It is outside the airport. But there is no AC over here and it's suffocating. Food is love every other bk. Coming to service it was self-service and If there is less crowd they will serve you. But i didn't like one thing about the steward that we are about to complete the meal but before that the steward came and asked us "ho gaya apka?" Which we felt is not a good hospitality manner.

This Restorant is located in Bombay Airport Terminal 2. The view of the restaurant is so amazing and the view from inside to outside is more attractive. Night scenario is more attractive than day. The airport look quite awesome from the inside of this restaurant.

Unfortunately not a great experience. I tried ordering on the automatic screens however using an international card didn't work so I went to the kiosk. I was then informed that there was no Pepsi black and would regular Pepsi be OK. I said that's fine but can I have no ice. Then while waiting I was informed there was no mutton whoppers and would I be OK to switch to chicken so I said OK as I didn't really have a choice. Then upon going to collect my meal there was ice in my drink. Rather than getting me a fresh drink the server got a spoon and scooped the ice out. As an international traveler I know that most foreign travelers don't drink ice in their drinks due to the water not suiting them so this is completely unacceptable. The fries were warm and soft rather than hot and crispy. If one of these issues happened I could overlook it as a possible mistake but unfortunately I get the impression that no one really cares.

Reasonably silent for where it is.. had mutton whopper for the first time, loved it.. had been abroad since BK launched in India, so happy to see a great tasting mutton whopper..

Worst service. When we went to order a meal the person at the counter told that he couldnt provide us with it since the soft drink machine was out of order. So when we were enquiring with him for the rates of burgers, the attitude shown by the person was as if we were asking him for free food. He was not at all interested in listening to our queries. Worst professionalism shown towards customer.

Located outside terminal 2 airport departure gate, attracts a lot of trendy and decent crowds regularly as it's open 24 hrs. The ambience is very good, there is a lot of seating available to accommodate groups of people. The only thing is AC is not up to the mark. Outside seating is also available. We tried a veg whooper burger, fries and veggie strips. The strips were good in taste and the fries were also good. The Whooper burger was very big in size and it had nachos and veggies, taste wise was very good. Service is very good. The good thing is at every table we have QR codes to order directly from app & it will be delivered at our table. Overall it was a good experience visiting. Worth a try.

Remember when BK had decent sized burgers?? Not anymore! I paid 230 and got a Tiny burger. Also the tables are always littered and the staff can’t be bothered. They’re busy chatting in the back. This used to be a good place to grab a decent sized bite before I caught my flight. They have seating. That’s the only saving grace. But still quite Disappointed.

I really regretted going here today. The atmosphere was so hot and humid. The cleanliness 1/10. We ordered peri peri fries, the peri peri powder was so stale and soggy. The staff looked so unhygienic too. Please look into it. Anyways m not gonna eat here.
