Great place to stay. I had a day one delight right from booking till check out. Mr. Sethu kept saying am there don't worry n truly he ensured our stay was memorable. We booked 6 rooms n all were very neat n clean..would love to come n stay again. Keep it up. Good property..👍

I stayed 2 days in SV RESIDENCY Hotel is really very good. With all modern amenities. Overall cleanliness is very good. Property is new and we'll maintain. Staff is good and supportive. Overall it is great place to stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Awesome... Super... One request..add two theatres in the location..

room was kept clean, a little far from the town, there are no shops nearby, very poor service but room top class room Rs 2600

Dec2022 One less star for non availability of food within the campus. Place is huge and very clean, maintained. My Sethurajan is amazing guy and helpful. Small rooms are good enough for couples and they provide extra mattresses too. Family room is awesome and big. No kettle in the rooms. No lift. Morning tea/coffee are served. Parking no issues at all.

Rooms are decent enough compact but ok for 2 people. Understaffed and the staff does ot know anything about Hospitality. They dont even know that as a general practice every hotel they provide serices like. Water bottle, daily care kits like soaps tooth brush paste etc. The staff cannot speak in any other la guage than Tamil. No restaurant in the hotel. It has a community hall instead and no kitchen services. So i advice one should book rooms here if there are no options left.

A wonderful Good and Clean Atmosphere. Surroundings are very quite , Calm and peacefully. Mr.Sethu is very comfortable and helpful person . I would love to come n stay again .
