my
personal
experience
staying
here
and
that
experience
is
awful
at
the
start.
To
start
off,
I
just
got
back
from
a
trip
to
Probolinggo
with
my
family
and
found
this
nice
looking
hotel
and
decided
to
stay
here
at
Pasuruan
for
another
night.
We
see
that
there's
a
nice
swimming
pool
available
on
the
hotel
which
was
perfect
because
my
sister's
kids
could
go
on
a
swim
here.
I
booked
2
Deluxe
Twin
Room
through
Agoda
on
the
same
day
and
opted
to
pay
at
the
hotel
because
we
can
always
cancel
our
stay
if
something
is
wrong
or
the
rooms
given
are
not
as
expected
and
then
checked
in.
Then
we
went
to
our
rooms,
now
the
problems
started
to
show.
Firstly,
there's
no
mini
fridge
available.
I
thought
to
myself
"Did
I
booked
the
wrong
room
type?"
and
went
to
check
on
Agoda.
It
is
clearly
stated
that
all
of
the
rooms
have
mini
fridge
on
it.
I
also
checked
my
exact
room
type
have
a
mini
fridge
written
on
the
room
facilities.
Next,
I
decided
to
look
through
the
window
to
see
the
view.
My
room
is
facing
at
the
pool
but
then
I
see
that
the
pool
is
very
murky
and
dirty.
I'm
concerned
that
the
pool
isn't
available
so
I
called
the
receptionist.
They
told
me
that
the
pool
is
going
through
a
treatment
and
isn't
available
for
use.
The
guy
at
the
receptionist
before
didn't
mention
a
single
thing
about
the
pool
being
closed
off.
This
is
very
unprofessional,
we
as
a
hotel
guest
should
always
be
notified
if
the
hotel
facilities
are
not
available
for
use.
I
could've
easily
canceled
my
stay
and
continue
my
journey
home
but
no,
they
decided
to
not
warn
me.
So
we
went
to
complain
to
the
receptionist.
First
thing,
we
told
them
the
mini
fridge
issue.
They
said
that
there's
a
room
type
with
no
mini
fridge
available
but
we
insisted
that
we
should
get
a
mini
fridge
because
it
is
clearly
stated
on
Agoda
that
every
room
have
a
mini
fridge.
They
said
that
they
would
work
on
it
and
gave
us
a
mini
fridge.
So
that
issue
is
resolved.
Second
thing,
about
the
pool.
We
are
completely
unaware
that
the
pool
is
closed
during
check-in.
So
we
decided
to
cancel
but
there
would
be
a
50%
cancelation
fee.
We
told
the
manager
we
are
not
notifed
about
the
pool
but
they
insisted
that
the
receptionist
must
had
notified
me.
I'm
very
disappointed
because
we
should've
canceled
earlier
before
paying
if
the
receptionist
had
told
us
that
the
pool
isn't
available.
I
personally
felt
scammed.
They
didn't
gave
us
any
form
of
compensation.
It
was
an
awful
experience
but
thankfully
not
all
are
bad.
The
room
itself
is
fairly
clean,
AC
is
nice
and
cool
but
there's
some
sort
of
noisy
water
noises
coming
out
from
the
AC,
nice
and
enough
parking
spaces.
But
overall
it
was
not
a
pleasant
experience
at
the
beginning
of
my
stay
here
at
Ascent
Premiere.
It's
a
shame,
I
could've
easily
give
this
hotel
a
4-5
star
review.
I
do
hope
for
some
improvement
in
staff
quality
and
also
quality
of
service
in
the
future.
