I
recently
stayed
at
the
Marriott
Saddle
brook
hotel
for
a
month,
and
as
a
Titanium
member
of
Marriott
Bonvoy,
I
had
high
expectations
for
my
stay.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
fell
far
short
of
what
I
had
anticipated.
First
and
foremost,
I
was
promised
an
upgrade
upon
check-in,
but
this
commitment
was
not
fulfilled
by
the
front
desk
staff.
This
was
disappointing
as
I
had
chosen
this
hotel
with
the
expectation
of
receiving
the
benefits
associated
with
my
Titanium
status.
Furthermore,
the
condition
of
the
room
I
stayed
in
was
unsatisfactory.
It
was
not
cleaned
to
Marriott's
usual
standards,
as
I
found
hair
all
over
the
place.
The
room
had
a
persistent
stinky
odor,
and
to
add
to
my
discomfort,
the
air
conditioning
was
not
functioning
properly,
making
my
stay
less
than
comfortable.
During
breakfast
in
the
lobby,
I
encountered
a
rude
waiter,
which
was
completely
unexpected
from
a
Marriott
establishment.
This
kind
of
behavior
is
not
in
line
with
the
level
of
service
I
have
come
to
expect
from
Marriott
hotels.
Additionally,
the
security
of
the
property
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
observed
broken
car
windows
in
the
parking
lot,
which
made
me
feel
insecure
about
the
safety
of
my
belongings
during
my
stay.
Overall,
my
stay
at
this
Marriott
hotel
did
not
meet
the
standards
I
have
come
to
expect
as
a
Titanium
member.
I
hope
that
these
issues
are
addressed
promptly
to
ensure
that
future
guests
have
a
more
pleasant
and
comfortable
experience
at
this
establishment.
