If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place closes at 9. We took my son for a cat bite on his leg and got there at 7:55- checked in and then was told by the front desk that they needed to check with the provider to see if they would be able to see my son - the lady in the front didn't even know how to explain herself when I asked why. So we waited...15 min passed and again I asked her if my son would be able to be seen since, she said the provider was seeing patients and was busy. During this time another patient walked in at 825 and was denied service because they take their last patient at 830, even though she had called ahead of time and was told she would be able to be seen Finally after 30 min the lady says because they have reached capacity they would not be able to see my son - since a report to public health was needed First off- I'm a nurse and have made countless reports to public health- during after hours all you need to to do is leave a message. They also have different timeframes to report depending on what is being reported. I'm 100% sure a cate bite did not need to be reported immediately First it was due to capacity- then she said it was because they needed to report to public health and I needed to come back tomorrow. We got there an hour before closing- I have worked in urgent care before and know that they should have been able to render services to my son. The fact that they are lazy and don't want to leave past 9pm is not my problem. The lady in the front was too busy talking about the days she was going to have off and her son's birthday party We wasted almost an hour there and had to rush to another urgent care. For reference the new urgent care we went to closed at 9. we got there exactly at 9 and they happily took us in and NO REPORTING WAS NEEDED.

First time visit. My personal doctor schedule was booked and could not set my last minute appt with him so the staff referred me here to urgent care. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long but in fairness I did go in on a Saturday. Once I was taken back I waited about 15 minutes more and I was out the door knowing my medication was sent over to the pharmacy. Yes I would visit again if I had too. Great experience especially knowing I wasn’t feeling at my best.

Took 6 pregnancy tests Thursday 3 6 days sooner First Response Tests and 3 Walmart tests the 88 cent ones in the morning and tested also at night and all of them came out positive within 1 minute so I came to AME the next day to request proof of pregnancy for work and after giving the urine sample the doctor came in and said my test is negative and they tested it twice so I showed the doctor pics of all my tests and he said the 2nd line looks faint on all my tests so I requested them to test it again and one of the medical assistants made a comment saying the pregnancy tests they use are the most sensitive and basically made me feel like I was crazy for saying all of my tests were positive from home but their’s isn’t so I said I’m going to get my blood drawn at the hospital because I’m not going to take their word for it and when I got my HcG back it was 20. Low since I just missed my period but still pregnant. So if their tests are the most sensitive how could they not pick up my pregnancy like the ones I took at home? It doesn’t take someone with a degree to see that the tests I took at home were all positive I’m just so confused on why the doctor would say they are only faint lines smh

They were very polite, friendly, fast and nice. They listened carefully on what I had to say. Very attentive. Explained carefully what to do in regards of my visit there. They were awesome and I definitely recommend them. God bless you guys! Keep up the good work! ❣️

Everyone from the staff was very helpful. They were all expediting quickly without compromising the quality of service. Doctor on call is very knowledgeable and patient enough to listen and explain during the consultation. I am beyond grateful I was treated without having to wait too long.

I am very pleased with being a patient here. The staff are always kind; understanding; friendly and patient. I have never experienced a bad experience here at AME Urgent Care and because of my positive experience , I would most definitely advise anyone to visit here. Thank you!

Had to go a different location today & just loved my visit here as well. I was a mess this morning and didn’t have my insurance for my daughter situated and the front desk lady was so patient with me. My doctor, I can’t remember her name tho I wish I did, was so helpful and answered my million questions. She didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I was walking about. Thank you so much !

Great staff and great experience. Everyone I talked to there was extremely helpful and signing up as a new patient was seamless! If I lived in the neighborhood I would forsure consider making this my primary care facility. I believe the physicians assistant I had was Julina and she was worth all 5 stars for her quick and easy help!

Called 30 minutes prior to coming lady in front office said it’s fine to come in, came and all of a sudden they are not taking any patients 3 hours prior to closing! Don’t waste your time, or $ coming here.

First off, they give you a free shirt if you leave a 5-star review. Second, I feel very annoyed that I waited over an hour just for them to tell me they did not have the equipment they needed to help me. Receptionist was not polite in her tone, however there was a very sweet girl with curly hair that took my vitals which kind of brightened the environment. Right off the bat I can say that empathy/compassion is lacking, especially with the doctor I saw. Overall not a great experience, I do not recommend this place.

My experience with AME was excellent. Staff were professional, helpful, approachable and proficient. The MD was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns. I received the help that I needed in a reasonable amount of time. No long waits.

I have recommended this urgent care to many people and will continue to do so. I am always grateful because I received a lot of help whenever my children and I were sick. But this evening, my daughter and I were sick, so we arrived just before 8pm. The office nurse said I might be able to see a doctor, but my daughter might not, so she said I would ask the doctor. The doctor said she couldn't treat my daughter because she had treated too many patients and had four more patients to treat. I understood because the hospital closed at 9 o'clock. I saw the doctor around 8:20. But even if the doctor had treated me and my daughter, it would have taken less than 5 minutes. In reality, it doesn't take long to prescribe cold medication. I asked again if she could take care of my daughter because she was sick, but the doctor refused treatment, saying she was not a pediatrician. I wrote this because I thought this was not right. She told me to come back tomorrow morning. I don't think she deserves to be a doctor. It seems to be a problem for hospitals to hire doctors like this, and it also seems to be a problem for one doctor to treat too many patients. Please accept the suggestions carefully. I hope the urgent care will develop further

It was my first time there. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Doctor was nice and caring. I was happy that x-rays were also done immediately after my consultation. By the time I got home, the doctor was calling me to discuss my x-ray findings. 🩻 I would recommend this UC. Very satisfied with my visit.

