😠 Very bad emergency. They almost killed my sister. Not diagnosing appendicitis and saying it was gas. Before 24 hours operated with perforation and a month admitted to part of the treatment far from being correct bordering on the inhumane. Anyway People often mention hospital, para, urgencias, emergency, room, waiting, hours, personal, porque, treatment,

(Translated by Google) Great professionals and a great team of doctors, nurses, etc. To add a but, I am not a smoker and I understand that desperate people go out the door to smoke. Some cross 4m so as not to disturb but others in front of the security and at the same door (even in the center of the provisional emergency corridor) they start smoking without respecting non-smokers. Smoke-free space??? Anti-tobacco law???? The security guy confirms that it's not possible where they smoke, but he's not going to tell them anything, maybe he doesn't want to know about that law, ¿?¿? What a pity that these things still happen and more so at the door of the hospital.

I am very happy with the care of the emergency staff and the SOU staff unit. They are professional people who helped me immediately with a very serious infection. Additionally, I wanted to thank all the staff on the 6th floor on all shifts, as they have given everything to give me the necessary care and attention at the time of pain and a serious infection during admission. Otorhinolaryngology is also very professional and has been able to relieve a lot of pain and cure all the necrotic part, ulcers and sores so that I can breathe and eat and continue with my normal life. In addition, they have referred me to a quick surgical operation to another professional from the mutual insurance company since I have it in my best interest so as not to get worse again. You are very great, keep it up. You are the best.

(Translated by Google) The ER is the worst thing there is, if you have an urgency even if you have a hospital further and you have a risk of dying, do not mind playing it, I assure you it will be better. They fix everything leaving you 6h waiting with diazepan in the mouth and to shell it. And I am not the only one to have this happened. I give it 2 stars because at least the floor nurses have been great with me. And the food good enough to be a public hospital. I was surprised. I repeat Urgencies you have to improve them but yaa ..! It is a shame with the people here so skilled that there is something to call them that in that job. If they do not serve or are tired of being nurses or emergency doctors, there are many people in the queue of unemployment and better trained waiting for their opportunity. Me sorprendió.

(Translated by Google) I've worked in the labs there and it's a very good work environment, at least at AP they take things seriously. But unfortunately I've also had to go there as an emergency patient on occasion... I'll just say that I'm afraid to go live in Granollers in case they refer me to this hospital instead of the one I'm going to now. I also know people who have had to go to the emergency room and the treatment there is disastrous, an experience even worse than the one I had, diagnoses that have to be repeated a thousand times and important samples that allow the interns to take them and, therefore, almost the shot should always be repeated. If you go to the emergency room, try to find a private one, even if it is a little further away and costs money. In the end, the difference in quality is noticeable.

(Translated by Google) I have to be fair and right to mention that it is not a particular complaint as much as in a general sense, addressed both to health personnel and to the system itself of the Hospital De Granollers (ICS). The wait in the emergency room is eternal while you wait you can clearly see how the staff walks slowly, they stop to talk about issues outside of work, the attention is not always affable and cordial with the patients. And above all, they do not listen, they do not allow the patient or caregiver to calmly explain the situation itself. It is a constant feeling that they are doing you a favor. Health personnel are more aware of working as little as possible than taking care of their work, which is caring for people. They have mixed opinions, one day they tell you one thing and the next day another. As if each nurse or doctor worked according to their opinion and not following a protocol. I have witnessed mistreatment and a lot of lack of education and respect towards the patients and not least, the family. The cafeteria, in addition to having out-of-context prices, sells alcohol (beer), which I don't understand, how I also don't understand that the health personnel go out to smoke outside the hospital and the next day the security colleague throws me out on the sidewalk opposite because in front of the hospital "you can't smoke". The Triatge nurses (at the entrance door) do not fulfill their function, I have seen emergencies arrive in private vehicles and it is the people themselves who are in charge of bringing a chair or stretcher closer, shameful. The security personnel, in addition to looking like criminals in uniforms, also do not agree and what can be done today, not tomorrow, and a long etcetera. Without further ado, I have to say that the prolonged stay in the Granollers hospital becomes tedious, heavy and unbearable at times.

