This was the most unpleasant hotel/motel experience of my life. It was a last resort option, and I should have kept the $125 and slept in my car. The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were bodily fluid stains on the sheets. It was noisy all night long. The bathroom was disgusting - there were hairs and dirt in the sink and on the toilet. There were also multiple cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Save your money, and never, ever stay here.

Well this hotel need some better workers in the future and the front entrance door need protection for the front entrance and that also go for the other side doors and for tv we need better cable and this hotel should be own by white people and the hotels room need to be clean.

One of my friends was there and he was sent to the hospital because he had a seizure when I went back for his belongings the customer service is so bad they told me that they don't see his belongings they lost his wallet everything so that means that either the housekeeper or whoever was next in that room or the the the front desk person stole his items and they acting like they don't see them so who do I complain to in the front desk person that was there on Octoberfest 10th 2021 is very disrespectful he's very disrespectful repeating everything I said on the phone telling me he don't care call the cops he don't see no book bag or whatever they stole my friend items and I don't think that's right I'm going to call the better Business bureau on them

The room was nice enough, though it was hard to ignore the cigarette smell even though I was given a non-smoking room. There was a promise of free breakfast but it was never offered. Also, some of the staff was just rude. I wouldn't recommend it.

Person at the front desk was extremely rude. No customer service. Not recommended at all.

They tried to scam me by upgrading me to a room I didn't ask for and without telling me. The initially told me the extra cost was for a security deposit. After calling them they told me they don't do security deposits and it was because I asked for a room upgrade. The room was also very nasty and had some sort of brown fluid all over the handles of the fridge. There was also mold in the bathroom. I've stayed in hotels for 1/5 the cost of this one and they were still better than this dump.

I went for a quick stay ..... I would go back 🔙

This location was perfect for what I needed. I was practically stranded thanks to the hurricane hitting harder than I expected. The staff was very kind and cautious in terms of social distancing and there are many great places for food around. In all honesty I can say its small can be a bit odd but it is perfect for an emergency stay in any time. God bless this service.

Rooms and spot were good. Guy at the front counter was rude and unwelcoming. Sorry for spending money at your business; we promise not to do it again.

This place is not a 5 star hotel, but is clean and quiet to spend a night or two.....

Horrible I stayed there for 3 nights payed like 430 wanted to stay for another night it was a problem because I didn’t have my card to put on file but it was okay for u take my money before though lady at front desk is horrible and very rude charge me 150 a night for nothing

Saw a "Holiday Inn Express" Key card on the lobby desk, meaning this could've been a"Holiday Inn" before, the entrance of the hotel smells like cigarettes, the room is musty, this hotel is just a quicky for to do whatever, everything needs to upgraded for the price they charge, almost $149 and the breakfast is lacking, so I don't recommend this hotel, either upgrade it or close it down...

Good and Clean Rooms with friendly staff

JANUARY 6th, 2023❗️doesn’t even deserve 1 star. the lady who works the front desk sometimes is very rude and scams! she tried to have us pay 300 for 2 nights after we stayed not long before and it was 280, mentioned it and she said ok i can do 290 the lowest. SMH. and on top of that we seen 2 roaches in our room killed them went downstairs and showed the 2 men that were working the picture and they offered to switch the room. we said ok and went to see the other room before we moved our things, 2 seconds of being in the other room and we seen another roach in that room! they just offered to switch to another room!!! terrible they must be aware of this and all they did was offer to switch to another room and say they have “pest control come in every week” that is deff a lie.

I should not even give them a star but I did because I want to make sure people see this post. I had family stayed there last night and found roaches on their bedroom when they complaint to the manager he did not know how to handle the situation and instead of looking for a solution kept on denying the situation until we showed them proof of the roaches that they killed. They left right away and instead of getting a full refund they were still charged $100 instead of $130.. this happened today december 28, 2022.

the smell is stale and old, the driveway is shared with a jug handle u-turn so getting in and out is a chore and the front desk looks like they never leave, not because they're behind glass but because of the trash in the lobby area. overall gross borderline disgusting.
