Had visited with my family last month. During the stay I have experienced greatness of services. Medium luxury stay with all amenities. Very nice staffs excellent management. Always ready to help when any request . Thank you team.

Best budget property in Cherai. They have invested in the important things, rooms and bathrooms are super clean, the bed is really comfortable, ample parking space and a really tasty breakfast. We booked the entire property for a birthday party, and it was a blast! They have an open terrace where they serve the food, perfect for a small party! And to top it off the beach is 20m from the property!

Facing the beach, easily accessible. No nonsense amenities... a basic 5 bedroom facility. Food has to be arranged from outside if you don't plan well ahead (atleast a day in advance)... Caretaker was a nice helpful guy. Overall serves the purpose without much frills. Stayed with a group of friends.

Stayed here Aug 2023 with family and kids. We booked the entire place. We reached around 1pm, but the rooms werent ready, they were still cleaning. The property is not in gated and the beach is just in front of you. On entering the property there was a very bad smell, and two of the rooms were had strong cigarette smell. We contacted the owner to see if we can cancel, but they refused since its a weekend and will affect their business. Kept the windows open to let off the smell, but it lingered throughout our stay. On top of it the ac in one bedroom started sprinkling water during midnight to our face!!! Overall we were not happy with the stay, if we had the option to cancel we would have done so and booked the more expensive resorts nearby. Caretaker was friendly and helped us.

Visited this resort months back with family. Located right in front of the beach(just few meters away). Rooms with beach view is also available and its well maintained. Food will be ordered and prepared from outside. Manager is very helpful and taking care of the guests.

Very peaceful place to stay and Work. Very good management. Recommend to opt for the food which is arranged by them as its home made and its very tasty.Beach is accessible directly.
