Please, I'm warning you don't come to this place. The worst customer service me and my family had EVER experienced. No room service for 2 days now even if I ask. Stained dirty bed sheets. No refund back even if you beg. Limit family count (unbelievable).....No toilet paper, no cold water, no microwave at least, no coffee maker at least... Unfortunately, this was our last luck from all other hotels being booked;now I know why!!Never got an apology from them!NEVER COMING BACK!!!! The last picture worried me while our stay!!!

It was good until i checked the pillows and they were stained and found a hair so i don't think they changed the pillow cases. But the rooms are pretty big, nicely remodel but my issue was the pillows that's pretty much it.

Room big., clean big shower and bed was comfy, Would be nice to have coffee maker and blow dryer and definitely ice maker, which they said they were working on . Maybe bigger pillows. The 2 young men at desk were nice.Overall good stay.

We have been bouncing around hotels for days because we are having car issues. And this was the worst, weirdest, grossest hotel I have ever been into. $140 for sex stains, urine stains and whatever else on the beds (fresh). All the towels were dirty and the staff was rude. I asked to switch rooms and once they saw we threw all the bedding in the floor it was a different story. They have no hospitality and no sense of sanitation. Do not stay here. It's the same price as a Best Western but you are getting no where near the quality. Better chance at motel 6

The front desk workers were really rude. They yelled at me for asking what information was needed on a slip they gave me to fill out. Once i got to my room i asked if i could do late check out and they rudely yelled NO over the phone. i said sorry? they said no, check out at 11 no. i said okay sorry i understand and then they said 15min extra i said okay thank you. The next morning i got woken up at 10:00am to a call from the front desk that the check out was 11 i said i knew that and was getting ready to leave. They called me 3 different times after that to yell at me and say check out was 11 which i said again i had already gotten a call and knew. when it was 11 they came up to my room and tried to open the door but i was walking out of the room. I will never stay here again. Had no respect for myself or my privacy. if i was past the check out time this wouldve been understandable but it was constant harassment since an hour before.

This place is disgusting! I book two rooms both were nasty as soon as you walk you can smell the dirtyness i dont how it has such a high rate stars. Dirty bedsheets, it looked like some had dinner in there and stain the sheets who knos how many days they use the same sheet over and over gross (dont even whant to think bout it)Bathroom was not clean eaither floors and baseboards were filthy paint coming off the walls. Am sure they dont have house keepers and it just the gentleman at the desk that cleans the rooms (not clean though). Tv on my parents room didnt work . Iron and hairdryer upon request . As i was walking out my room came across the manager . And showed him all the stain and from the pics . I told him i hope thats not blood. Save your money people not worth it .

Don’t think about staying here, for the price just stay at another well known Hotel, this hotel smells and there service is a joke. We got locked out our room just because we didn’t return a tiny Iron that they had to let us borrow. Which on there website it says it’s included in there rooms but that’s false. Couches had nasty stains and the restroom wasn’t clean. I repeat save your money and go somewhere nice.

For a regular hotel, that is not necessarily indoors, meaning the doors are exposed to the outside, I still thought the rooms were pretty decent for the price. The rooms seemed to be upgraded a bit, and mostly clean. The mini fridge could have been a little cleaner, but overall for the Los Angeles area, not bad for what you're paying, compared to other hotels.

Very spacious, newlu renovated, walk inside and its clean. Only problem is that the pillows were stained, i found a hair inside one of them.

What I was expecting versus what I got…. I was not expecting nice redone rooms, clean facility, bright and easy parking, quick walk to food places Sam’s Burgers is GREAT, Starbucks around the corner, 7-11 close by, and what a NICE stay! The only thing that would of had made it better is being able to stay another night there. When I stay again, will def book this gem! 😃

This place is disgusting, absolutely everything was stained or dirty - bath tub, sheets, pillow cases, walls, doors, towels. I've never been so uncomfortable staying at a hotel. Super sketchy and no refund if you cancel. Do NOT stay here. I am also convinced they have to be deleting bad reviews because no way i was the only one that experienced this dirty place.

THE WOOORSE!!!!!! place to stay😡 not satisfied with the services, no room service like cleaning the room after going out all day and coming back, it was the same 😠 when we came back you have to ask the staff to do what they're supposed to do, they are not even doing there job. I'm telling you it's not the proper place to stay to sleep, very noisy at night, especially the hall lights that disturb entering through the window. It is a really terrible place to stay even when there's a sign saying new management but it is the worst place 🤬 so for me and my family it ruined our stay, it was the worst ever ever exeprience i've had in my life👎

If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely loved it here, the rooms are nicely sized and very clean. Booked a room with them and got the wrong room. The staff worked with me to get me the right room. They are very sweet, friendly, and very patient. This is now my new spot to stay whenever I need a place to stay for the night. Would definitely recommend!

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. the TV didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. I told the desk clerk and he said he would come and look at it But he never showed up. I have four more nights in this place and i'm not looking forward to them. I'm thoroughly unimpressed.

2 week stay with kids and family , EVERYTHING Pretty much went smoothly Very peaceful & nice looking place and kind staff ( REFURBISHED / NEW MANAGEMENT ) that tries their best to work with your budget

I highly recommend this hotel! The room I got was so nice! Everything is new, big windows, good AC, big flat screen TV, huge marble shower (love this!!) & super comfortable bed. I slept so well here. Safe area, close to everything you may need, easy to get around, lots of good on site parking. I was very comfortable here and for the price you can’t beat it. The staff is nice too. Check in process so easy and I was very grateful they helped me extend my room.

The rooms are very clean. It looks recently updated. The only issue was the WiFi. Could not connect to the WiFi. The network always said unable to join.

nice rooms, pretty clean, new management, its close to the sports arena if your coming for an event, restaurant pretty close and there is a 7 eleven next to them. Overall nice property.

So I’ve been staying here on and off for three weeks now and the rooms are clean bathrooms kept up tv cable internet nicely furnished and moderately priced come stay if you are in the area

Stayed here last night clean room, easy checkin, and no bed bugs I always check for that it was definitely a good place especially for the price. You get what you pay for and honestly I’m not mad, it didn’t disappoint and it was good.

I recently stayed at pico Rivera inns & suits this past weekend and enjoyed my stay very much. The bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent. I was able to check in early and do a late check out. I was very appreciative for those accommodations. Thank you guys so much for an incredible stay I will definitely be returning. :)
