Great facilities, at times packed and parking during mall hrs is a challenge, but the 24 hr access, steam room and juice bar is well worth it

Visited one time... too much people just exercising their mouth around there machines... no workouts being done.

Great gym. One of the best gyms i have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and the gym is clean at all times. Trainers are also available free of charge to anyone who wants assistance. It also opens 24/7 so one can go at anytime to get that workout in.

Clean and all the equipment are in great condition. The gym runs 24 hours and the staff are friendly. There is also an area that serves smoothies and breakfast. My only nitpick is that the wifi could be stronger but I won't deduct a star for that.

The customer service here is motivating and awesome. The gym is also out fitted with modern enough equipment for easier and careful workouts. The smoothies after a workout is also good, sometimes you may get samples of smoothie goodness. I highly recommend this gym for anybody looking for motivating workouts and great customer service.

Thankfully, ppl don't rly work legs here, so the squat rack/power rack is almost always free

24hr, well laid out, clean with continuous janitorial service and excellent customer service. All the training equipment that's needed are available here, along with a aerobics/spin room. The gym isn't large but crowd control is always a priority. Highly recommended.

This gym is a great one stop shop for working out. There is a wide array of equipment with a pristine bathroom with sufficient privacy for showering after working out. There's also a sauna! Then there's a smoothie and salad bar. Towels can also be sourced from the front desk and the gym is 24/7. Would definitely return.

I've been absolutely enjoying my experience here. It is a very safe & friendly environment. I train with three other guys and we always have a great time and phenomenal workout sessions. Not to mention, the freaking smoothies and shakes are awesome!

Was my first visit but I'll definitely be back again. The place was clean and user sanitized equipments after every use. Bathrooms was also clean. Only issue is that it's not as huge and spacious for the amount of equipments they have

For the week, there has been no water in the toilets or bathrooms and none in the water cooler . No truck Bourne supply to remedy the situation. Then this morning I arrived to find the gym closed with no sign on the door and no notice on social media. That being said and the reason for the low rating, the facility and location is good and the trainers have been very helpful.

Cool little gym. It has most of the equipment I needed. Can be busy at peak hours. Only one squat rack (but most people don't like squats)

Good machines, good environment and clean. The protein shakes are pretty good with lots of variety. If you go when it's busy you may not get free machines as the space is relatively small and not much benches or duplicates of machines.

Their facility is always impeccably clean which is so refreshing because I've frequented other gyms before and there was always some issue or another ... all the trainers are extremely helpful & Knowledgeable. Admin staff is super friendly. Love this gym 💪👌

Friendly staff, clean environment and a suite of equipment to meet every physical activity. Plus they have knowledgeable trainers available. In addition, they also sell supplements and refreshments there. Basically it's a one-stop shop for training needs.
