I
stayed
at
the
Ibis
Hotel,
and
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
most
pressing
issue
was
the
hotel’s
isolated
location,
with
no
public
transportation
in
the
vicinity,
making
it
challenging
for
travelers
like
us
who
were
not
from
the
area
and
had
no
functioning
cellphones
in
Spain.
The
service
quality
significantly
detracted
from
our
experience.
A
notable
incident
involved
an
interaction
with
a
staff
member
named
Carla,
who
showed
a
lack
of
willingness
to
assist.
Despite
understanding
our
predicament,
she
refused
to
help
us
call
a
taxi,
stating
that
they
are
not
taxi
dispatchers.
Her
attitude
was
unpleasant,
further
adding
to
our
frustration.
Another
downside
was
the
hotel’s
dining
and
housekeeping
arrangements.
Breakfast
and
housekeeping
services
were
only
available
upon
reservation
a
day
in
advance,
which
was
inconvenient
and
unusual
for
a
hotel
of
this
standard.
Additionally,
there
was
no
manager
on-site
to
address
our
concerns,
which
was
concerning.
Compounding
these
issues,
the
staffing
seemed
inadequate.
We
observed
receptionists
and
housekeepers
leaving
their
primary
responsibilities
to
attend
to
the
restaurant,
indicating
a
lack
of
proper
staffing
or
management.
Overall,
our
stay
at
the
Ibis
Hotel
was
far
from
the
hassle-free
experience
we
anticipated.
The
lack
of
accessible
transportation,
poor
customer
service,
and
inadequate
staffing
significantly
impacted
our
stay.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel,
especially
for
travelers
who
rely
on
public
transportation
or
expect
standard
hotel
services.
Don’t
believe
the
advertising
of
this
hotel!!
