Ordered directly from their website for delivery...can't begin to explain how disappointed I am. To start off food arrived cold and dried out. We warmed it up but that made some things worse. The food was tasteless, literally, no salt no seasoning nothing!! The sausage was so burnt it was hard as a rock. The hash browns were so overcooked you couldn't chew them. The plate they came in literally had holes in it from the food burning threw the dish, like they reheated it in the microwave before they sent it out for delivery. I tried recooking the eggs to add flavor but was so disgusted by everything else that I lost my appetite. Mozzarella sticks the cheese wasn't even melted and the mac and cheese was old with cheese added to the top before it was reheated. Very upset i wasted $60 + on food we couldn't eat. I called and asked to speak to a manager just to ask what the process was for deliveries done directly through them and not a food delivery app and also to make a complaint about the food. The girl said there was no manager available and that they only have a manager on site early in the morning and I should call back tomorrow!! So it's just a bunch of employees with no manager??

First experience eating here and was delightful! I sat near the kitchen and was able to see the cooks preparing the food. All of them wore gloves and the line seemed very efficient. Crystal M. was my server and she was on point. Very friendly and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. The biscuits were soft under the gravy and tasted delicious. Hash browns were crispy and not oily. Waffle also taste great. The only problem I see them having is that corporate should have bought a bigger location. I had a great experience here and will definitely be returning. They also offer first responder and military discounts! The manger Jay certainly knows how to keep house. 👍

Don't waste your time or money! Low quality and tasteless "southern" style meals that don't belong up here (NJ/NY) any local diner serves better tasting dishes. Don't let the pics fool you! Highly disappointing. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is for the friendly staff from waitresses to the floor manager besides that not worth trying.

My third time here and despite some bad reviews I've never had an issue. Food was good, nothing extraordinary but it definitely wasn't bad. All I know is I went in hungry and left satisfied. When we went in, it wasn't too busy so we seated ourselves. The waitress came with menus a few minutes later and took our drink order. She was nice and welcoming. The place was not too big and looked pretty clean to me. There were no obnoxious people and it wasn't loud. Bill was around $34 for the 2 of us. I'd come back around if I'm in the area. I'd like to try something different.

I admit I was nervous to place my first offer after going through some of the reviews. But it was good! My food came looking and tasting on point with nothing missing and all the fixins. Thank you!

I visited this place for the first time and got to say I am really happy with the visit. I ordered butter-milk pancake, mac-chess, and hot chocolate all of the dish and drink prep and cooked perfectly. Only small down part is that I guess this place is short staff, so be prepared for lil wait time after you being seated. When I visited there was only one young girl was working and serving food for at least over half of the stores table. I will visit this place again to try other new dishes.

Placed a large breakfast order for pick up and after 2 bites found a long hair in my sandwich. I was grossed out and immediately spit it out. I called and spoke with “Joel” who stated he was the manager. Rather than being apologetic and trying to rectify the situation he immediately denied it was their fault. He said “nobody here has brown hair” i said the color of the hair strand is irrelevant because but there was definitely a long hair in my sandwich. There were multiple people who worked there with long hair. Considering he is the manger, he should have been a bit more accommodating for something like this. He was not helpful at all. Very grossed out by this place.

Ordered the bacon, egg, cheese on a buscuit, hash browns, and fried pickles. The buscuit that this sandwich came on was about the size of a half dollar. Although the sandwich was actually decent, the insides all fell out. The hash browns are straight up shredded potato without a drop of any type of seasoning; they were also barely cooked, no browning on them at all. The fried pickles are ridiculously overpriced - $8 for 11 pickle chips??? I counted them, it was 11. They fill the tin up w/ mostly fries. I didn't order fries. I ordered fried pickles. Oh well, tried a new place and learned a lesson.
