I have also gone to the traumatologist and after many tests the only solution according to him is to hold on. On the other hand, the dental center is worse than the doctor.     Fui a una cita ginecológica y en vez de darme soluciones a mi problema y buscar la mejor opción me trataron como que es lo que había sin pensar un Segundo en cómo me podría llegar a sentir a darme una noticia como tal. Gracias a dios volví a mi ginecólogo de toda la vida (porque aquí fui por comodidad y proximidad puntualmente). Mi ginecólogo me dio una solucion súper efectiva y soluciono mi problema. No vuelvo a ir aquí nunca más por lo menos a ginecología. Porque si buscáis que os apoyen y den un trato personalizado olvidaros de ir aquí porque realmente yo salí hundida. No soy realmente de poner reseñas y menos negativas pero aún y así después de hace una semana y haber ido a mi gine de confianza sigo con sus palabras que no se me olvidarán jamás incluso me llego a decir ….     Este centro médico es una vergüenza. Nunca te atiendan a la hora y siempre tardan entre 30 minutos y 1 hora. Da igual que se servicio sea. En mi caso ha sido dermatólogo y dentista. Pero la cosa no acaba ahí y es que parece que es costumbre llamar el mismo día de la cita acordada para decirte que tiene que cambiarse la cita por problemas internos. Y para rematar vas al dentista para que te empasten una muela astillada y lo que hacen es empeorarte la salud bucal haciendo modificaciones que no tocan. Y ahora tengo que ir vigilando con alimentos duros porque sino noto sensibilidad. Pero hoy ha sido la gota que ha colmado el vaso. Ir al dermatólogo para decirte que lo que necesitas es cirugía y que no te va a hacer nada. Van y me cobran 90€ de la visita. No pienso volver en la vida. No lo recomiendo a nadie. 21.01.2023 Actualizado. Mi mujer entró a las 10:15 al dermatólogo porque vuestro puntualísimo profesional llegó tarde a su puesto y a las 10:20 ya estaba mi mujer discutiendo con las de recepción. Y lo de la "caries" no pienso ni discutir porque solo te tengo que enseñar el presupuesto para que se vea en que muela estaba la "pequeña caries " y la otra muela que tenía astillada.     El trato de la chica que me recibio en la entrada un poco garrula. Fue muy desagradable muy pocos modales pidiendome el numero de telefono. Ni porfavor ni nada.     HORRIBLE TREATMENT... They did not want to perform two medical tests on me simply because I did not physically carry the mutual insurance card... having the virtual card from the phone app. The mutual insurance company has spoken with them and yet they have NOT wanted to enter the data manually.... I do not recommend this center at all. EDIT to respond: I am not registered since it was the first visit... I passed the phone to the girl at the reception and she spoke directly with the insurance agent and she still did not want to accept the visit... she said that "if they enter the data manually then the administration ones have a lot of work... well... unfortunate.

    They make an appointment for me to see a traumatologist at 7:20 p.m. and there is a delay of 1.5 hours due to a problem with infiltrations and they are not able to notify the patients to reschedule visits. The second time they've done it to me and there won't be a third, with all of this crammed together like chickens in a hallway like in the subway at rush hour. Lamentable and very unprofessional organization.

    Inept at reception, they cancel your appointments one or two days before, they make you come early to the appointment because they supposedly have a space and when you arrive they are very late and it's your turn an hour after your initial time. This is how it goes for us!

    Having to call this center is totally a challenge, but mostly a shame. I've been calling for two hours to cancel an appointment: it turns out I'm number 3, so I'm waiting... as I'm going forward, at minute 04 the automated answer comes out that no one can answer me (either position 2, 3 or the first served). Nothing happens, I'll call again, whoa! What a surprise, I'm back to position 3 or even 4, and the waiting time is about 4 minutes, the same to be automatically hung up by the machine. And so, it begins again. It seems fatal to me that respect and responsibility are demanded when canceling appointments when even they themselves do not know what professionalism is (it is understood that there is a lot of work, but please fix the answering machines!). A shame...honestly.
