Very spacious apartment. Has 3 rooms with separate bathrooms, hall, dining area, little balcony, shoe space outside. Has inbuilt cupboards and kitchen has small store room types. Apartment has a guard and lift. Has parking area. The road infront is in pathetic condition though. Once it rains it becomes impossible to enter the apartment. Chemist shop just opposite else no major shop near by.

Rooms are too small and doors are placed in odd angles. Not good.

Residing in this apartments. Quality of work made by GERMANUS Is very good. Good to buy a flat here and very to commute every where from this location. View of the apartment is fantastic.

Excellent admosphere.

There is side walk for walk and interiors are good for peace lovers.

Good classy apartment to stay. But high maintenance cost charged for poor maintenance done here. Water scarcity hits often and water is salted contaminated with zinc.

Excellent apartment with continuous water supply. Security is available 24×7. Cleaning service is also good.