The best emergency service I have ever gone to. The nurses (apprentice and confirmed) and doctors are wonderful. Albert was a fantastic support. Magdalena too. I have been helped very quickly and efficiently. Some staff speak English and French as well as Spanish and Catalan. The place is very clean. The delivery of medicine is fast and efficient. A wonderful service throughout. Thank you so much for your help. Continue the great work, Albert, you are a star.

He perdido toda la noche y me he sentido totalmente abandonada y desatendida.

Haremos queja a nuestra mutua.

I'm Josep, from room 659, who today was discharged from covid after 11 days of hospitalization. I can only give my most sincere thanks to the treatment received by all the staff who attended me during these days. His professional quality is already taken for granted. What I want to emphasize is the human quality of assistants, nurses, doctors, physios. His extremely kind treatment, the encouragement at all times, the readiness at all times to attend to anyone in need, from the nurse who should have seen me scared the first night and gave me support, to the one who brought me a power strip to be able to charge the mobile, ... all this is not only professional, it is vocational. Thank you, thank you very much to all (and all because there were also 2 boys). I won't be able to recognize you on the street because you were well equipped with masks but I will never forget you.

On holiday from Scotland and became ill with multiple organ failure. I was sent here as the hospital where I was couldn't handle my treatment. Easily one of the best hospitals I have been to. Very friendly staff and I was well treated. My only issue was that I only speak English and there didn't seem to be anyone that spoke English. So I spent over 3 weeks struggling to communicate with anyone. To the nurses and docs in the ICU...Thank you. You made my time there bearable and even now I miss being on that ward.

(Translated by Google) I find it shameful mismanagement and organization by the City of Granollers and hospital parking area both public and private. (Translated by Google) Good afternoon, 8 hours of waiting to be attended to. Yesterday I had to go to the emergency department of the Hospital de Granollers for a low back pain. Soc Aux. Nursing and Social Health. Check-in time 11.27am - Check-out time 7.47pm At 3 hours of waiting I went to the reception, I asked if there was still a long wait, he told me that he had 1 person in front, but that they had entered 3 months, depending on the condition of the patient. So far, understandable. From 2.30pm to 5.30pm, in 3 hours I think it’s enough time to cater for 4 people. At 5.30pm, they call me to get into a BOX, to leave me parked, literally. I asked a nurse if there was much left to be cared for, she said that the emergency rooms had been put together with scheduled visits, which I had to wait for. I asked a nurse if she could leave me a charger for my cell phone, it had been many hours and if I ran out of battery, I couldn’t warn anyone to come pick me up, I never saw her again. I asked another nurse if she was too much to be seen as she had been waiting for 8 hours, she asks me if here in the box, I tell her no, but it was 8 hours total. I felt completely invisible, I was seen by nurses, radiologists, doctors, paramedics and none of them had the attention to look at the admissions document or ask me if they had done an x-ray or had treated me. . I find it very unethical and lack of empathy for patients, the indifference I suffered and I'm sure like me more users of this service, I ask never to return again and at least the first thing I will do is go to care of the user to make a claim, because if users do not raise their voices no one hears us. When I was treated by the doctor, who had seen him before and he to me, he said sorry that they hadn’t told him I was in the box. I found all excuses, I think it is very little effort to approach a user to ask. My face fell in shame and I was helpless, all this added to the pain I had, that I could neither sit nor stand. Soc Aux. Infermeria i Sociosanitària.

(Translated by Google) My 80-year-old grandparents had to go to the eye emergency twice. On the first day they went at 1pm and had to wait two and a half hours because all the doctors were having lunch. EMERGENCY. In the end, they are allowed in, at 3:30 p.m., and after a visit of exactly one minute, they are sent home with useless treatment. The next week they had to go back, not only had it not improved, it was much worse. When they enter, the doctor tells them that if his eye hurts and he rips it out, it will surely stop hurting. And when my grandmother asks him a question she had, she tells him that he already knows what he's doing, that he's a doctor for some reason, with a very contemptuous tone. After spending a minute in the consultation, he sends him home without treatment. In the end they had to go to a private clinic where they explained everything that was happening to him, because he still didn't know, and they gave him a treatment that works. It's a shame that they treat people so badly, especially the elderly, and then tell you that if X part of your body hurts and you rip it off, it will surely stop hurting.

