All of the reviews for this hotel must be fake or paid for. DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS. The only good thing about this hotel is the nice man at the front desk. We checked in, got to our room, and were disgusted to find men’s body hairs, long black hairs, and crumbs all over one of the beds. So obviously, the bed sheets had not been changed. The floors were disgusting as well. I went to the front desk and the man apologized and gave us a new room key card to another room. Went in to the other room, and while there was no hair on the bed, the floor was DISGUSTING. My socks turned black. There were hairs, crumbs, and dirt ~all~ over the floor. There were long black hairs on the bathroom towels we are expected to use after showering. The bathroom towel “mat” was grossly brown stained. The house keeping here does not clean properly in this hotel. The whole time we just felt disgusted as it is evident they don’t clean there. Save yourself the trouble and disgust and just stay somewhere else… Hotel needs a DEEP clean. We checked out at 7am because we couldn’t wait to get out. Beware.

I read the reviews and looked at photos before booking here. Photos can really enhance the truth. I was completely disappointed! Overpriced for sure as this is not a tourist city. I was happy because we were able to check in early without an extra charge and we were even upgraded to a room with a kitchenette. I don’t know if that was a great idea. The room was dirty! The counters and nightstand had some sort of stains, looked like blood. The toilet had an accumulated-gross brown line. The kitchen appliances had fingerprints all over them. The sink had water marks all over it! The dish soap dispenser was half full, dirty on the outside and there was a dirty-grayish sponge there. There was hair on the floor that my kid trailed on the bed. The shampoo and conditioner bottles seemed used-even though the front desk staff said it was new. I felt awful that I took my friend to California for her birthday and she had to clean her room before calling it a night after a long road trip and day at the beach. We were given a partial reimbursement for the room, but the experience was still not a positive one.

I was looking for a place to stay for two nights before my early flight and ran across this place. I could not believe how well-kept and clean the rooms were, how friendly and accommodating the staff was, and how peaceful and quiet the premises were. When I come back, I will always stay here from this moment on and will be recommending to all of my friends. It's my new hideaway hotel!

I found a strand of someone else's hair under my sheets. There was an unknown smudged brown stain on the side of the mattress. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The table had a bunch of drink stains under the glass. It was a nice hotel room for the price but it was the filthiest one Ive been to! If they improved their cleanliness, I guarantee the Inn would be stellar.

Newly renovated motel. The check in process was very smooth and the staff are very accommodating. The room could have been a little cleaner, the tables were not wiped well and there were stains on the chair. The handle to flush the toilet was broken or missing a piece and one of the fire sprinklers was leaking.Otherwise, for the price and location, it was a fairly comfortable stay.

I had to stay in the area for work and was surprised the rooms looked as good or better than there photos. They were super clean with amazing service from start to finish. Will be staying again as the office is down the street and super easy access for everything needed. Recommend 100%

Pros: Nice room. Full size fridge and a microwave. Big TV, well lit room and has a beverage cooler. The bed is very comfortable. Con: They have a ice machine but it's 50 cents for ice! I never have or carry change very inconvenient.

The rooms were very clean upon arrival. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was courteous and provided us with excellent service upon checking in and when we checked out. This visit was worth our stay. We highly recommend staying here. Will definitely stay at this location when visiting California.

We loved our stay at Aspire. We booked the king room with the spa tub. The rooms are well designed and clean. The hot tub was so relaxing. Highly recommend a stay at Aspire!

Stayed on 8/1/23 in room 211. This is about my 8-9th time staying at this hotel. The bed was extremely squeaky and leaning from 1 side. The sink mirror white led lights weren't working. The toilet paper was used 1/4th full they never seem to put a new roll of toilet paper. Per usual the the guy working in the evening has no customer service skills. Will continue staying as this location is convenient, but there is room for improvement.

I am currently staying at the hotel with my family. The room was very clean when we first arrived. The housekeepers have done a great job cleaning our room everyday and making sure we have the essentials that we need during our stay. The beds are very comfortable and we even had our sheets changed with no problem during our stay. The staff in the office and the housekeepers are very friendly. We are here on vacation visiting family and we will stay again at Aspire in the future. Again thank you for making our stay enjoyable Lisa Burrows Reyes

Aspire Inn has been renovated recently and the room had all brand new furniture, bedding, plenty of pillows, and handicap accommodations. The bathroom/shower was super clean and the towels were thick and soft. We recommend the Aspire Inn for anyone who wants a comfortable, clean room in Bellflower California.

Enjoyed my one night. It was quiet and clean, but the place had no clothes hangers nor drawers.

Bad owners. They double charged my card when checking in. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, however, the owner never called me back or responded to emails to resolve the issue. I called on 3 separate occations and gave them over 2 weeks before I ended up having to file a claim with my bank. It could be up to 90 days before I get my money back. I found the staff here friendly enough but the lack of effort from ownership to fix thier mistake is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Based on the reviews I was expecting a horrible room and experience but it was pretty decent, room was clean and had what the main necessities which was awesome wasn't expecting a 5 star but stay was good
