I caught COVID here because they do not take proper steps with social distancing or who bring COVID into there facility it just seem like they are not taking proper precautions because I know somebody that was there quarantine there because they couldn’t get there because they didn’t give them a refund I just don’t think that’s sanitary

Really glad we choose this hotel. It was not the cheapest in the area but the slightly higher cost is worth it. The room was of a good standard and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with many choices including bacon, sausage, eggs, omelets and also waffles and toast, etc. There was also many cold options such as cereal, yogurt and fruits. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a reasonably well equipped gym. The whole place is very clean and modern and the staff seem attentive and professional.

Breakfast served specially eggs like you have to beg to those serving ladies. Won't be staying again. Rooms and location is perfect with free parking

The first room we were given room 409 was not clean at all, only thé bed was made with an eaten donut box, used shampoo and soap in the bathroom, dirty bathtub, shopper full of plastic bags, hair on the table, and food cramps on the carpet. Anyways, the audit lady was very apologetic about it and switched us to another room which was reasonably clean and nice as best western is supposed to be.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to I-5 and the free breakfast, free parking and also the Denny's next door in case the breakfast was a bust, which I'm happy to report was not the case. Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and had everything you'd expect. We had the view of the pool in the back. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. All you really want for your stay. Breakfast was delicious! Many options. Toasters for your toast or bagel, pastries, waffle maker station, hot sausage gravy, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Juice, coffee, tea, cocoa. Oatmeal, cereal, etc The noise level around the hotel was a high due to the proximity to highway. I always have earplugs though, so that's not a biggie.

Great service. Massive breakfast spread. Clean rooms. 30 mins from Hollywood by road. All in all - loved it

The room itself is excellent it’s clean and in a OK location. My review is on the service that I receive while staying here. Company has a corporate account with this hotel and many others. My stay was extended due to unforeseen reasons which my company contacted them in advance. They sent housekeeping to barge into my room all throughout the day although I left my do not disturb sign on my door. I called down to the front desk, and even though my room was extended, I was told they thought I had departed…umm whether or not I departed no one should be in my room until the pre-assigned checkout time. To add insult to injury, I walked to get some food and upon returning, I found that my key card was turned off , so I go downstairs and the person that’s at the front desk rudely decided that she was going to chastise me about the time that I planned to leave here and wouldn’t make a key for me until I agreed to call my company..mind you I am hours before it’s time for me to check out my key card should be turned on without us having to go back-and-forth on what my check out time is , trying explain to her I need to get my phone out of my room to call my company she then decided to threaten me with security .This place not only needs diversity training, but they need more than a Hispanic staff because you have more than Hispanic people who stay here !! How I was treated was disgusting . I was spoken in a demeaning way, while I stood in the lobby holding my food in my hands pretty much begging for a new key to get into a room that I will still a resident in!

Breakfast was nice, there is a lot of people in the morning so you I’ll maybe have to wait few mins. The location is nice and safe for LA, great for someone with car. Parking is free.

The front desk and cleaning staff have been top notch during and after my stay. I left a few valuables behind and had no trouble getting them back. The rooms are updated and clean, decent variety for breakfast.

The place is great.... here is my complaint.we LOVED the mattress we slept on, forgot to take pics of the lable, called to see if they could get info for us about the bed, called 4 times over 2 weeks, everytime they "would get back to us" they only called back one time to say "Its a Serta" We practically begged them to send us a pick of the lable because that wasnt enough info, they flat out refused. We have stayed there 3 or 4 times now, usually rent 2 rooms when we stay... I dont think a pic of a lable for a good customer is a huge ask, again, Im probably even going to stay there again but its a bit of a let down knowing they only value you if you are there

Just had a quick 3 day trip in LA and I’m very happy that we booked this location, Best western provided my family all the comfort and security that we need. Def coming back!

My stay at this hotel was an absolute treat. The room was elegantly designed with modern amenities, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. From 9 to 12 October. The rooms were large and clean. The downside was the breakfast. The breakfast room was far too small and note everyone could sit at a table. The breakfast itself was poor and of a low quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The employees were very friendly. I arrived after work at 9:30am(graveyard shift) had a reservation, arrived without calling ahead and not only did they check me in had an available room she offered me their free breakfast. Thank you BW plus for taking good care of your customers. Much appreciated.

There is a 24 hour Denny's right next door in case you need a quick, easy place to eat. Inside the hotel looked new and clean. It is not a bad place to stay if you are in the area and need a hotel.

Room was great except the shower leaked and it ran into the carpet in the room. It's also under a freeway with no access to it and the neighborhood doesn't exactly look the best.

Our hotel room had ants in the bathroom, cold water and annoying loud neighbors. Tried to get it handled by front desk multiple times and the manager told us to leave if it was that much an issue. Great place if you don't want to sleep.

For the duration of 12 days, we made bookings in 3 different hotels ; and this hotel was the best! Location wise - if need anything you can just drive to pico rivera that have almost everything. Traffic to and back from LA is not the best. But coming back to the room after a long day travelling is simply amazing !! Please keep it up coz for sure we will be back! ❤️ ❤️. Oh another plus point is that it’s is near to Citadel outlet! Love it.

