Service staff they smile always 😊But they don't want to get business when we ask something''the person who make jucie will come after some time so may need to wait long". But the same time I can see counter staff are drinking Grape jucie 😅. Tea and snacks was good ☕For parking some one staff was helpful.

The food here is amazing. I also recognise, i didn't wait much long. But, i would say the place is very conjusted. The waiters are also much responsible but nothing attractive. The family dining is in the first floor whereas single dining is provided at the ground floor. The place also doesn't have sufficient parking. If you have luck, you receive a slot. Sundays are also working days. The place is not much attractive and attentive to catch-up. Overall good 5/10

I had fish biriyani ,fish fry and pudding today..biriyani was above average..fish fry was good and pudding was good..over all from my previous experience too it's a decent restaurent to go and fill your tummy..and ofcourse it's another from famous paragon chain..

Not upto the level of other paragon group spots.. We went there around 9 pm. They had only porotta, appam etc. Porotta was good. Appam just average, at focusmall they serve better appam. Fish mango curry was also just average. Very bad compared to the other outlet and the cost for 2 peice ayakkoora fish was 350/-. Not worth it. Tea, cofee were good. Beef pepper roast was waiste. It doesnt tasted like beef curry 😂

Very poor service and bad attitude of the staff in the PARCEL area. Especially the person with the specs. He will make us frustrated. He thinks he is sitting at a government office. I request you to kindly change him and appoint a person with some human values. He doesn’t suit for a restaurant like Salkara or Paragon. My day got spoiled because of that ……. I’m a customer since years. Definitely the food is excellent. Thank you.

I'm sure i don't have to provide much information about Salkara. One of the best restaurants in Calicut , which is a sister concern of Paragon. Whenever i feel like having food from Paragon it's always crowded with alot of people. So i mostly prefer Salkara as the taste is almost same of Paragon. They do provide quality food especially for the money u spent. The service is really good and appreciated. They do provide ample car parking and do they charge any amount for parking. You can always go have food at anytime whether it's morning, afternoon or Dinner 🍽️ they are the best in Calicut. Food 4.5/5 Service 4.5/5 Parking 4/5 Prices 4/5

This is one of the best restaurants in CLT, we had Chicken Biryani that's awesome 👍, we recommend the Kerala meals for someone to taste Malabar. I have visited this restaurant 5 times in past one year. Happy to go again.

All time favorite restaurant at Calicut. Appam is must try. Beef stew, Porotta and Biriyani is also good. Parking facility is limited. Good service but ambience can be improved.

Lost its charm. It's neat and hygienic place to have food. But taste has gone back foot. In fact, it has gone very bad. We had brunch. Porotta, chicken stew, tea, and snacks. Even the tea was bad.

Biriyani was over cooked, chicken piece was very good. But rice was not at all tasty. Ordered special on that day - green chilli chicken and it was utter waste. It was just over spicy. Parking is limited. Ambience is good and service also very good

Food is ofcourse tasty as the brand says its Salkara! We tried veg meals and chicken biriyani and fish fry as well. All were really tasty. The only thing we felt the parking space and limited seats.

Salkara failed to live up to my expectations. The parking is hectic, food was mediocre, but the service was quick and good. I was recommended chicken Biryani by the waiter. We ordered that and a meal. The Biryani was flavourful, but the meat pieces lacked any taste. It was more like boiled hardened meat. The meal was decent with good spread of sides. Recommendable. But the Biryani failed the expectation of the goodwill of Salkara. I didn't feel anything extraordinary compared to any other restaurant.

Food is ok ok, but not that much special or anything great to comment on it, talking about the price they charged normal price ,no problem with that but atmosphere and ambience can be improved a bit ,as there is enough space to make arrangements for that. As there is no rush as other hotels in Calicut,soon we will get the seats and food.

Great food but always crowded. Parking is an issue.

Food wasn't upto the mark, but prices are at par with any fine dine restaurant. A basic dish was made with zero care and served. We couldn't complain as we had to leave soon. Visiting here after a good experience last time but that was 2 years back. Still expected a basic consistency which wasn't there. Please have a watch on the mosquitoes and flies inside the AC hall.

I tried chicken biryani. It was delicious 😋. There's both A/C and Non A/C option and special dining for the family . The service is really good also the ambience is nice 🙂

This is my edited review about the Salkara Restaurant. My first visit to this restaurant made me sad and reported the same here and to the management. To my surprise, they made a good effort to connect with the customer and understand what went wrong from their side. Next day I had BF & Lunch from Salkara and left the best impressions. It was a great experience! The Staff were extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was awesome, and I should say that making the customers happy with the food is their main priority. The service was delightful and very professional. Thanks, Kiran, for understanding the customers need. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

We dined in the AC hall. It was a nice experience. We had Appam and Chicken stew. Appam was soft and Chicken stew was really good. The AC hall is not so big. If there's a lot of people, it feels congested. But the food is really good. 👍👍

Recently from my experience the menu is half empty , mostly sold out or out of stock.. could be due to the rush in Christmas How ever the quality is always good.. and preferably the second best after paragon

Worst ever fish biryani charged 350 rs, told me that's kingfish, but it was pappans fish. Never ever visit and get cheated. Absolutely no taste. They just microwaved it and served. Extremely low substandard. Worst ever. Thooooooooooo

Salkara is one of the best outlets out there of paragon. We mainly go there to have their meals or briyani. Both the items are really good. Tea and snacks are okayish tho. Good place for families. Cost is also average. So worth it!!

Today me and family visited vandipetta salkara hotel. We had a horrible experience with fish curry mulakkittathu. It costs around 390 Rs and they mention in that that it is a special fish curry. FISH gravy is such a mess that not at all tasty. Most of the people visiting this hotel thinking it's a paragon group. But sorry to say we had such a bad experience never before. I have given our feed back to hotel employees and hoping that they will take some measures to correct it

The food is good, but the Nepalis who are serving need to be given some strength medicine, the service is so slow
