Terrible experience. We were the first customers of the day when we went to hotel at 2 pm. Waiter ran away when he saw us and went to kitchen to get the food for us. We heard a sound saying *Da Mone apurathe kadayil ninnu 5rs Maggy vangi vaa* (Hey brother, go and collect 5rs Maggy noodles from nearby shop). Then he asked to wait for 25 mins.. And he along with his assistant, edited the menu card using pen and changed rate of noodles from 180 to 220. And he provided noodles to 3 of us. Food and table was terrible, dirty and had some dirty forks. After food he shamelessly asked for 660 rs and said GST is additional and collected 693rs. We gave 700 and he returned 10. As he gave 3rs discount, I am afraid if he lost his job..

If there was an option to give less than 1 I would give that. Terrible experience. Quality of food was very bad and costly too. Didn't even provide a menu card saying that they had changed the old menu card and didn't recieve new one (Even my nephew will make better excuses). Also we had to wait for a long time to receive what we ordered. Couldn't even finish the food because of the low quality food.

Bad experience, they are not allow some peoples in side of the hotel, they have a local hotel in front of they sugest me to choose another hotel.

The place was very friendly,they gave us all kind of asisstance. They even provided wheel chair for the disabled person among us. Along with that there pool side view was breathtaking. Thanks for helping us n food was also delicious. Courteous staff and very helpful.

The renovated hotel structure is good. Clean and neat rooms. Price is little high consider in this location. After the government's new liquor policy, bar has changed to beer and wine parlour.

The atmosphere was okay. We went for the lunch and we ordered chicken biryani and lime juice. The juice was not even cold and taste horrible. Biriyani was average.

Food quality is very bad,old food was reheated and supplied, with a large bill amount. Parcel food was old reheated food with rotten meat and end up being food poisoned.

A value for money place with comfortable rooms, dining area and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is small but maintained well. The hotel is located close to the Varkala beach which is an additional perk. The rooms are cosy and kept neat and tidy
