I have been a regular customer for spa and some other services at Cocomelon for quite some time now, and up until today, I had always been happy with their services. However, my today’s experience left me disappointed and questioning whether I should continue recommending them to friends and family. My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a couple’s massage, looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, what we received was far from what we had hoped for. The massage felt more like a application of oil on the body, lacking the techniques and expertise we have come to expect from a professional spa. The pressure points were somewhat decent, but the overall technique was severely lacking. As a result, we did not feel the relaxation we were anticipating, and it left us feeling unsatisfied with the entire session. After the massage, I took the initiative to provide feedback to the staff, hoping that they would understand our concerns and offer some form of empathy or understanding. Regrettably, this was not the case. There was a lack of sympathy for our disappointment, and we were not offered any form of compensation or discount for the subpar experience. Customer care is a crucial aspect of any service-oriented business, and it was disheartening to witness such a dismissive response to our feedback. As someone who has been a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a genuine effort to address our concerns. In light of this experience, I am now hesitant to recommend Cocomelon to others, as I cannot confidently vouch for the quality of their services or the level of customer care they provide anymore . I hope that they take our feedback seriously and work towards improving their offerings and handling customer concerns in the future.

We hosted our daughter's 6th birthday at Cocomelon last month and it was the best decision we made. My daughter wanted a Spa Party for her girlfriends and Cocomelon made it the best Spa Party possible for them. Everything from food to decor to all activities and even the return favours was planned by the team perfectly! I recently got my haircut from Cocomelon Salon and I an totally satisfied with the end results. The last time I had my haircut from some other place I was terrified because the length of my hair was entirely chopped. Amazing place to go and relax... Even with kids.. Went for a massage and had kids get manicure and pedicure...we all felt very relaxed. Staff is very friendly and efficient and ambience is great too.