Went to this location with difficulty breathing and a pain in my right side. Sign in was simple and electronically. Was seen relatively quickly, and since their x-ray machine was not working, the doctor said I should go to the ER, because she did not like what she heard and saw in me. I went to the ER as suggested and found that I had pneumonia. Thank God they insisted. Great job!

They took my co-pay took my vitals and put me in a room almost an hour, I think they forgot I was in there. Once doctor came in they said it was too late to get an x-ray of my hand so they sent me to ER. Here I sit waiting. I wish they would have told me from the start they cant remove anything from my hand. Would have saved me a co- pay and a couple hours. They are not all bad ,that is where I usually go.

This is Cristine, I had a great appt with Dr. Lexi. She is awesome. I had my xray results sent to me. Now l know why I'm in so much pain. I don't drink or smoke I just wish I could get a few tramadol called in. I can barely walk today. Anyway I'm changing both my sons over to Dr lexi because she's the best. The staff is great as well.

10/10 recommend. I was there in and out in less than 1 hour, I spent 30 minutes talking to the nurse practitioner and nurse giving the best advice and medicine. I even learned my sons name in Russian from the nurse super friendly he had so much patience since my son is autistic.

I had tried calling many different places that accept Medi-Cal, but it was difficult finding clinics that could provide same-day care. AME made the process incredibly easy and fast during a moment where I felt I needed urgent care. Covid precautions were taken the moment you step into the clinic, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive to each individual patient. This was my first time getting healthcare in California, and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. Very appreciative!

I’ll definitely will be coming back! For being urgent care I waited less time then I have at other locations! Staff was very friendly! The doctor explained everything clearly and was helpful with the questions I ask!

I was there yesterday 11/16/23. First time there,receptionist was very helpful. Place very clean. I was there only for about 1 hour , I really like that they did my x-rays there too. I recommend this place.

This is the best ever!!! Loved the Dr. as she took the time to listen to my concerns. The receptionist girls behind the desk were prompt as well! The Dr.’s assistant that took my info was very cordial & friendly which is always a plus for me. Also the X-ray tech was so sweet & even gave me helpful info on how to properly lift my body after laying down. I must admit I was a little skeptical bc of the appearance of the walkway area up to the doors but when I got into the actual reception area it was very clean & the rooms where exceptional nice & very very clean so don’t pay attention to the walkway up to the entrance. Was a very very good experience for my first time at an Urgent Care!!

The staff at this facility were very helpful, courteous, and very nice. I was in and out in less than one hour, and this was our very first time going. My son felt very calm and cooperative due to The caring nature of the provider.

I was there from 4 to 530pm . Waiting time was short and fast . Receptionist that signed me in was nice and friendly and very helpful . Wish I could have asked for her name . The Dr…was kind as well and answered all my questions.

I was seen pretty fast, for the amount of people that were in the waiting room. Everyone there was nice and respectful. Definitely recommend this clinic

Very professional service. Took my son there and we were seen quickly. He usually get anxious with doctor visits, but after this one he kept telling me how nice the nurse and doctor were.

Hands down my go to spot for urgent matters !!! We always bring our daughter here when she is not feeling well and we are always treated very well. You do have to wait a couple hours here n there but definitely worth the wait with the care they provide. I don’t see myself taking my daughter anywhere else.

First time at this urgent care brought my daughter to be seen... it's a good decent place although being a Monday was really busy it took us 2 hours to be called in and another 1 hour . To be seen.. but what you expect it's urgent care... Staff is nice..

I think seeing a Physician that is around the same age as you, the patient, can be a significant difference in the care you receive. Being in the late 20’s/ early 30’s demographic you should be able to find quality care with physicians that will actually take a seat and take their time to care for you during your visit. I was able to find that here and I’m so glad I decided to come in. I’m definitely going to switch my PCP to someone in my demographic as far as age goes because the younger demographic physicians will be more in touch with current issues that we are facing that other older physicians don’t understand like mental health. Went there for the 1st time on 11/10/22 and it was faster than the standard practice. Came in, signed in, filled out paperwork total of 3 pages because the 4th was in Spanish, so it didn't matter. Everyone was courteous. Got checked out, got the information we needed, easy peasy. Staff was excellent. By the looks of it they need a raise, more than the burger flipping kind of raise at that. The Doctor was cool he listened and recognized the problem gave us the remedy because the symptom was quite apparent. We'd go back when needed that's for sure.

I have been to quite a few urgent care facilities but this on is the best of the best. When you come in the front desk is very friendly. My dr. Kenyan is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed lie another assistant crystal who treated me welcome another best of the best. I highly recommend the urgent care.

The staff is so professional and nice. Dr. Marcus was very compassionate and knew exactly what medication to prescribe to alleviate the pain. He is a very caring individual yet smart and straight to the point. I would definitely recommend this office.

Kind and courteous staff. I took my son in today because he was sick and his primary doctor had no more appointments for the week. He has a slight fever so they took him in right away. Rooms were cleaned and disinfected before we went in. I would definitely recommend this place

The Doctors are great, the nurses are extremely sweet to my children I love it there. When you make an appointment it doesn’t take them hours for them to call you in. You get seen right away! For every concern they have good answers. So far my children and I are happy I would recommend it 😊

. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the AME medical group made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician.

By far, the easiest and most pleasant urgent care experience ever! I was able to make a same-day appointment. I was in and out so quickly. The staff was friendly and explained everything prior to doing anything. I scheduled a rapid antigen covid test today and received my results in 15 minutes. This place was for sure a blessing!
