First time here, I used their gold full services. It was good but not great. After washing the car, there were some spots they did not clean it right. I have clean it again afterward. When you go there, you just tell them which services you want like Gold, Silver, Bronze, Basic, Gold express..etc. They will automatically take your key and you can go and wait in the front for your car. Probably 30~40 mins depending on how many people are there. They use a half machine and half hand washes.

My new favorite car wash place! — Services are good and nice, the price and packages are listed very detail in their website. They give the stamp card for customer to get a free full gold wash after 10 washes. — Stores are cleans and having tables and chairs for customer sit to watch and wait when the car is on the machine wash. They also have few birdcages with different kind of birds and parrots that are been taking good cared from the staffs. — Outside seats are good for waiting the car, plenty of seats and sheds are available, there’s also one TV is always turning on inside and outside for customer to watch. — Restroom are also available and the cleanliness are very decent.

I would give five stars, however, there is one employee named Martin that is always disrespectful and rude when dropping off the car. This is a reoccurring problem that the owner should be aware of. Another customer next to me had the same exact issue with him today. Apparently he is well known as a problem by local customers. I stopped coming here for months because of this but today will be my last visit.

I paid 60 to 70 dollars for a car wash that includes seat washing , floor mat cleaning, tire shine , wax and detail wiping interior but i still see my dogs hair, dust, still smells like damp wet clothes. Hell no i aint going back here again and if you Want a good detail go somewhere else, i did the cheaper option before they did alright for 45 bucks. “Alright” i don’t recommend this place. And fyi do a 360 inspection before you leave. You might have dings and scratches you didnt know.

Went here after getting my car out the shop! They did nothing! And when I asked he said we already finish sorry. I’m so disappointed I spent $25 and have to spend it all over again because they didn’t want to do their job. Everything was still dusty inside and my passenger window was completely untouched! Save your money and time

An amazing place to get a professional car wash. The prices are ok. And the wait is short to medium in length, about 25 on an easy day to 45 on a crowded day. They also have a great waiting area. With jewelry repair, hair dresser, birds, and two arcade machines.

I went in today 9/13/2022 to get my truck cleaned mainly for the outside because the inside was already cleaned. The customer service of the boss their is very rude and unprofessional! I payed with lady in the front but then I asked her how much was it for the monthly service she told me if I wanted it, I can just pay the difference. I told her i needed to let my husband know first since it’s his truck she told me it was fine but when I went back this is all in the time frame that my truck was being cleaned the lady was no longer in the front it was an old man. I processed to let him know what the lady had told me and he simply said no you can pay for that next time you can’t pay the difference and I told him the lady had told me I could he said I don’t care what she said I’m the boss here and I say no. I let him know it was actually my first time there and by the way he treats his customers I well not be supporting his business! Their actual cleaning service wasn’t the best either for $30, water marks and crumbs still left behind. I hope owner doesn’t treat his workers bad!

For the price that they charge the washes are great. A lot of people here are complaining and want their cars looking brand new for less than 40$. If y’all want that, go to detailers who will charge $100 and up. Don’t be mad cause in here they don’t do that. Besides that they do an excellent job for a very decent price

The quality of the wash I have recieved from coming here for the price I pay has never been worth it, leaving behind grime and smudges..... Not only this, but they freely close up shop whenever they feel like it.... closing out as early as 3pm even though they have openly advertised their hours being open until 5pm.....

I have been coming here on and off for over 10 years. They are very consistent and do a good job. Everyone is friendly and they do their best.

I trust that the Alamo is going to do an amazing job getting my car clean from inside out. Love all the Associates there & the Ambiens is calming and on point.

They did an excellent job! I had my 1996 chevrolet truck waxed and carpets cleaned. I was very happy with the results. Pepe was friendly and courteous. Reasonable prices. This was my first time there and I definitely will be going back!

Ist time at Alamo Car Wash and only because the car wash I usually go to along Grand Avenue was inexplicably closed. Well, was I very pleasantly surprised. Not only did Alamo have better pricing but the workers appeared to really care about what they do. The vacuuming was extra long, the hand washing was terrific and the waxing was meticulous. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

The birds inside deserve better... Water is dirty and this parakeet has an over grown beak and needs to go to the vet to get it trimmed...

Outside was good but on the inside they didn’t even bother vacuuming the sides. There was some sand close to the door and it was all still there, you could tell they didn’t even pass the vacuum cleaner through there. The dashboard was also still really dirty.

I used to go to Fairway Gardent car wash. But they no longer open at 8am om Sat. Forced me to try Alamo car wash which is a little further out. The experince is better than expected. When i I got there at 8:10am it think i am the 25th car! It was not long before a lady started to dry and clean my car. She did a pretty good job consider I haven’t really cleaned my car at car wash since Covid started 2.5 years ago. I will come back to get my car wash from now on.

Costume services is okay. the price is excessive for the poor work they do, the time is too much for the poor service.

Been here several times Always got the silver washing U can tell they really spend time and care to wash But its just some part are still unclean after that
