Uma das piores experiências da minha vida. Na primeira vez em que estive na clínica fui atendida pela Dra. Fernanda (profissional incrível) e por causa dela, retornei alguns meses depois. Infelizmente, na segunda vez, me encaminharam para Dra. Amanda Almeida e foi terrível. Depois de uma rápida avaliação, a mesma indicou a utilização de ácido hialurônico e fios de PDO para harmonização do meu rosto. Já na anestesia, a Dra. Amanda perfurou algum vazo no meu rosto e começou a sangrar bastante (ficou uma mancha roxa, bem escurecida), mas, segundo a Dra. a macha iria desaparecer após alguns dias, eu apenas precisava colocar gelo 4 vezes ao dia. Bom, durante a introdução do fio, quase que a agulha atravessou a minha bochecha (de fora para dentro). Ainda hoje sinto o fio com a língua, inclusive, incomoda um pouco na hora de comer. Para piorar tudo, tive um pequeno problema com um dos fios, entrei em contato com a Dr. Amanda e como não obtive resposta, liguei para clínica, eles não quiseram nem analisar a situação, me pediram apenas que eu voltasse a insistir com a Dra. Amanda e assim o fiz. Depois de 2 dias de espera, finalmente, a Dra. me respondeu, como ela não estava em Lisboa, me pediu um video para entender melhor a situação. Fiquei aliviada que pelo menos ela poderia me indicar o que fazer para me auxiliar. Porém, a "profissional" visualizou o video e as mensagens e não respondeu. Fiquei completamente largada e sem nenhum tipo de auxílio no pós-procedimento. Lembram da macha roxa? Pois bem, passou mais de 2 semanas e ela não amenizava, tive que procurar outro profissional e ele me passou uma pomada e meu informou que caso eu não tivesse tratado, poderia ter ficado com o rosto machado (permanentemente). Fiquei indignada, imagina, ficar com o rosto manchado porque a pessoa que fez o procedimento estético não teve a sensibilidade de acompanhar a evolução do meu caso. Aparentemente, a única coisa que importa para vocês é o dinheiro do cliente em vosso bolso, o nosso bem-estar e satisfação ficam em último plano.

They stopped responding to Instagram and the photos they post there are altered to make it seem like there are quick results when there aren't.

The only positive reviews they have here are obviously fake, done by people working here… since you can see they are all are from new accounts created, with only one other or no other reviews.

The clinic charges 20 euros upfront pre-payment to assure a spot. They use MbWay which is a Portuguese type of Venmo/PayPal. This is not the norm in Portugal, to be charged to reserve a spot before even seeing a doctor. I would stay away from any clinic that practices this. It's not patient care, it's a business. Edit to answer the clinic: While it is true that all clinics charge a consultation fee (and righteously so), this fee is payed AFTER the consultation, and not beforehand to secure a spot.
