    Got screen repair, after repair they forgot to put the sim card back in, left glue all over the back of the phone, dents on the back of the phone and cracks on the back of the phone after a bit of yelling they ordered a back of the phone for free. They tried to sell us screen protectors for $30 each. If I could I'd give them 0 stars. Never going back again. I advise you to avoid them and never go there. Don't waste your time here.

    Only deserved 1 star rating as a first time customer I was very disappointed with how they went back on their word, lady advised me just before lockdown she would do a screen replacement and a free screen protector for $120. When I went back to store after lockdown a guy was working and I asked whether the lady was working and he advised she wasn't. I advised the guy what the lady had said with price of $120 and screen protector for free and he was ok with it to begin with until I went back to store to pick up My phone and he asked if I wanted a screen protector and I said but thats what I was quoted the price with a free screen protector, and he said no he can't do that, I said but thats what the lady said she would charge me $120 all up with a screen protector, his reply was shocking "That was then this is now" I was disgusted in his reply. definitely not a store that promises what they say and they go back on their word. i would have given them a 5 out 5 stars if they kept their word but they only get 1 out of 5. As a first time customer i will never go back to this store. The guy certainly doesn't know how to make customers want to come back especially as a first time customer. After being contacted by the store to reply to a email with feedback of the situation this Sarah I was emailing still did not want to fix the issue for the free screen protector and replied with this message "Hi Greg, As this was a conversation you had with another staff member, the person you dealt with today was not aware of any such arrangement. There was no change of mind. We try our best to work with our customers" There certainly was a change of mind from start to end as I explained at the start before handing My phone over what I was quoted with a screen protector and the guy was ok with that offer I was quoted but when i returned thats when he changed his mind and asked whether i wanted a screen protector. The guy at the counter should have said at the start before I handed My phone over to him if there was an issue with the quote with free screen protector and not at the end of transaction when retrieving My phone. The worst customer service experience I have ever had with this store, do not trust this store.

    Do not go here unless you intend to be ripped off I had them replace my iPad screen And I noticed this crack a few days later (note this iPad has just been sitting in my car this whole time I haven't even got around to using) I take it into them exactly a week after because I wasn't in the area expecting them to replace the screen because they had clearly given me a faulty one(as someone who works in a t I understand that anything that is mass produced will have faulty items hence would have been happy with a quick replacement) They refused this and said I had clearly done the damage to the screen even after I pointed out to them that there is no external damage to the device or the case it is I pointed out twice trading require you to give 7 days warranty but they still refused and said I had to pay for the replacement

    Henry saved the day! I purchased a lightning to headphone Jack for my iPhone. It developed a fault, so I went back to Henry to seek his advice. I didn’t even mention a refund or replacement, but Henry was super quick to offer me a replacement, free or charge. I even identified that I may have used it incorrectly. I advised Henry that I didn’t have a receipt, but he accepted my bank statement proof of purchase. Henry facilitated my replacement in 30 seconds. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Excellent customer service on Henry’s part. Will be recommending to all friends and family !

    I am homeless and mobile experts charged my mobile phone for 1 hour and treated me like a real person. They made me feel so nice I was suffering pretty bad mentally and they talked to me with no indifference. AAA+++

    They 'fixed' the back of my phone but damaged the NFC function so now Google Pay no longer works. Also, their shoddy workmanship meant they ordered the wrong part + left bits of glue on the outside + left smudges on the camera lens (I had to go back to get it cleaned up). Would not recommend. (Slightly belated review - this all happened a few weeks ago).

    Staffs were really good and helpful. Wonderful customer service. I had my phone repaired by the experts team and it was so quick. Staffs were fully trained and know what they were doing. Explained what parts on my mobile needs to be replaced.

    Initially thought that my phone had a faulty charging port and was quoted 65Dollars. On completion of the job I was told that the issue was only due to rust within the port which was cleaned. Was only charged 25 Dollars as a result. Excellent service and very trustworthy!

    My phone had been having issues charging with some cables and I took it to Mobile Experts to take a look. Previously I'd take the phone to a different shop in the city and was told it would be $50 to even look at the phone to see the issue. Mobile Experts were able to quickly work out the issue was the charging port required cleaning and did it on the spot for me with no charge! Very happy with the service and will definitely be going back if any other issues arise with my phone.

    Nischal is the best tech I have ever repaired my phone with. He has all the knowledge about phone and repairs with nice customer service. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs and accessories.

    Excellent service. I went today distressed because my phone was hacked and couldn't access anything. The staff there helped and fixed my phone within 10 minutes and didn't even charge a single penny. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much!

    No option for zero star about service and quality they give to customer 60 dollar for unbreakable but its with scratches What a hell it’s going to buy from cheaper one from another shops

    Had an apple watch screen replacement, now the screen does not work. i came in one month after it being fixed and it is not covered in the 6month warranty and asked to pay on top. AFTER ONE MONTH!! Terrible and rude staff with extremely poor service. I will never go back here and highly do not recommend for any service.

    Damaged the camera of my perfectly working phone while changing the screen. The technician is on break 9/10 times when I visited and argues with the customer. Would never recommend.
