The spa center is not like we expected. The pool is just for one small group or one couple, and you have to reserve it to be free. And you have to pay 25€ for one hour in pool. If you go there as a couple,the bed is with 2 smqll mattresses and is going right and left,it's departing. The "restaurant" is just a bar, you can only eat pizza or a sandwich. It s pretty expensive and you don't have lot of services.

Beautiful facilities but needs better management. We stayed for one night only and staff were friendly. Breakfast was understaffed resulting in no clean tables or food and general stress of the one waiter who was trying to do his best. We were the first ones to enter in the spa in the morning and it also had signs of no staff - piles of towels from the night before, dirty showers etc. This lack of management sours the experience which is a shame as the potential of this place is amazing

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage. Wenn man es mal gefunden hat ganz einfach ;-) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer geräumig und auch gepflegt. Auch die Sauberkeit ist absolut ok. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

I booked this hotel, not knowing how far away it was so I after being charged $51 to get to this place I must say the customer service was top-tier but that is about it. The rooms smelled old. The chair in the room is dirty, blood spots on the wall, cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and edge of the , mold in the bathroom, the Bed was hard and the Wi-Fi was not working per the front desk employee and will be fixed tomorrow to say the least, I was not satisfied with this one night stay at all. I would not recommend.

Last minute booking in high season. They were very helpful! We had changes of rooms every day even extension of our stay, they managed all our request. Nice, friendly people and great hotel. We will come back!

4* not quite. No restaurant and rooms OK if a little sparce. Still reasonable value . Would go again.

Spa nicht in Betrieb - Zimmer kalt - undicht - Fenster nicht schließbar - einfaches & liebloses Frühstück - schmutzig Boden - Boden Flur aufgequollen - Balkonmöbel defekt - 10 Tage dauerte Erstattung bei vorzeitiger besprochener Abreise und dann noch falscher Betrag - keine Rechnung erhalten ….

Staff extremely helpful, beautiful hotel complex, superb spa services and good breakfast. Will be back in a couple of days 😃

We had an amazing time at Hotel Golden. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming!! Breakfasts were incredible 😍 and we went just 15 min away from the Formula 1 circuit

Very good hotel in general. But the main issue was that we were not able to use the spa beacuse we had to have booked the spa before arrival, but we were not told to do so until we were there.

Weak wifi and pillows were super uncomfortable. Other than that it is a beautiful place. Would recommend it.

Cozy and relaxing. Had a cocktail workshop which I very much enjoyed.

Only went for the SPA and massage. Very friendly staff, nice and clean space. Very relaxing atmosphere and not expensive.

Cleanliness, Style of the rooms are good but bath tub doesn't provide shower curtains to avoid spill of water. Toilets are clean but emits foul smells, plumbing to blame. I hope hotel management will take note on this to improve customer experience.
