The room itself was clean and comfortable, but they refused to give towels to accommodate the guests on our reservation. 2 towels for 4 people doesn’t work out so well! And the towels and sheets were THIN. We had to ask the front desk DAILY for enough towels and were met with an attitude of being inconvenienced. Bedspreads are yucky despite being white and likely bleach-able. Beds aren’t awful but not very comfortable- imagine waking up aching the next day kinda not comfortable. Breakfast is dismal, and the pool requires a reservation for only 50 minutes. Bathroom fan, outlet and room phone didn’t work. The worst part, however, is the front desk staff. They’re pretty rude, unhelpful and could use some training in common decency. It seemed many were VERY busy playing on their phones instead of answering a quick question. The bonus is location- it was in the middle of most of the reasons we came to visit. However, in the future, we will likely look elsewhere for accommodations.

This hotel is absolutely horrifying to say the least, the carpet smelled, the rooms have not been updated and the heat didn't work properly. In addition we had an issue at the front desk and dealt with an extremely rude lady by the name of Alicia who didn't care to assist me, she works the evening shift and when I asked her to have the Manager Mariana call me she rudely said I am not having the manager call you. I wrote the CEO of the Hilton Corporation to file a formal complaint against this employee. I've been staying at Hilton hotels for over 20 years and never had such an awful experience and the manager at the hotel did nothing about the employee Alicia however, Lupa at the front desk was very nice. When I initially called the front desk for the Manager I was told she will be in at 9am but she never called me and when I called back at 9:24am I was told the Manager has no set time to come in, basically I was informed the Manager strolls in when she feels like it, so unprofessional. This hotel needs to be renovated and cleaned, I do not recommend this property!

Nor friendly front desk staff.... breakfast is very poor. Some equipment from our friend's car was stolen during night time. Hotel itself is durty. After breakfast tables are not cleaned. You should clean it yourself. Once I didnt see someonese' chuing gum stayed on the table and my blouse wzs sticked to that....

This turned out to be a disappointing stay. Positives: Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast pretty good. Negatives: The management and staff allowed a very large biker group of about 40 to stay out in the front parking lot and rev up their bike engines, play very loud music, come and go at all hours of the night, which was extremely loud and disturbing when you have multiple motorcycles revving engines at the same time. I addressed it with the front desk; the lady was nice enough to give me a one night's credit but still acted very put out by my concern. In general, this isn't a great location because it's in front of a busy road with lots of noisy traffic. The wifi was also touch and go. I am usually very satisfied with Hilton Hotels but not this time.

Very standard Hampton Inn, had some issues with appliances in room but hotel staff fixed right away. They were very accommodating for a much needed early check in. Not a lot of walking distance restaurants, but mall is just down the road.

We used this location for an overnight stay before we boarded our cruise the next day, they were flexible with late check in (after midnight). The front desk staff was efficient in getting us all checked in, the security guard was a plus, our rooms were very clean and comfy. We were able to rest and go😊

My stay here was a great one! This hotel was close to my university I used to go to. The breakfast was good. The area is close to everything! Housekeeping was great! Staff is awesome! What more can I say? Overall, a great experience!

It's a decent hotel for the price, but the complimentary breakfast is really quite good...its a "real" breakfast, not some cheapo continent breakfast with cold stale muffins and cereal boxes. UPDATE/EDIT... One more thing, this place is generally booked if you're checking vacancy for same day check-in, so if you're planning on staying here, I definitely recommend a reservation at least a couple days prior to check-in.

First my family have stayed at this particular location and it has always been great service. Last time it was me and my child and the receptionist could have been a little nicer. Overall, they charge me 50.00 deposit which i never got back. I was in a mon smoking floor but when you stepped out the door it smell of trees. The breakfast is good but i would prefer for them to have a section for turkey bacon cause not everyone eat pork. The room was disappointing. I called the receptionist several times to complain about the shower handle. It was very hard for me to turn on and turn off. Inside the shower above is a filter anyhow a ROACH crawl from under it and landed on the shower curtain and i was able to kill it. Disgust with seeing the roach i quickly ran to my suitcase empty all my belongings and repack because i did not want any crawling in my bag. -Maids could have clean my tub, i paid 850.00 for 4 days so i did expect them to clean the tub due to my daughter like taking baths. Also, they did not take the trays just left them on the counter. Yes i have to find another place to stay when i visit due to the roach