Great hotel - clean and helpful staff! Breakfast is good quality. Its just a 1.5hr drive from Grand Canyon west so best place to stay if you are visiting it. We drove from Vegas to stay overnight and head to Grand Canyon west in the morning.

Staff was warm and helpful. Rooms were clean and up to standards. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Large shampoo and body washer in shower. Decent breakfast waffles, eggs, hashbrowns. Coffee in the room is ok, but in the lobby, there is a very nice coffee/latte machine free to use as well as filter water, hot water, and ice.

Breakfast wasn't the best but everything else was AMAZING. The cleanliness of the hotel inside and out definitely was amazing. You constantly see workers cleaning etc. Security was good. Can't complain about nothing.

I am a truck driver from out of town my out of town, I didn't stay in the hotel but they were kind enough to let me park my truck in their lot while I ate at Denny's next door, but it looked like they had plenty of security. And I love Dennys there.

“Rooms smelled funny but it was overall a nice stay” Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a music festival and it was pricey, but well worth it. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and professional, one weird thing was that room service kept removing our bath towels and we’d have to call them up every time we want to take a shower? Not sure what is up with that.

Nice comfortable rooms, mine felt more like a suite than a single, with a Queen or King size bed, I couldn't tell cause It was big and I'm not a small person, the mattress was firm but not hard, so sleep came easy. 4 pillows, are you kidding me, I felt like using every one to prop up my head legs and arms and I did. If you are a pillow person you know what I mean. They have a decent breakfast from 7 to 9 am where you can fill up to start your day right. Wifi is available all around the property and if you need to do some serious work and sending an email or doing research on your phone's tiny screen is too difficult and time consuming, they have a couple of PC's available for guests to use along with a printer so you can print and submit that report when your done. Relax in the pool or simmer and marinate in the hot tub it's your choice. I had a pleasant experience and I was there to work...

I will definitely come back to this hotel! The Staff is awesome! Rooms are clean, breakfast is great with plenty of food to choose! Pool is clean and again the staff is great specially cleaning staff!

not bad! people are friendly service was great. remodeled not to long ago. my room was spacious, clean and modern. some noise from the 5 and side streets. area was trouble free. semi truck parking ok. not recommended for longer than 65 feet. day cabs with trailers mostly. to many islands. other than that. all good!!!👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

The hotel serves a purpose. It's not in a great area of town but it is close to the main road network to get you where you need to be. The room looked tired and was not thoroughly cleaned. The vents were dirty as were the window boards for example. The AC was old, noisy and had a strange smell when on to the point we could not use it. The room was was suitable for 4 people (2 double beds) but there was only complimentary drinks for two people. However, there was a full size under counter fridge. The bathroom facility was adequate, one thing which was amusing though was the light was on a timer so 5 minutes in the shower and you were plunged into darkness as the sensor didn't pick you up. That's one way to limit your shower time and therefore water usage I guess.

Older hotel in an area that requires a security guard. Staff - 4 stars Courteous, friendly, helpful. Room - 3 Stars. In need of remodeling. Took at least 7 minutes of running the bath water to get it hot. Towel rack coming off wall. Closet door hinges need to be replaced. Very hard time opening them up to access the space. Outlet where the coffee pot plugs in was not working. Amenities - 3 stars. Breakfast was ok. Traditional fare, eggs, taters, meat, waffles, etc. Nothing makes it stand out. Has a exercise area although I did not use it. Elevator has graffiti carved into the stainless door. Close button was jammed so it didn't function. Carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. No unusual smells inside the hotel. Overall not too bad except for the area. I will be looking for another place to stay next time I'm in the area.

Hotel in an industrial suburb, no car is inconvenient for anything. The room was clean and quite modern, the noisy fridge and oven. The hearty breakfast, however, should devote a little more attention to the desserts. The big disappointment was the very small and not airy room, with too many people in line, it is not hygienic and it is very uncomfortable to have to stand in line to get everything. It's a must turn on the air conditioning or open all the windows giving the possibility to eat outside.

I would like to commend these Three women, Alexis, Natalie and Erica are the most helpful and knowledgable of the front desk staff i have had the privilege to deal with while staying at a hotel. they are friendly and should be modeled as exemplary employees. I wish everyone was as kind and welcoming as they are. Breakfast is good/consistent and there is something to be said about Reina and Alicia who are amazing as far as keeping up with cleaning and food prep and Hospitality. All around a good experience but these people made the stay. The outdoor pool is open until 9pm as well as the indoor gym. Parking is kind of limited and has Semi parking in the back portion of the parking lot behind Denny's. Thank you to everyone who made my stay enjoyable!!!

Location very busy traffic bad and rooms ok. You pay for everything from laundry to dryer. No detergent available on site.

Very nice looking property. First room had major ant problems and second room we found a cockroach. The breakfast was very good every morning. Very diverse and filling selection. Minus the rodent problems would have been a 5 star motel. Enjoyed myself. Dont get room 147 or 109. You'll be OK

It was a very nice clean and comfortable room, the only bad thing was the bathroom fan wasn't working, but I left a note that they provided. Oh and NO WAFFLE MAKER 😔😓
