    It's the second time I've gone to Hello Nails in Granollers and the work of the girl who helped me, Mileidy, was really disappointing. The first time it was a French manicure and the work didn't turn out well, the lines were crooked. This second time she also helped me. Mileidy and I went for a semi with basic deco and the drawing I wanted to do didn't look good at all so I decided to remove it and paint them all blue since it wasn't done well and it wasn't an acceptable job. When I told him this he told me that he is wasting his time and that if I don't like it, that's what it is in a nutshell, a rude girl who speaks badly to the client, I really won't return, if he doesn't know how to do a basic design I don't understand anything. I attach a photo of the design that was fine for her. The second photo is what I ordered.

    Today I was going to write a very negative review and not come back... But it seems that Montse, who was missing, has transferred the business, so the bad thing they put me through... has come to an end... I hope the new management knows who is useful and who is not... and that Hello Nails will once again be a clean and pleasant space... with pleasant people and open to solving the problems that may arise... everyone can make mistakes but they will not punish you if you complain ...If you ask for a solution...to a mediocre service... Welcome new management

    I went to get some semi-permanent nails done and they gave me one price and then charged me another. Two days later they fell off and I went to have them done again. By having a design, instead of redoing them all, it was noticeable that the style was different and they looked uneven. A week later they came off again. I have been to several centers and have never had such bad results.

    From the first day they opened I had always gone with them. Since the beginning of the month they changed the direction of the center and it is not the same without Montse. The only thing that is saved is her professionalism, both in the attention and in the work done both in the care and perfection of the in your hands is Estefi who is a 10 in all aspects... for the rest nothing. The climate that you breathe has changed, and I am very sorry because it used to be the way she is at home and she left very happy. You need to work on the professionalism and customer service of the other professionals if you want to keep the clientele.

    Very nice but they charge you whatever they want, I had made a reservation for a complete semi-permanent that in the app costs €25, they charge me €35 because they say that I was wearing acrylic and that that is charged separately. On the one hand, it would seem good to me if they had notified me and on the other hand, I had already come here more times and they had not charged me. And the worst of all is that the girl who helped me told the boss that she had been too long, but the time they are talking to each other and laughing doesn't count, right? Because on top of that they are rude since they even laugh at their clients when they leave the premises... in short, the painful treatment.

    Fui hará un mes por cambiar, ya que normalmente iva a otro sitio. No lo recomiendo, me las hizo un chino con muchas prisas y de malas maneras. Luego para rematar al pintarlas me dicen que por combinar dos colores me cobran casi 20 euros, cuando en otros sitios te cobran lo mismo 15 euros aunque las pintes en varios colores, a no ser que hagas dibujos.vamos que además de caro la forma de hacerlas pésima. No volveré.

    Fui ayer, y la jefa me hizo las manos muy bien, pero la chica que me hizo los pies Mileidy creo que se llama, fatal tengo huecos por todos lados.. Sinceramente no vuelvo

    I have been very happy, they are very careful with your nails, and very friendly, they always attend to you punctually and take great care of hygiene. I was assisted by a girl named Jenifer who clearly had experience in the trade and did me perfect nails. I will return for sure.

    Fatal. Me hacen semipermanente, a los dos días me saltan dos uñas, pierdo hora y media para ir y arreglarlo, y a los dos días de eso me saltan otras dos. Las llamo para comentarlo y les digo que las quiero quitar todas, que no puedo perder tiempo cada dos días por algo así. Me hacen coger hora cuando a ellas les viene bien y encima me quieren cobrar diez euros por quitarlas, cuando el error fue de Mileidy desde el principio por ratear pintura y top coat en las puntas. No volveré, ni yo ni toda la gente que llevé en su momento. Lo siento por Montse, la jefa. Desde que no está Rocío y nadie controla el trabajo de las chicas a todas horas, las cosas no salen bien.

    I have been a client for more than two years, it is not that the girls are the joy of the garden but it is a fast service and I have it close to the office. The other day I went to get my nails done and they gave me a girl who was doing an internship. The poor thing had no idea because it was her first day and her classmates didn't help her. During the manicure and at the end, no one checked how my nails had turned out. When I went to pay, a certain Stefi helped me and I told her very politely that my nails had turned out badly. Instead of apologizing, she goes and tells me in a very bad way that my obligation was to have notified her, who is the coordinator (first news) and that if I wanted to let me stay, she would fix it for me. I told him that I couldn't stay at that time and he replied that they could fix it for me in a maximum of 48 hours so that I wouldn't take advantage of a new manicure. It is outrageous. First, as a client I have no obligations other than to be educated (which I am very much so) and of course I understand that people have to learn, that's why I didn't say anything during the manicure, but you can't leave an apprentice to their own devices. luck and not even review the work and then try to charge you as if nothing was happening and without the right to protest. This supposed coordinator Stefi, in addition to being very rude, is a terrible superior because she does have the obligation to ensure that the work is done well. In short, I haven't even gone to get ready there. I'm already going to a new place where they welcome me kindly and make sure I'm comfortable. Before writing this review I have spoken to other professionals such as hairdressers, beauticians and manicurists to make sure that I am right and all of them without exception have told me that the work of an apprentice must always be supervised and that if it turns out badly, the only thing missing would be that they wouldn't fix it.
