I’m about to to sell! yes it might be clean . They raise the RENT!! Every year we dnt even know who’s the owner is!! Manager charging for having your car park out side ! When we already pay for Rent! People own 5 to ? Cars they park next to the laundry mat . When has a sign says No PARKING!!! I can’t even pull out from my drive way . Manager doesn’t do anything about it !! I have complained 5 time already . Family ask me they want to buy here. I tell don’t do it Rent To HIGH !! Manager No Good!!! People have to buy live here to know !!! Yes people are very Nice that’s the only thing it’s nice about it 👍

The office doesn't have a good schedule board says open mon-fri 9am to 11:30am close from 11:30-3pm then open again 3pm-5pm N half the time they not even there. They have a game room that no one can't even use because they never here. The only time you'll find them here is in the beginning of the month to collect the rent.

Hello all. This place is a greet pave to live and raise your children...they give free swim lessons during the summer. And they have other activities during the summer.....I've lived here for over 15 years and I love it here. You know what they say...

We lived there for a few years, my in-laws lived there for many years. It was a great park, everyone was very nice. My son calls it our “yellow home” because it’s the home he lived in from birth (1997) until we moved in 2002. We loved it!

This is a clean Pplace one of my clients lives here and its not expensive and you will be very surprised how big the mobile homes are everything is well-maintained including the swimming pool and there's sufficient parking unlike other locations check this place out.

Great place to live. People stay out your business. People are friendly to each other. Awesome place to Raise your children.

Landscaping is very nice, it has a swimming pool a clubhouse , very quiet and it's gated

This place was one of the cleanest mobile home I've been in a long time. It felt like a real tight community. I really enjoy my stay here.
