Not a review of this store, but of Pottery Barn in general. People who say Pottery Barn has great furniture must only be familiar with getting their furniture from garage sales and thrift shops. Pottery Barn, like West Elm, is one tier above IKEA, but is priced four or five tiers higher. Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture show well on the website, but get them into your home and they disappoint. Just bought two chairs and one, of course, has to be returned. This has happened before. It gets two stars because some of their stuff is interesting, but overall, the heavy duty furniture -- bedframes and dressers and living room furniture -- aren't that good. Go with Room and Board. At least their stuff is made in America.

Had the absurdist experience ever at this store. Ordered a bed, scheduled for delivery in 6 months, the bed never came and they refused to refund. I’ll give negative stars if I could. Unbelievable that we had back and forth convs with their full of lies customer service for MONTHS, and the only feedbacks we received so far is NO WAY for refund. and ever postponing delivery. Shame on you guys, I wonder if they are so short in money that they couldn’t refund $1000ish.

Ordered expensive vanities and they keep arriving cracked in the same location. Customer service is not helpful with issuing a refund or replacement to make this situation better. Would really appreciate it if someone from Pottery Barn would take responsibility for the quality of their goods and try to resolve it with customers. At this time I would NOT under any circumstance recommend that you shop at Pottery Barn.

Pottery Barn has great furniture. It can be on the expensive side for what you’re getting. But the customer service is not very good here. Didn’t feel welcomed from the second we walked through the door.

Love the products but just tried to buy the meadow brook side tables at $499 a piece and the company insisted I pay over 300 in shipping….how does that make sense? I get white glove but I don’t need to pay 300 for someone to open a box with a 500 table in it.

This location gave me incredible service and was incredibly kind their selection was amazing I can't say enough good things about the staff and management of this location in Beverly Hills a true five stars

went in to look for a bed set and ended up sitting on their couch looking at their offerings online. Tracey came by and showed us items we hadnt seen and helped us order it to get it delivered months earlier. I forgot how helpful it was to go into the store and look at items. Thanks Tracey!

Very helpful staff. Sal was great. The store could use different size sofa, full, pit group, love seat so customers get dimensions and with different arm styles.

I called this location looking for an item that was not in stock online. Marissa was absolutely lovely and referred to me to another store where I was able make the purchase. She was so kind and helpful - all around a great experience.

Easy return process and great items, albeit a bit pricey. Love the vibe and the feel. Just need more money.

Bought the most expensive rocking chair for our new born and the motor failed. After waiting 2 months a service tech informed us it could not be fixed they would need to take the chair. We use it every day . We need it repaired. As a update 3 months later pottery barn brought us a new chair. I still wouldn’t buy this chair again but at least they made it right.

Excelente choices specifically candles,lots and great prices . So many choices of everything .. pillows sofas vases ....

I like this store very much but the staff! here are so unhelpful when you ask them something they always have an attitude and that's very discouraging even to go into the store anymore and I really hoping that management sees this review because they really need to talk to their staff how about their customer service.