ALL the staff at the front desk were rude with attitude including the Manager. Over the phone as well. For simple questions they would respond with disdain. Only people with good customer service was the one security guard and the lady that cleaned up the breakfast area. The lady at the front desk was too busy in her phone she didn't notice me waiting until she went to take a selfie. I've been staying here for years as they are one of the host hotels for an event that takes place each year. I love the hotel sets aside parking for our motorcycles and watch them 24/7. However, I don't know if that's enough to keep me coming back after this experience. Maybe if they're all fired. Overall the hotel itself is nice, conveniently located near freeway, and complimentary breakfast is decent.

I had the pleasure of staying here so that I could attend a nearby funeral. Coming from the east coast the hotel staff made every assurance that I could check in early since my flight was earlier than check in, but the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is because we recently had a power outage (it was the whole area not just the hotel) and the staff made every effort to supply the guests with lights and still tried to make breakfast available. We eventually did get power restored but they operated professionally and were prepared to continue with the full breakfast. I appreciate their professionalism!!

Housekeeping staff stole from my room! Stayed here 8-1 to 8-6-2022, had room freshened up Thursday 8-4. There was no outlet by the bed, had to charge my phone at the silver lamp on the right corner of the desk in the room. Left Thursday morning, the iphone charger was there, came back Thursday night, it was gone. I checked all my belongings, every nook and cranny of the room, checked the car, checked the job site I was at to make sure I didn't misplace it, nowhere to be found. If they needed $10 for a charger, I would have given it to them. To steal from guests, that is totally not acceptable. The hotel would have gotten 3 stars if not for that. The property is old and badly needs a remodel. The parking area is patrolled by security which is nice. The shower had plenty of hot water and had good pressure. The beds were comfortable enough. There is a lot of traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here, you won't get any sleep. The Gardina Freeway (91) is on one side and Albertoni Street is on the other and has a on/off ramp to the Gardina Freeway (91) so there is a lot of traffic noise no matter which side of the hotel you're on. I was on the Albertoni side, one of my coworkers was on the freeway side, we both noticed how much noise there was. The AC worked good in my room but one of my coworkers had a problem with theirs. If you need a place to stay and this is your only option, this will probably work, just don't call housekeeping if you have any valuables laying around!

I am a Diamond member and have stayed here many times. The atmosphere here is as dark as the rooms are. The staff is not friendly and always seem semi irritated with you. The breakfast is horrible. Nothing is prepared and everything is packaged. Ibwas accosted this morning by a curt employee shoving a mask at me to wear if I was going to get food. Last stay here for me.

Nice decent hotel, check in was easy and room was clean. I was expecting a simple cold cereal breakfast but they have a good selection of oatmeal, sausage, yogurts, waffles and more! I would stay here again when we are in the area.

Decent. It's a Hampton Inn, so if you have stayed at one before, this is consistent with the brand. Breakfast felt like it was below par for Hamptons in general, but I am comparing it to pre-covid travel days. Front parking at this facility is sparse, with way more parking out behind the facility. Very clean pool!

After extended stay lost my business, I came here and the front desk was such a delight, so friendly and help me get the room at no extra charge for my small K9. They earn my business. Great customer service

From reservations to the end, you don't even deserve a 1 star. The only good thing about this location was the pillows, bed, and the pressure on your showers. Personal training is so beyond needed on communication. So disappointing

The stay was very comfortable. Clean and quiet. Checking in and out was also very easy. They have a pool, but it was cold and didn't use it.

Great service , house keeping is the best here thank you. The front desk associates were very kind. The security guard from 2 to 10 is the best He really watches out for the hotel. I wish they all were like him. Mary lee was very accommodating and professional. I recommend this place I was at first a little undecided to stay because of the city , But this location was great I’m glad I stayed, It was great and will come back.

