I was very disappointed by many factors that should never have happened in Hotel, let alone 4-star hotels. - Dirtiness: From stains on the floors and office chair, to overwhelming dust in the AC grill, a cleanup is definitely needed here. - Lack of essential items: There are essential items that should ALWAYS be present in the hotel bathroom. Besides hand soap, there was NO shampoo, conditioner, or even drinkable water. Not acceptable, even less in 4-star hotels. - 2-single Beds: The room was advertised to have one Large double bed. Instead, we found two-single beds placed next to each other, which separated when I slept in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable. - Lack of information: On the website, they describe the pool opening hours. 8 am to 21h on weekdays, 10 am to 21h Saturday, and 10 am to 7 pm on Sundays. However, not once do they explain that that is for the indoor pool which costs an extra fee, and the included pool closes earlier. Lastly, their walls are not soundproof at all, as they advertise it. We could hear a pen drop from our neighbors, which made it very hard to relax. We have sent an email to them in order to discuss this issues and have been left with no answers. The price we paid was not worth the stay whatsoever.

Hotel Ciutat de Granollers have been amazing when it comes to booking work trips in big groups. I want to say a big thank you to Anabel who helped us with our reservation despite me changing it many times. My team have always liked coming to this hotel and we try to book it every time we come to Barcelona.

4 star hotel near Granollers, most important for some, Circuit of Barcelona. The hotel has a very modern entrance/reception and public places. Rooms with good views but not so good insulation on the windows so if it's windy, in some rooms you'll hear it and it won't be a very pleasant experience. This hotel has a gym below it which is not exclusive to the hotel, so whenever you're there you'll be sharing it with loads of people, this has pros and cons, being a public gym you have loads of equipment and classes but at the same time it will be crowded most of the times. Meeting rooms or corporate rooms are available with catering and they have great tables and chairs as well as big TV to have your company meeting. The restaurant has great food cooked perfectly, the feedback of everyone with me was very positive. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Schöne Lage auf einem Hügel in der Stadt. Luxuriös, bis auf das Bad, sonst alles bestens. Irgendwie passt das Bad nicht zum Rest des Hotels. Leichter Schimmelbefall in den Silikonfugen und Flecken auf dem Boden, würde man nicht erwarten in einem so tollen Hotel.

Lovely clean hotel but far away from Barcelona City centre. 30-40 minutes on the train to get there.

Good located hotel in very calm area. Rooms were well mentained and cleaned every day. Air conditioning was on before our arrival so in the room was perfect temperature. Service was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good enough each day. I can definitely recommend this place.

Your basic clean business class hotel, with free on-site parking and in-house restaurant. Nothing special. Easy walking distance from the bus and train stations. Breakfast is a basic buffet, so don't get too high expectations.

Modern hotel that looks great from the inside in fact really cool! Very spacious entrance. I liked the two lifts which have glass windows in so you can see out going up and down. Generally the hotel looks like a 4*+ hotel from the inside. My room was a twin and fairly spacious. Bathroom was ok with a bidet but I felt the bath/shower was a little out of date. The cleaner did an expectional job cleaning the room. I didn't use the Gym or Indoor or outdoor swimming pool but they looked good. The breakfast was ok but not brilliant, to less selection in my opinion, plus I felt one of the staff , a small little woman was rather rude. Parking was also satisfactory. And so overall the hotel is a 4, and yes I would stay there again.

Hotel as such is great value for money. Indoor gym and pool smell rat - nobody pre advises you that you have to pay €10 /access of the facilities, i.e. If you want to use the gym in the morning and in the evening during the same day, you pay twice =€ 20!?!?

Don’t go if you want peace and quiet. The hotel gym blast music out from 8am until late. Absolutely bonkers.

Just arrived and the receptionist was rude and said that spa area is an extra charge and never mentioned in the website plus lots of restrictions which we weren't aware of. Really bad start!!

The hotel is clean, the staff is courteous, the decoration of the hotel is nice. Their terrace is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was noisy at night, and the day after Christmas Eve, we were awakened by the sounds of a vacuum cleaner and the screams of the cleaning ladies in the hallway. The insulation is bad. In addition, no service is included: we paid for 3 nights in this hotel, and we also had to pay for access to the swimming pool and the SPA! And once we got to the pool floor, we were still asked to pay for swim caps. Yes, swim caps in a sauna! We really didn't like it. The hotel is a bit far from Barcelona and badly served. Avoid if you want to party in the evening in Barcelona.

Yesterday 09.03 I tried to get into this hotel. The receptionist said that the room has a narrow bed, when I asked to see it, he refused to do it. He was obviously lazy! When asked how I can then understand whether the room suits me or not, the employee advised me to go to another hotel. If you want good service don't stay at this hotel! They save a lot on employees or they are simply not trained to be polite!

Restaurant at the hotel is great and cheep. But hotel its oun remember a lot. Room was dark and furniture old. I expected more for 100 Eur. I was in mor better hotels for less than this.

My room was very noisy the whole night and early in the morning. Good location, clean and parking available. Not as good as it seems but probably not as bad as my experience of 1 night.

Apart from the reasonably good outside areas, the rooms are very much on the old side. My water tap was closing itself constantly in one room, the next room has a blocked sink. The restaurant has nice food, with the slowest service you can imagine to make sure you enjoy it when it Arrives.
