This place has so much potential, it's a shame it isn't improved and energized as a place for art studios, exhibitions and various conferences.

It has the capacity to be much more than it currently is. Well energized and aesthetically renovated, it could be a reference for fairs and exhibitions.

I visited parts of the former adm's facilities, which now serve as offices and meeting rooms for the Board. It's very beautiful. The tiles on the walls and marble floor are impressive.
