This is a great looking new hotel. Has all you need and friendly staff. The reason why I have scored this one down is the swimming pool! Although it looks nice it was very dirty and possibly made my daughter sick. On the first day I went to the reception and told them there was allot of hair in the pool and they said they would looking into in. The second day my daughter was in the pool and there was blood and allot of hair and dirt, as soon as I saw this I removed my daughter and didn’t use the pool again which was a great shame as that was the main reason we chose this hotel! I informed the receptionist again and they told me sorry and the cleaners had not come for days and there’s no staff to help. I used a combination of bonvoy points and cash for my nights stay and didn’t really get the value which was a shame! I would have rate it higher if they would have taken my concerns more constructively

Great location and spacious room. The only issue I had was my requested was not honored. When I check-in I requested a 4pm checkout as well as on the app and was told it should not be an issue just verify the night before. Before leaving for work the night before checking out I verified with the front desk and I was told it was approved. I checked the app at work and saw the time wasn’t updated. Call the front desk when I got off at 6am no answer. I wanted to make sure everything was good before I went to sleep after working a long 13 hour shift at the hospital. I was finally able to get in touch with some from the front desk via the app and was basically told that my request was DENIED due to me using a “discount rate”. My titanium was status was null and void due to me using this “discount rate”. They were only able to give me a noon check out time. This left me scrambling. I had to pack and I was only able to get 4 hours after working a 13 hour shift at the hospital. Totally unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lobby: Spacious, clean, with multiple TVs. Bar closes but lobby is opened all throughout the night. I didn’t want to have food smell in my room so I ordered food and ate it in the lobby. Room: Rooms only get cleaned every other day. So if you need new towels, you’ll have to ask. Also, be specific on what size towels you need. Love the soap scents. Location: This hotel is surrounded by ALL THE THINGS. The biggest footlocker right outside, Dunkin Donuts, Randy’s Donuts, Starbucks, Mexican Food, In-N-Out, BJ’s, a cantina…ALL SORTS OF THINGS! Awesome location. Overall: very modern and inviting. Didn’t get to see the gym or pool but will be back when I’m back in LA. Smile, eat, hydrate. Hope to see you out there! xo

Stayed at this hotel for a work trip. The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean. The Rose Gin & Tonic and Sangria from their bar was really good. The bartender was also very nice and friendly. Their pool is on a second floor terrace which is pretty cool. Wasn’t able to use it when I went due to rain though.

This location is fairly new. Very clean facility with spacious rooms. Please note that room service is not provided on a daily basis. The breakfast area was clean; however, food selection was limited. There are other places close by to dine which was very good. The staff was courteous. Not a bad place to stay for short-term visits.

I would not recommend anyone staying here. The Manager, Anthony Pena does not care about the uncleanness of the hotel rooms or the guest. My family and I had the worst stay. When my wife got to the room, she found a used Starbucks cups in the trash can. Also, she found a used towel that had make up on it. When we told the Manager about our issue and asked for accommodations, he offered a free parking pass. However, My family and I was already given a free parking pass before we went to the room. A young lady at the front desk was sympathizing with our experience with Southwest and our 8 month old baby missing stroller. At the rate this "new hotel" is going, I will give it a year before others are saying the same. Someone already complained about dirty sheets. That means the rooms are half way cleaned! Please don't stay here.

Overall, a pretty nice hotel to stay at. It’s brand new and the staff are quite friendly. I stayed about a month or so ago and booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out for four adults. They upgraded me to 2 king size rooms which was really nice as it was 4 adults. I ended up getting charged for the second king room, but after emailing the hotel, the manager was able to sort it out and have that charge reversed. Overall a really nice stay and a decent breakfast. There is a parking fee if you have a vehicle which was a bit annoying as the parking lot isn’t gated or that secure so it doesn’t feel that justified but overall the stay was nice and I’d still definitely recommend.

Very new, very nice SpringHill Suites. I liked the room layouts, our 2 queen room was designed to feel bigger than it is with a separate sitting area and desk. The bathroom was exceptionally nice for this level, and there was even a big walk in closet. There was a mini-fridge and microwave oven in the room. Our east facing room had a gorgeous view of the sunrise and mountains. The hotel was very clean. We received housekeeping only once during a 5 night stay. The pool was a disappointment for our kids, it is beautiful but not heated so it was unusable for our March stay. The breakfast buffet is good with a basic selection of breakfast foods that changes each day. There is a convenient, well-lit parking lot available. The hotel's location is OK from a tourism standpoint, we found it very easy to get to the attractions of Anaheim including Disneyland. Going to Los Angeles and points west is a little trickier and takes longer, but it is not bad if you avoid rush hours. However, there aren't many things nearby that would be of interest to visitors, although there is a fair amount of shopping and dining nearby. I was happy with my stay at this hotel and I'd come back.

This had to be the best Springhill Suites I done stayed too! The details at this hotel was everything! From the paintings to the Insert card for power to save energy! This hotel was very nice and comfortable! The pool is on a top deck with a pretty large area for it which really stood out to me. They are new here! Breakfast was delicious! I would most definitely recommend staying here! There are also so many restaurants in the surrounding area!

My company had a management retreat in late February. We used several of their meeting rooms which were very spacious. We catered lunch and dinner, and the banquet server and coordinator were awesome. They were attentive to anything I needed for the meeting room or our food items. The banquet servers always made the snack/lunch that we provided very presentable. I had the opportunity to hang out at the bar and I got to say the sangria was a hit for me. If you are needing a place to have a meeting or staycation I highly recommend Springhill Suites.

Currently staying here with my husband and the hotel is brand new and sparkling clean. The bed is super comfortable and the sheets smell really good with a clean newly washed smell. The toilets are huge and clean too. The rooms are huge but a bit dark though and lacks lighting. The pool area looks good but didn't try it. They gym is a proper gym with enough equipments. The staff are hospital and friendly. The breakfast spread is decent. I have to commend the lady topping up the breakfast earlier as her warm smile is contagious.

I been staying here for weeks now, not only is this hotel super clean! The room itself is clean as well . The three things I look for when booking a hotel are 1. How the room smells when I first open the door 2. How clean the bed and pillows are 3. The condition of the towels. This hotel passed all three. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The manager is very professional.

Love this place. Everything had that new smell. Halls were clean with plenty of air, not stuffy or warm. I will definitely return when staying in the area. Rooms were clean, layout was nice too. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We didn't get to see or use the pool area this time but we will the next time.

Went to a work conference hosted at this new property. I was very pleased with the meeting spaces, breakfast, bar and rooms. I like the Spring Hill concept for business travel. Fridge & micro in all rooms. Good Wi-Fi connection and work desk all help in getting your business taken care of. Staff is great, always there to help. Win Win!
