Beautiful venue to host your event! I loved all the decoration, Details, the spacious restrooms and the parking lot. I also loved the staff, very professional and kind. Great place!

Worst experience possible. The owner didn't show me the hall at all. He tried doing business over the phone, when we had an appointment setup in person, couldn't even give me the courtesy to let me know he couldn't make it. One of the workers had to call to let him know that I was there waiting for him. Even after that he didn't call me at all..... I had to text him, and all he had to say was "it's this much you want to rent it"Not even an apology, just asking if I wanted it. Why would I want it after this horrible experience..... plus no manners at all, completely rude. If I could give him a negative I would. Don't waste your time people because that's all it was, a waste of my time, plus the drive there not worth it at all.....

Bad customer service ! If you’re gonna own a business , you need to practice on your customer service and communication is the key ! Owner is rude and really needs to work on communicating with potential customers! Would give 0 stars if I could ! Yes I know life happens but out of courtesy let people know that you can’t make it to an appointment and answer the phone 📞

The owner of this place was extremely disrespectful when I would ask simple questions. He also tried to make me pay 7k more than the agreed price. He does very bad business and is only looking for the pay instead of giving quality service 0/5 would not recommend.

Had my daughter’s Quinceañera this past Friday 3/10/2023. I’m extremely satisfied with the staff, especially Ivan. He accommodated our every need, always gave us a friendly YES with every request we had. Hortencia, the bar tender knew exactly what she was doing with those mix drinks. My guest had nothing, but good things to say about my event, starting with the staff, food, and drinks. I want to thank Itzel, for answering my every call and txt messages. I truly recommend Epoca Hall for any special event.

My Daughters Sweet 16 was a huge success.A special thank you to Jailene and her outstanding team. They went over and beyond to make it a truly special event. The ambiance was enchanting , the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommended Epoca Hall for any special event.
