Incredibly rude customer service, If you could call it that. It would be appreciated if staff could be non-aggressive and use some semi intelligent language when dealing with issues with customers.

Is it just me or has this gone downhill in the last few months? Prices have gone up with many things more expensive than Coles or New World. Fresh produce wasn't as fresh. Staff seem stressed and not one of the five I tried to engage in conversation were smiling or happy. Seemed like they hated ot and were going through the motions. What's going on?

bought a 5kg bag of potatoes only to get home and wonder where this disgusting “fish” smell was coming from. Turns out it was the potatoes all rotten. Yuck. What a waste of money. Got yelled at in-front of everyone by a duty manager for trying to use the self serves. Then was was treated poorly at checkout by a younger worker, asking in-front of me if she could go home.. don’t want to come back…

The worst, rudest customer service you will find in all the wairarapa. Staff need to learn some basic courtesy as well. Overall, terrible. Need to deal with their staff attitudes desperately

Shout out to the absolute mincer impersonating a "supervisor" at 7.20pm on 27/3. After I politely asked the checkout operator if I could get a couple of items voided as I was a bit over budget. "The Mincer" strolls over, (apparently struggling with the burden of a planet-sized chip on her shoulder), in order to wave her "special authoritah" card to complete my request. She then angrily snatched the items from the checkout operator like a petulant infant having a tantrum. Word of advice: If you're not a people person, don't work in retail or customer service, go and live on a remote island so your miserable visage and abysmal attitude is never witnessed again.

Excellent range, excellent prices. They don't have food for dogs with sensitive skin, but that's a minor issue.

Most expensive Pak n Save I've been too. Not to mention the lack of stock, and range of brands. Staff are lacking enthusiasm and the butchery manager has no pride in his cabinet.

The day I went was just before Christmas and it was a typical mental pre holiday shop with everyone stocking up for a two day holiday ... crazy

Great deals to be had. Love the 3 for $20 meat deals, I got 3 whole fresh chickens, small size but last 2 meals. Deli and bakery still a bit pricey. Look for cheaper products on bottom shelves in aisles. Great for large shops, weekly, fortnightly +. Wide range of fruit and veges.

It's Pak'N'Save, and shares the industrial warehouse feel with every other branch. On the plus side, there's always plenty of parking and the prices are usually good. On the minus side, prices rise and fall seemingly on a whim, with some commodity products rising and falling by 15%-20% for no apparent reason, so one star off for that (Countdown are just as bad). They've also closed their deli counter and replaced it with chiller cabinets full of prepackaged items, making it difficult to find the products and quantities one needs. I'll be going elsewhere for deli items in future, and may take other business with me. Another star off for that.

I'm noticing averaging of prices to all items similar. They are no longer cheaper. Not a nice place to shop. But a little cheaper for some basics. Incidentally. I hate your current adverts which portray big, cold square spaces with no conveniences and too cheapskate to pay for improvements not a good look for would be customers. I'm shopping there more infrequently unless I'm in a hurry and am down that end of town.

I went to Pak n Save Masterton for a quick stop off on Sunday night and came across these Father’s Day cakes. I could not have gotten a better gift for my dad, he loved it! Who ever did these cakes, I want to be your friend. These are solid gold, and yummy.

First time using, very big and spacious with a delicious deli section. Check out the chicken pasta salad. Highly recommend

I've never experienced shopping at a freezing, below 0 store until I went in here. Absolutely ridiculous, could only endure 5 mins in there. Feel sorry for the workers. Surely this issue comes under Health and Safety. Ridiculous!!! You will leave the store with a frozen fave and hands!

Store was absolutely freezing! It was colder inside than outside. It was so cold I was shivering so I left without completing my shopping and went to Countdown.
