. Overall service was okay.

Toppers, the ambience was good we sat outside, the service was fairly ok, the waitress memory was excellent, is how she remembered every order without a pen and paper lol. The virgin Pina Colda was not that tasty, I've had better. Food was not 10/10, you could probably make it work if it's just a lil quick last minute lime.

I've visited many times. Whether you like the indoor or outdoor dining experience, they've got a seat for you. The food is always delicious. Very tasty. But I've ordered pepper shrimp on 2 separate occasions and well, let's just say it lacked the pepper. Aside from that, they have a wide variety of food and drink choices, their servers are polite and friendly and the atmosphere is very cosy. I would definitely recommend.

Sad to say, compared to my visit more than 7 years ago, at the GB branch, the food was deplorable. Let's start, the steak cut fries were passable. The mozzarella sticks were tasteless, the cheese almost tasted 'turned.' Onto three chicken pot-stickers, hardly seasoned, unfortunately tasteless as well. Then there was the main course, the beef ribs and pork ribs (that my buddy had). The meats were rubbery in texture and the sauce appeared to be simply 'poured on.' We were given a normal knife to address these meats, ineffective of course. We soon asked for a steak knife, but given the texture of the meat, this proved futile in attempt. The ending Mudslides were the save. No complaint there. I must say, I was gravely disappointed and won't be visiting again anytime soon. There needs to be an overhaul of the food prep.

Service an the food was great

Go to Toppers for the convenient location, parking, and friendly staff. Don't go to Toppers if you're expecting good food. I've frequented the place a couple times in the past few months to understand that the food is pretty below average (when compared to similar priced places such as Zanzibar, TGI, etc.). Pros: - Good Location - Good parking - The outside seating is decent enough. - Some of the staff are nice. Last time I left my car keys on the table, and the cool waiter dude brought it out for me! Cons: - Terrible food. Getting cold old soggy fries at a restaurant should be a crime in this day and age. - Long waits for food especially if its peak time.. - They give you normal styrofoam boxes for doggy bags, except there's BIODEGRADABLE printed on it. C'mon guys. We both know that it's not biodegradable. Advice to the company: - Prioritize your kitchen and train your cooks. You're operating a restaurant, not just a bar.

Dinner at toppers... Nice Restaurant, friendly courteous staff, there was a mix up with one of the orders at the table and they did their best to resolve it. But taste wise 1.Chicken alfredo pasta was good. 2. Chicken tenders over cooked, onion rings under cooked fries good. 3.I ordered Jumbo Coconut Shrimp with a side of mashed potato, the shrimp was small tasted the coconut but wasn't yummy. Mash was good. 4. Chocolate cake was good worth it 5. Drinks okay. Good company a wonderful night just a bit disappointed by the taste of the food may be it was the chefs off night and we may give it try again...

They need more vegetarian options on the menu. Why must I pay 80 dollars for a cheese quesadilla because it's not on the menu. They told me that they have to log it in as a chicken quesadilla. Let's be real chicken and cheese are very different and should vary in price. Anywho, the drinks were made to perfection. I had a Bahama Mamá and a Purple rain. They had the supervisor working as the bartender, which made me question, why weren't they hiring a bartender? Hmmm Food tasted good that night as well. The veggie burger was simple, certainly can't be compared to TGI Fridays beyond the meat burger or the Black Bean. The sweet potato fries were fried to perfection

Came to toppers to join friends and family for a night out. After being let inside by the hostess she came back to me and asked me to remove my hat. I told her I didn't want to but she insisted. I immediately left the bar. I've never been so embarrassed in front of a crowd of people.

The place is splendid and elegant. The food was awesome an she atmosphere is so welcoming. We ordered Atlantic salmon, buffalo wings and quesadilla, they were amazing and super tasty. We really enjoyed every single bite, unforgettable. We will definitely visit you again, thank you guys.

We arrived minutes to 8 on a Friday evening had our temperature taken and was offered indoor or outdoor dining. As soon as our server came to the table she said the kitchen was closing at 8:30 so we should order our food soon. We put in our orders for drinks and food including a milkshake, chicken pot stickers and trifecta combo. The bar was out of stock for most of our first choice drinks and the server forgot to bring one of our drink orders after 3 choices down the line. The trifecta combo was tasty but the quantity of food was very little compared to similar restaurants and price point. We had to remind rge server that we didn't receive our pot stickers twice and when we asked for another round of drinks we were told the bar was already closed. We understand that covid regulations means things work differently now but if we had been told the bar was closing at 9, as we were told about the kitchen, we would have ordered accordingly. Definitely won't be patronizing again any time
