I
am
a
major
fan
of
cold
and
frozen
sweet
things,
from
juices,
icies,
smoothies,
slushees,
floats,
sorbets,
ice
cream,
to
gelatos.
I
eat
none
of
these
very
often
(especially
the
desserts)
for
obvious
reasons,
and
am
really
not
keen
on
eating
dairy
in
the
US.
So,
when
I
am
in
Europe,
where
their
cattle
are
not
poisoned
with
hormones
and
steroids,
nor
their
food
GMO
and/or
poisoned
with
strange
chemicals
passing
off
as
preservatives
and
flavor
enhancers,
or
pesticides,
and
where
my
stomach
actually
enjoys
a
gastro
holiday
free
of
bloat
and
distress
from
digesting
these
atrocities
passing
as
food
in
the
US,
something
like
gelato
is
a
nice
treat.
We
stumbled
upon
this
place
after
a
nice
lunch/dinner
at
the
Quinoa
Bar
Vegetaria
(see
my
review
on
that
as
well)
a
couple
of
blocks
north.
I
had
the
Activated
Charcoal
and
Pistachio
gelatos
which
was
absolutely
amazing.
Another
friend
got
the
dark
chocolate
cherry
sorbet,
also
fabulous.
The
physical
containers
that
they
offer
are
small,
even
the
large.
Don’t
be
deceived
by
this.
The
amount
of
treat
they
pack
these
cups
and
cones
with
is
monstrous.
They
are
not
stingy
with
their
helpings.
I
certainly
could
have
been
satisfied
with
a
small
cup,
or
a
medium
if
I
wanted
to
be
greedy.
I
got
the
large
not
knowing
any
better.
But
I
ate
it
all!
😂😂😂
While
I
don’t
think
anyone
does
gelato
like
the
Italians
in
Amalfi
Coast,
this
place
is
a
pallet
pleasing
close
second!