Excellent service from the staff, very nice clean room with free breakfast. Swimming pool and hot tub, workout room. Great location close to the Carson mall, very nice restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach, right next to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Very clean, and mobile check in/out is a breeze. Complimentary breakfast was better than any complimentary breakfast I’ve seen!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Valet attendants are great and they take care of the parking anytime you arrive. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks to walk to and the Grammy museum is just across the street. Santa Monica Pier, Venice beach, and Hollywood are nearby. They have a lounge on the 2nd floor, we didn't go there too much but the time we went coffee in the morning was good. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Overall the stay was good and decent complimentary breakfast and free parking, but I would expect a better friendly and welcoming customer service at the front desk.

This hotel was wonderful! Not only were the beds super comfortable but they also offer later checkout which is great for families. The breakfast was delicious and filling. And the pool and spa were very nice. The water was warm in the pool which was nice because we could swim with our family even though it was alittle colder out. The housekeeping ladies were very nice and overall the hotel was very clean. I only gave the service part a lower score because the front desk people weren’t very outgoing and friendly. Also when I asked for our free waters for being Hilton honors members they said we don’t get them unless we were good or silver.

Much better than any hotel I’ve stayed at within a 15 mile radius. Easy access from Highway. Walking distance to multiple food choices. Staff was excellent. I travel 75% for work, so I’ve been in a lot of hotels.

Not a good place to stay. We stayed for one Saturday night before going to LAX. The front desk person was rude and abrupt. The security guard on duty was unnecessarily rude also. We have enjoyed a few stays at Hampton Inn - always enjoyed ourselves. This place made us feel unwelcome. I've tried reaching the manager of the hotel at the number provided. He/she is unavailable. Now you are wasting my time.

This location is conveniently right off of the freeway. The hotel itself was okay. Compared to other Hampton Inns, this one is just okay. The breakfast is equipped with the standard options. I did not have any issues with the room, just a basic 2 queen bed room.

We stayed here while we were visiting CSU Dominguez Hills, as it is only a 20 minute walk to the campus. The rooms were pretty nice, it would've been nicer if there was some more lighting. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was standard (cereal, coffee, eggs, juice, pastries, waffles, toast, oatmeal, etc.) and was good as well. There are also bus stops right down the road.

This is a newer hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The maid wrote me a little note. Nice breakfast with waffles, eggs, etc. The side facing away from the 91 freeway is quiet. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom gives you space. The only shortcoming is the room uses 5W LED bulbs, so it is too dim to read at the desk and too dark to read in bed. I am glad I brought my selfie light for a Zoom meeting or I would have been a black silhouette. Everything else was good.

The location is great, close to shopping, eateries, freeways and entertainment. My room had a small amount of ants, in the bed and the bathroom. The tv stations were a little off, some channels weren't the actual stations showed in the tv. Breakfast was decent, had a few options available.

We have stayed at many Hilton hotels (also Hilton honors and mother is an employee) . The overall hotel was ok, but no up to my standards. Overall hotel is very dark, hallway had an uninviting smell. Room wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t the best. Like I said we stay at plenty hotels for my girls dance competitions as well as for leisure for the our family trips. So because I wasn’t satisfied with the overall appearance checking in I knew I was going to inspect the room upon entering. When I got in I checked for bed bugs and there weren’t any, but the night lamp by between the beds wasn’t cleaned and the night stand had blond hairs on it. I went to the bathroom it also had hair on the floor dark colored straight and dark colored curly smh. Then I looked around the toilet. Toilet “looked” ok but there were pee stains and the bottom of toilet that you would only noticed if you bent down to check. So to me it seemed like if it looked “clean” room service didn’t clean it. So that made me question the cleanliness and Sanitation of the room.

The stay was great. We got a king bed room that faced away from the freeway. It was spacious with a lot of storage for clothing and personal items. It was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I could get up without disturbing my partner. We didn’t use the pullout couch but it was still nice to have it so we could eat and watch tv. My only complaint is the lack of Spanish language channels on the tv. There is only one. The area the hotel is in is really diverse and many Spanish speaking people come to Carson for the university and sports.

The room was spacious and clean. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave which is a good thing. The pillows weren't comfortable. The bed is comfortable.
