Best hotel in town that has implanted appropriate health and safety standards especially during COVID time. Overall hotel and staff services are good except the swimming pool maintenance that I saw has not adequately maintained and not ready yet (previously had been well operated by Horizon Hotel). This hotel actually deserved to 4 Stars with small items improvements.

This hotel recommended for stay, you can direct goes from the main province street, and close with middle town. Price still acceptable, area is clean with good facilities and room, even the worth is room for meeting or ceremony, need extra insulation from one to another room, we can't focus on a meeting because sound from the other room, too loud or without insulation. The others, many area can manage well with tree, garden, aquariumaquarium or fish pond.

Breakfast is superb! Traditional food is really traditional. No adjustment of flavor. Don’t forget to look at end of aisle of the restaurant. There so many food and drink. Good job!!

This review is based on my personal experience staying here and that experience is awful at the start. To start off, I just got back from a trip to Probolinggo with my family and found this nice looking hotel and decided to stay here at Pasuruan for another night. We see that there's a nice swimming pool available on the hotel which was perfect because my sister's kids could go on a swim here. I booked 2 Deluxe Twin Room through Agoda on the same day and opted to pay at the hotel because we can always cancel our stay if something is wrong or the rooms given are not as expected and then checked in. Then we went to our rooms, now the problems started to show. Firstly, there's no mini fridge available. I thought to myself "Did I booked the wrong room type?" and went to check on Agoda. It is clearly stated that all of the rooms have mini fridge on it. I also checked my exact room type have a mini fridge written on the room facilities. Next, I decided to look through the window to see the view. My room is facing at the pool but then I see that the pool is very murky and dirty. I'm concerned that the pool isn't available so I called the receptionist. They told me that the pool is going through a treatment and isn't available for use. The guy at the receptionist before didn't mention a single thing about the pool being closed off. This is very unprofessional, we as a hotel guest should always be notified if the hotel facilities are not available for use. I could've easily canceled my stay and continue my journey home but no, they decided to not warn me. So we went to complain to the receptionist. First thing, we told them the mini fridge issue. They said that there's a room type with no mini fridge available but we insisted that we should get a mini fridge because it is clearly stated on Agoda that every room have a mini fridge. They said that they would work on it and gave us a mini fridge. So that issue is resolved. Second thing, about the pool. We are completely unaware that the pool is closed during check-in. So we decided to cancel but there would be a 50% cancelation fee. We told the manager we are not notifed about the pool but they insisted that the receptionist must had notified me. I'm very disappointed because we should've canceled earlier before paying if the receptionist had told us that the pool isn't available. I personally felt scammed. They didn't gave us any form of compensation. It was an awful experience but thankfully not all are bad. The room itself is fairly clean, AC is nice and cool but there's some sort of noisy water noises coming out from the AC, nice and enough parking spaces. But overall it was not a pleasant experience at the beginning of my stay here at Ascent Premiere. It's a shame, I could've easily give this hotel a 4-5 star review. I do hope for some improvement in staff quality and also quality of service in the future.

Have not stayed in its room yet, hopefully one day so I can give complete stars of it. Thank you for the hospitality during had an event in Tambora & Rinjani ballroom. Everything was well set up. Very helpful for every request we asked. The place was huge, the equipment was perfect, the staffs were top notch. Thank you Bu Kiky, Pak Teguh, Pak Sony, the reception team Fitri and the securities for the warm welcome.

Amazing experience with Ascent, it was as expected. Room was cozy and clean and got a nice pool view. The people here are very welcoming especially the receptionist Difa. Although the restaurant can add more variety of food and warmer coffee. but overall great experience.

The most proper and worthy hotel to stay, to hold an event, or even just to eat out! The food was tasty, clean, and (most importantly) worth it. There’s just one thing to be improved - it needs more restaurant crews. There were 4 tables dining in at that time, but I just saw 1 crew serving the whole tables and cashier.

A very service oriented hotel with great front office and service staff. It is conducive and great for those who likes a rustic country side atmosphere. There are padi, sugarcane and other fields around to enjoy the view and relax. It is about 1 hour away from Surabaya airport. Great for family too. Be prepared to find 1. No shopping facility nearby - need transport to go to Juanda for shopping 2. No nice restuarants around except in the hotel 3. No gym in the hotel facility. It has a swimming pool and spa with room service available. I would still like to stay in this hotel in my next visit because of the reasonable price, clean room and peaceful environment not forgetting great service staff.

Everything is good about this hotel. except for the recepcionist..less smile. The deluxe room has no reridge, hair dryer..the rest is ok. The room, the bed, chair and the towel is clean. Our breakfast was tasty and various menu available, include jamu-jamu such as beras kencur, wedang secang and sereh.

Room & Bath Roomn are clean. Room was nice. Space of the room is quite big. Lobby is fine & comfort especially nice welcoming drink, provided hot drink. Outlook hotel looked un properly maintained. We can see from bushes at the other side of the hotel.

A rather new hotel. The architecture is not very fanciful and entering the hotel you get the feeling that it is not completed as the reception area is in a bit odd place. The rooms are good, wifi free. The restaurant had reasonable food, bit small though if all guest decent on the place at once. Good parking area, helpful staff and reasonable priced. Good option to spend the night here if you are on transit as we were.

Been some time visiting this hotel for work meeting, so I just experienced their meeting room on 2nd floor. The food is good and the price is understandable. Meeting room is also clean, cool and sound proof, but usually we always use it alone with no other group so we have the whole floor for ourselves. I just have some bad experience before related to lunch tho. We hold our meeting on friday, but the food have not been ready even after people come back from friday praying. And it didn't come immediately either after we complained so we need to continue our meeting first before having lunch. But for taste and variation is all good.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Ascent Premiere. Thanks to Yacob and his staff, who made sure we got everything we needed. The food was also great and they were very attentive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are looking for a nice place to stay in Pasuruan. I would come back for sure in the future.

Affordable price for convenience room in good location in the town center. Enjoy the breakfast. Those two point are the most what a traveller's want. Wish to be there again someday.

Lack of security. No need to tap the card to access the lift. Many people in the corridor (I think they are not guest or hotel staff) And the worst of all, they KEEP PUSHING THE BELL AND KNOCKED MY ROOM DOOR AT DAWN!!!
