    A gorgeous and well-maintained trail that burrows deep into the Cascais-Sintra municipality. You can hike or bike for hours while taking in constantly changing views and vistas.

    So close to Cascais but feels far away from civilization. Even better outside the summer months as the stream is still flowing

    This park has spectacular has a viewpoint with espectacular views to the valley. The wooden walkway was restored recently providing a safe and convenient to access it. Nearby there is a wooden fort for the kids delight.

    Wonderful area for hikes in nature.

    This park has a very nice view and great for hiking up ands down stairs. People could look after it more not leaving their trash lying around. Not stroller friendly, it’s rubble and stairs. But great for performance sport.

    Unfortunately a fire has destroyed the area and the paths. But the kids playground is still intact and fun for little ones
