had
visited
NIMS
hospital
on
Monday,
the
March
1,
2021,
for
the
NEPHRO
treatment
of
my
wife,
which
was
our
first
visit
to
NIMS,
based
on
the
reference
of
one
of
our
relatives
Mr
Mohammed
Shameer.
PRO
Ms
Chitra
contacted
us
2
days
before
before
our
appointment
date,,
and
told
us
that
she
will
be
there
to
take
care
of
our
visit.
We
are
extremely
satisfied
with
the
services
given
by
Ms
Chitra.
She
received
us
as
soon
we
reached
the
hospital
around
08.00AM,
and
had
handled
everything
from
registration
till
we
left
the
hospital
in
the
afternoon.
Ms
Chitra
accompanied
us
to
the
laboratories,
took
us
for
breakfast,
(the
breakfast
was
very
tasty
of
course)
from
there
to
each
department
where
we
had
to
visit,
and
make
cardio
tests
and
even
waited
while
we
were
with
the
Nephrologist
Dr
Manju
Thampi.
Ms
Chitra
even
arranged
for
the
medicines
from
pharmacies
and
we
did
not
have
to
wait
in
queues
even
for
collecting
the
lab
test
results
which
were
all
done
by
Ms
Chitra.
We
never
got
such
an
excellent
hospitality,
reception
and
service
from
any
of
the
hospitals
in
Kerala
or
overseas.
This
is
great
service
provided
by
NIMS
management
to
patients.
I
should
not
forget
to
mention
that
Ms
Chitra
was
taking
care
of
several
patients
along
with
us,
(some
of
them
for
executive
health
check-ups)
and
she
was
actually
rushing
from
one
patient
to
the
other,
to
make
all
patients
feel
the
excellent
service
and
patient
care
of
NIMS.
Had
it
not
been
Ms
Chitra,
we
would
not
have
received
such
a
care
and
happiness
in
NIMS,
and
I
am
very
happy
to
mention
that
Ms
Chitra
is
one
of
the
main
assets
of
NIMS,
and
congratulate
NIMS
Management
in
the
selection
and
training
of
such
talented,
pleasing
and
patient
caring
employees.
We
are
living
in
Trivandrum
city,
but
the
service
and
excellent
care
provided
by
NIMS
through
service
oriented
PRO
Ms
Chitra
compensate
the
travel
time
and
distance
to
the
hospital
which
is
away
from
the
city.