On Friday, 03/1/24, I went to the emergency room with my 81-year-old father. The triatge girls were great, loving, very nice. The problem came when we entered the box. The girls who were "nurses" did not empathize at all with the older patients. Disastrous, a very cute one who looks like she's going to break her wrist if you ask her please if she can take her blood pressure for at least the 9 hours we were there, the other comes into the box eating, I understand that they have to eat but in their place, the other climb on a half wall that they have there in the middle at the nurses and doctors control and the one that was missing at 10 at night one singing loudly loudly there in the middle, a total regrettable image, very little respect towards For the sick, if it speeded up a little more and they were busy, there wouldn't be so much wait. I only ask for more empathy from the health workers towards the sick and their families, nothing to do with the 10-strong staff on the floor.

(Translated by Google) SHAME EMERGENCIES Apart from the endless waits in this hospital I want to comment on a specific case, we went to the emergency room with my 8-year-old son because he was drowning, after going through a door doctor they had us waiting for 2:30 h, in that period of time the neck was It would have been and when they attended to it, it was fine. A couple of months later it happened again we went to a private hospital and when he said he was drowning he was treated immediately, it was anaphylaxis, a fatal allergic reaction since he could have suffocated in that waiting room.

(Translated by Google) I went to the ambulance emergency room and required admission and finally surgery. My stay was extended to 24 days not because of an operation that went very well (very happy with the medical team that operated on me who also followed me during my stay) but because of issues inherent in me. I am also grateful for the excellent treatment of nurses, auxiliaries, portalliteras (= stretchers) and I do not forget the auxiliaries and nurses during internships. However, the responsibility of the relatives who did NOT put the mask on the rooms was missing, despite the fact that it was mandatory as a covid-19 measure. At least the nurses can't act like cops and when they leave the rooms the masks fall off. Since masks are only mandatory in CAPs, Hospitals and Pharmacies only .. that people pass even in these places while endangering their hospitalized relative and the patient with whom they share a room. It is not fair. Eating with a problem if you have a problem with your diet (in my case gluten free) and there are certain foods that you do not tolerate. Until the dietitian came it was a constant complaint to change the affected dish. But the nurses are very pretty and taking note of the incidents. No és just.

Last night I was in the pediatric emergency room with my son and I must say that he was doing very well. It is difficult to give a good review when you go to the emergency room because going to a hospital is not a tasteful dish, especially with a child, but they gave it the urgency it required and the staff was attentive, respectful and kind at all times. They did the best they could with the resources they had.

I put one star because I can't put 0. A very important person to me died the other day thanks to your care giving priority to other people before one who was giving him respiratory arrest. We reported in person to both the Medic staff and the hospital. 4 hours of waiting for an 88-year-old person with pneumonia and covered with a blanket as if they had already given him up for dead. What I can only feel right now is helplessness. Please report if these things happen so we can help prevent them from happening again

Waited fort more than 5 hours and no one had the dignity to provide with a paracetamol. The wort of all, the doctor was having lunch for hours.

(Translated by Google) Unfortunate. 3h waiting in the waiting room, at 2h and shortly I went to the reception to ask if there was too much time to be cared for and he tells me that there is one person in front of me only and that I am next if no more urgency comes serious (as if I was there for pleasure). Once inside, they take me to a box with armchairs and have me parked there for another 1 hour, waiting until the doctor arrives. Tota patxorra tells me what happens to me because the triage report has not been read, I explain to him and he tells me that for what I have I need an ultrasound but that they don't do emergencies there. That it would be convenient to go to some other center to have it done to me. No diagnosis, no tests and a random treatment for pain. Very little professionalism. Shameful. (Original) Lamentable.

(Translated by Google) The staff is very amble even though they have few resources. Emergency waits are more like those of an underdeveloped country than one would expect from a modern European country. Auxiliaries and doctors run down the aisles shouting at patients and relatives. It would be easier as well as free to notify with a message on your mobile. I want everyone to be healthy and not have to wait between 1am and 6am in the waiting rooms.
