I recently stayed at Hotel Florence and overall had a positive experience. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had and make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants was also awesome I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Florence, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with the utmost warmth and professionalism by the staff. The luxurious rooms were elegantly designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The attention to detail and cleanliness were impeccable. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to all the major attractions in the city. The dining options were superb, with a delightful breakfast buffet and a restaurant serving delectable meals.. Hotel Florence exceeded all my expectations and provided an unforgettable 5-star stay.

Few things before you book a room in this property. Even after paying approx 3800/- for a special king room you get the following- 1. No view - You end up looking at the other building which is less than 10ft from the hotel room. You don't even get to see the road. Feels very confined. 2. Bathroom - The toilet commode was broken. 3. Towel and dental kit - Despite booking the room for 2 people I had to call them up thrice to receive the second dental kit and towel. 4. Restaurant staff - Dial up the room service and understand how they talk. They indulge in useless arguments and think it's funny. 5. Inconsistent layout - We were told that there are 2 rooms (101 and 102) which are available under special king category and both have weirdly different layouts. One has 2 sofas and the other has 1. How can they be sold under the same category. 6. Google reviews- I have always booked hotels looking at Google reviews and this is the only property which surprised me. I can't believe that it's listed > 4.5 stars. I was on this property on 29th and 30th April 2023 and was having a forgetful experience. You need a lot to improve in order to justify your rating.

I could not find any other better hotel then Florence in Nanded in terms of Rooms and Service. Rooms and neat and clean, gives you a feeling of staying in a posh property. The in house room service has vegetarian menu only but serves good decent qty, tasty food. Brekfast menu is limited not elaborate but it is delicious. If they could add more items although still it would be a very good sumptuous meal to start the day.

Absolutely clean & hygienically maintained property. The food is also great. I would prefer to go & stay there as many times as I'm at Nanded. Superb hospitality by the staff - very helpful. Thanks to the staff for this wonderful experience!

Nice place to stay. However the following things need to be improved--- 1) Prompt attention to hotel guests by the reception staff. 2) Housekeeping, maintenance & upkeep. The food quality at the restaurant was great & there is no denying the fact that their chef Raju is a great cook. Loved the taste & quality of food that was offered in the complimentary breakfast. Their catering manager Shri Ganesh was extremely polite, caring & helpful.

Recently stayed here for two days.a newly opened hotel in Nanded. Hotel is located on main road itself. Reception area is located in basement floor only. Rooms are quite good. Furniture is excellent. Bathrooms are neat and clean as Rooms. Room are comparatively smaller in size. It can very well accommodate 2 people's. NO HOTEL available here, perhaps room service is available with very limited food options from nearby restaurants I guess. Food quality was pathetic. Breakfast was complimentary that too was not upto the mark. Only two three limited options available on the name of buffet. So zero star for food. Location was on road which easily connected to most of the part of city. Easily walkable from Bus stand and Railway Station. Parking space was very limited upto 5 cars only. Reception staff and desk Is seems to be informative while Check in. It took long time while check out. Overall decent options in budget. Safe for family

It was average stay at the hotel Florence nanded. We booked a superior suit with 2rooms attached. Rooms are clean with good interiors as the hotel is relatively new but it needs proper maintenance if they want to keep their reputation in future. Room door was not closing properly and other doors lock was not functioning. TATA Sky subscription was over and they didn't recharge it so TV was useless in the room. Breakfast was complimentary. They need to work on Menu and taste as well. Overall it was an average stay. Will look for another option in nanded next time.

Stay was good Lunch was nice Wash room could be improved a bit Big shout to Mr Aman who handles reception. My wife forgot her airpods at hotel and our train was about to depart. He managed to send a guy with airpods and did this nearly impossible task in 4-5 minutes. I have less words to thank him and the person who delivered the airpods. Also not to mention Mr Shilvan young boy who is the bellboy there and is really owns the responsibility of the customers. Thanks

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. We have stayed at this idyllic place for four nights. After having travelled for two weeks in hectic, rather noisy and dusty place seemed like heaven the only noise around was made by nature itself. (By the way, this hotel in that look like you want to stay there are more than walking distance away from town). The way to the hotel takes you on a windy road through a wonderful landscape and tea plantations. The hotel has opened two year ago, but still it is building is very modern. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well decorated and bright. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and watching the mist rise from the forest. Food was great! There was plenty of food for breakfast (Southern Indian and Continental), including fresh fruits. All the dishes we had for dinner (all veg) were very tasty and freshly made for us. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Their service was impeccable, and they were always friendly and kind. They even came after us on a motorbike to bring us an umbrella when we were out for a walk because there was a thunderstorm threatening... If you need help to organise a local trip, hike, or visit, they will be more than happy to help!

Beautiful bedroom decor(we got a chance to experience bunch of rooms and every room was beautiful custom and different from one another) 4. Cooperative staff and great management 5. Super accessible as it is located in the heart of the city close to the biggest shopping market in Nanded, Sachkhand Gurudwara, Railway station and Bus stand.

This property is very close to the Railway Station. Rooms are maintained higenically and interior designs are very good. They are serving varieties of delicious breakfast daily. Staff are co-operative and very helpful. Vehicle parking place is also being Maintained very well.
